Fantastic experience: What a magical place. From the moment we walked in every single person made my 2 year old son feel safe before having his first dental check up and I couldn't be more grateful. The whole experience was so fun and playful. I never thought I'd have a toddler asking me when we can go back to the dentist again but Dr. Kat was truly exceptional. My son is now telling all his daycare friends to go to the dentist and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the amazing team at this practice. Thank you so much team - see you next time!

Took a huge amount of time to understand my past traumas with dentistry and gave me the most thorough first visit check I have ever had. I’ll need a lot of catch up work but I can honestly say I’m almost looking forward to it knowing I’ll be in such good hands. First time I’ve ever come away from a visit to the dentist feeling positive! Excellent service from staff Sarah and Laura also. Highly recommend.

I have a clear plan of action for my dental health, which fits with my personal goals. I feel genuinely welcomed by the team. The treatments are conducted professionally, and with up to date techniques. They make sure that I am comfortable and with excellent pain management. And they have worked around some super-tight deadlines to make sure that a couple of issues with my teeth are sorted out before I travel overseas. Instead of dreading my next dentist visit, I feel confident that I'll have excellent care - and I look forward to seeing the team again!

Fantastic experience: My first dentist experience in Australia and it couldn’t have been a better one! The entire team was super friendly. I love the holistic approach of my dentist as she asked some key questions that impacted my overall wellbeing. The x-rays showed anatomical differences in my chaw joints; an issue I have been struggling with for years. Now that there’s proof, I can actually start working on finding the cause and looking into treatment options. The practice is very cooperative in giving out a referral and sharing my information. The waiting room has 2 comfortable couches and a kids corner with fun toys. Convenient location as well: enough parking and on the main road. One more plus is that their rates were lower than expected: I paid $181 for full set of x-rays, dental check up and full dental cleaning. Overall, I’m very happy to have found them.

She focuses on your health and welll being, as well as giving the best outcome possible for any dental problem. Fantastic experience: For the last 3/4 years I’ve been going to my My Dentist to treat and look after my teeth. Every checkup has been painlessly easy and they do a great thorough clean. They’ve always given me great advice on what I can do to help maintain and take care of my teeth and are transparent in letting me know if there’s upcoming work I’ll need to get done, so nothing ever comes as a surprise. They’re also a super friendly team which makes the experience relaxing - which is what a trip to the Dentist should be. Thanks as always, I’ll keep coming back for as long as I have teeth!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing My Dentist for a number of years now and I have to say that they are THE BEST! I used to have so much anxiety about seeing the dentist. They helped me through by giving me gas and slowly over time I was able to ween off it. I now have a full clean with no gas at all. Great prices and the best dentists in Brisbane as far as I am concerned.

Fantastic experience: The most warm and hopeful experience I’ve had at a dentist!! Dr Kat is knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. The receptionist and dental assistant were equally as friendly accommodating. Really glad to have found this clinic.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service and extremely poor dental advice. I do not recommend this practice at all. The customer service women cannot communicate plainly, clearly and with transparency. They mixed up our appointments to start with - I explicitly said I wanted an appointment for both myself and my partner at the same time yet when we arrived there they had us booked in one after the other. In addition they asked us if they could take a photo of our mouth and we only found out months later that it was suppose to be an OPG x-ray. Which is fine. Everyone makes mistakes. But the problem is they refuse to rectify it. We still haven’t received our OPG x-ray to this date. Their attitude is seriously lacking, letting their emotions take priority over doing their due diligence as a dental practice, including the management and owner of the place. I honestly can say there are way better dental practices out there.

Fantastic experience: I saw DrJoee Lim for a broken tooth repair or extraction. My first time at My Dentist ,very professional and genuinley welcoming from reception to meeting Dr Lim . Dr Lim is a great communicator and listens to your concerns . Her examination was quick and efficient offering options, but also giving realistic outcomes for each option. She extracted a broken rear molar with ease, no discomfort , in one piece, and without breaking what was left into small pieces. Very technicaly proficient. The best dentist visit I have had in 64 years. Will not go any where else now. Forget the rest go with the best.

Everyone has treated with a level of care that I haven't seen elsewhere. Not only have the treatments been good, so far they lasted without any need for corrections. A lovely touch is their care outside of the practice. Including: sending a reminder SMS and calling up next day to see how I'm doing after treatment. If I hadn't moved interstate, I'd still be booking in for my cleans. I came to My Dentist with a mouth full of issues, but every step of the way I was given all the information I needed to be able to research and think about my options, was called and checked on after every treatment and had all my questions answered. Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research on dentists before I chose Dr Kat. I have sensitive teeth and gums plus sensory issues and she and the office staff were fantastic. I had to have two long visits and she was happy to use smaller needle for anesthetic shots, has gentle approach to her dentistry work and caring manner towards anxious patients (like me!) Office staff is kind and they follow up with phone calls plus office itself is soothing and smells good. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kat is Amazing! She's one of the loveliest people I've ever met. She's exceptionally compassionate and attentive. She's a highly skilled dentist and she's very knowledgeable. She uses equipment that previous dentists haven't used, which reduces physical discomfort. The customer service I've received at My Dentist has been outstanding. I think that any dental assistant would be blessed to have Dr Kat as their mentor, because she's so kind, patient, and supportive while she's teaching them. There really aren't enough words to express how highly I recommend Dr Kat. Even if I move away from Brisbane to another part of Australia, I'm thinking that I'll fly back to Brisbane for my dentist visits so I can continue seeing her. She's that much of a gem!
