Fantastic experience: After years of dental anxiety and a bad experience with work done in Thailand, I honestly thought I'd never feel comfortable in a dentist's again. Until I found Dr. Min at Dental Design in Dee Why. From the moment I nervously explained my situation, Dr. Min was completely non judgmental about my previous dental work. He simply focused on solutions and making me comfortable. Dr. Min is a gentleman with great skills, patience and understanding. His approach and clear communication meant I barely feel anything during our procedures. You can tell he really cares about you and just gets the job done in the most professional way always communicating with you throughout. Unlike other dentists who've made me feel pressured into immediate treatments in the past. Dr. Min gave me space to make decisions on my own timeline. He even allowed some work to wait until I was ready, This showed me he is a man of high integrity, which i value. And it's not just Dr. Min, the entire practice deserves double 5 stars! The receptionists are always lovely. The dental assistants are skilled, making every visit smooth. The hygienist is thorough yet gentle, providing excellent care without discomfort. The whole team works together seamlessly, creating a super well run practice where you feel valued at every step. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Dr. Min is simply the best dentist I've ever encountered.

Dr Min, Dental design, was the most reasonable and detailed quote, not necessarily the cheapest, but I felt it was not under or overpriced. I am so pleased for choosing Dental Design for my implant tooth. Dr Min and his team, particularly Maria & Annie, are the best with excellent technical knowledge, customer service, commitment, accountability and after service patient follow up by Maria. During the work, Dr Min found that some of the items in the quote are no longer required resulting in $1,200 saving out of the quote. Totally recommend them to anyone for any dental service. From my very first visit the team have been incredible, and being one of the few dentists able to fix a dental plate onsite to performing a dental implant to replace the plate permanently. I have never felt more welcome and at ease at any other dentist in my life time . My teeth look and feel fantastic with no trouble or pain from any of the work done there. Fantastic experience: Dr. Chandi and Tegan are exceptional at what they do. I had a crown replaced without feeling a thing, had three wisdom teeth removed, and I regularly go to Tegan for cleanings. Negative experience: I visited Dental Design Clinic in Sydney due to sensitivity in one of my teeth. After an examination, the doctor suggested that, in addition to the sensitive tooth, I needed treatment for two other teeth as well. Trusting his advice, I proceeded with fillings on the sensitive tooth and two other teeth. Unfortunately, the fillings on two of the teeth required multiple adjustments and are still not in ideal condition. I continue to have difficulty chewing food properly. Not only did the treatment fail to resolve my dental issues, but it also made them worse. Given my limited time in Sydney, I am grateful I didn't proceed with further treatment on the third tooth. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and the treatment did not resolve my dental issues but instead exacerbated them.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience at Dental Design with Dr min & team. Went there for a new front composite & whitening, found out I needed a few fillings too. The visits are split up & a clear plan was put in place. Just been for my first visit felt so looked after, girls at the desk are so welcoming & accommodating with booking future apps. Dr min replaced my front composite after 15 years and just nailed the shape leaving me feeling so much more confident. They just get it. Thankyou so much

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had an 1.5 hour overlay and it went seamlessly. I was quite nervous but the needle in my mouth didn’t hurt at all, I had lots of breaks and it was over in no time. Min, Dr Chandi and all the girls are professional, caring and always friendly. I totally recommend them to anyone. Even my kids go there.

He put me at ease and explained everything very clearly. He completed the procedure in just under an hour and it was a complete success. I’ve had slight discomfort overnight but nothing today. Fantastic experience: Went to Dental Design based on past google reviews and have not been disappointed. I had always wanted to get Invisalign, and 12 months later I finished my consultation and am more than happy with the results wish I had started earlier. I feel like I can finally smile after 45 years! Dental design are a professional friendly team, they always try to accommodate with appointments and are up to date with current dentistry they even 3D printed part of my tooth and saved the tooth where a few years ago the tooth would have been extracted and lost. Highly recommend!
