Fantastic experience: First time I have been to this clinic it was highly recommended by 2 people I know . I had broken my front tooth the night before . The receptionist was great and was able to get me in on a cancelation. Once there I saw Alex he was fantastic I explained I had a bit of anxiety and suffered with breathing properly due to sleep apnea . Alex made me feel relaxed and his nurse was great . Alex did a great job and will definitely be going back . Well done guys

Steffi and her team are fantastic, this was arguably the best dental experience I have had, with transparency and empathy giving me reassurance throughout the whole experience. I found this practice to be a clean professional, friendly, no b.s and very efficient dental clinic. I will be solely be using Carrum Downs family dental for my family moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I am a new client at the clinic and so far have been very happy with the work. The staff have been very clear and I’ve been kept well informed. It appears that they take care in what they are doing and they keep me at ease while I’m in the chair. So far so good!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Carrum Downs Dental. Staff are friendly, welcoming and warm in their approach but also helpful and efficient. They’ve also changed up the waiting area which has become more welcoming and relaxing. I am terrible remembering appointments and reception does a wonderful job with follow-ups. I am also fortunate that my health fund has partnership with the service.

Negative experience: Great with my children's dental needs. However I booked an emergency tooth ache appointment for myself and during was told I needed a filling which may not work or possible root canal. I asked if they can just remove the tooth and the dentist said they would prefer not to. So I trusted them and went with the filling on the day. Worst mistake as I am now in worse pain than before I went to see them. It has been about 3 weeks now and I was told I would need to pay full price to have it removed, despite asking at the time for it to be removed rather than a filling which may not work.

Fantastic experience: . Made an appointment due to a toothache the Dentist was able to find problem with my gum then cleaned down behind it. Very satisfied with her knowledge. Feel better knowing I have no cavities and will continue with my regular visits.

Dr Jenny managed to fill my daughter's tooth, not so much with ease, but with patience and endurance. My daughter even asked to see Dr Jenny again next time. Positive experience: Lovely staff and friendly dentists. I just think the cleanliness of the building inside and out needs addressing. Cobwebs dirty bathroom is not a good look . I suggest to hire a professional cleaner on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: After having THE WORST experiences with dentists, I avoid going at all costs. That is until I was in excruciating pain and I needed help. I had so much work that needed to be done. From the moment I made the appointment to the check ups years on, I have found their dentistry second to none! I now drive over an hour to attend this clinic. Dr Alex, the dental nurses and reception staff are beyond amazing! My whole family attend this practice and we would recommend them until we’re blue in the face

Fantastic experience: Jenny Lei is amazing she has made me feel comfortable from the get go. Considering I am afraid of dentists she put me at ease almost instantly. When we started the consult she was extremely thorough and her confidence and professionalism made me confident I’d picked the right person and my fear subsided.
