Fantastic experience: I can’t rate this practice highly enough! I recently had an experience with a different dentist who was very casual and rough when getting a clean. The difference from Dr Ashwath & Amber was astounding and so professional. They talked me through the process for a filling and wisdom tooth extraction thoroughly and I felt at ease the whole time - especially considering the dentist can be anxiety inducing for a lot of people! Loved the addition of Netflix while getting the procedure done! Made me feel much more relaxed and it was all done in no time. I started in March and with every visit she made sure I was comfortable and always reassured if I was okay, I felt very safe under her control and would recommend her to anyone! Fantastic experience: I have severe arthritis in my jaw joint,TMJ, which makes dentists visits very painful and stressful.Dr Poonam and her dental assistant, Anna, could not have been more gentle, thoughtful or sensitive. I have now had two long tooth repair sessions and I will never, ever visit a different dentist, other than Dr Poonam, again!

Negative experience: I spent a year fixing my teeth at this clinic, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Now I’m spending even more time and money at another dental clinic trying to fix the damage they caused. poorly done crown and fillings. I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their dental health.

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience in my teens, I have spent my entire adult life petrified of the dentist. I visited 7 Pearls today with a very painful toothache. I was given the option of root canal or extraction and felt supported, not pressured, in my choices. I opted to extract. Dr Anish and his nurse were so kind and patient and helped me calm my trembling anxiety. I was also given my booking on a Sunday without issue and the lady at reception was lovely. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else after today. Best dentist I’ve seen. Huge relief for a very anxious dental patient.

I have to return to have some fillings , but i dont feel as nervous , as i normally do with other dentists ive been to in the past .

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist were excellent. Woke up on a Sunday morning in extreme pain. Rang them up at 8.30 am and got an appointment at 11.20 am. I was fixed up and out by 1.00 pm. I expected it to be super expensive as it was an after hours emergency but the cost was very very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

I have also my first Invisalign clear aligners consultation today. This was straightforward and professional and I look forward to my treatment course. Negative experience: I did the in chair teeth whitening which came with a take home pack with a mould to do whitening at home. I returned 4 weeks after I received a text message to pick up the mould, however they threw it out and said it would be a further $150 to get another.

Negative experience: I attended this practice back in December for an emergency due to a chipped front tooth filling. It wasn't fixed properly despite being an expensive service.

Negative experience: I attended this practice as a new patient and had a great experience with the hygienist who did my initial clean. She was thorough and did a great job. However, later that evening after the dentist had "reviewed" my Xrays, she phoned me, stating I had a hole and needed a filling. I sought the opinion of another dentist who reviewed these Xrays, previous Xrays and thoroughly examined my tooth. They determined there to be no hole. 18 months on, this "hole" is no longer visible on Xray. Be mindful if you have no history of requiring fillings to not be persuaded into having a healthy tooth drilled and filled.

Negative experience: Made the trip into wickham and just as I got to the front door I received a message to reschedule. Went in anyway I was already there and no other patients. Charged me for two X-rays when I needed one. Told me I may need root canal therapy or extraction of both teeth. Went back to my own dentist the following day and he saved my teeth for the fraction of what I was qouted with 7Pearls. Lovely people , disappointing experience

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, very well presented dental surgery. Not being a fan of the dentist, was made to feel comfortable , to.ensure the anxiety wasn't to bad by the dentist. Love the TV'S on the ceiling with mindfulness programs.

This was my first time coming here and I was extremely impressed with their facility and their professionalism. Even though I have to travel into Newcastle(35km away from me) it is well worth it. Fantastic experience: Sunday morning 7am with severe tooth pain, swelling and infection in the gums from an erupted wisdom tooth. I was desperate for help. I called 7 pearls dental out of their business hours and the call was returned by Dr Anish who called back before their opening hours. He was calm, patient and understood my concerns and made an appointment for me right away that day at 10am and had my tooth removed right at the chair with the help of Dr Emily. The procedure was quick with minimum discomfort. Everything went well and my gums and incision site have healed well. Their service is excellent, office is clean and I will be going to 7 pearls from now on even though I live in Thornton because it’s worth the travel!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Emily enough. I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a child and have/had extreme dental fear. This morning I seen Emily and was petrified but she reassured me and made me feel so so comfortable. I had 2 teeth taken out with gas and didn’t feel a thing. I now feel like I can easily come back and get my fillings that I need and could even come back regularly and get cleans done etc without being worried sick. For years I just accepted that my teeth would rot because I was too scared to go to the dentist but feel so relieved after my appt today. I was literally scared for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Shalini Ashwath on Tuesday 7th of March for a dental exam and clean , I then was told of the next steps that needed to be taken , so I had to come back on Thursday 23rd March for a filling She is amazing, I have bad dental anxiety and she put my mind at ease, explained everything as she was doing it and made me calm and relaxed I have had bad experiences with other dentists before but this practice is great and I can’t thank Dr Shalini Ashwath enough And the reception stuff are lovely I highly recommend this Dental Practice

Negative experience: Do not get extractions through this place! I got a wisdom tooth extracted & there were complications which led to extremely severe pain for several days. The dentist refused to offer any kind of pain relief he instead told me to have some Panadol because painkillers won’t work, but Panadol will work!? The pain was so severe I ended up in the emergency room at John Hunter because it was so unbearable. I waited 8 hours to see a doctor & when I finally seen him he said I should’ve been prescribed pain relief from the get go. Oh really?? Thanks guys! I recently had to get my other wisdom tooth extracted & went to a different establishment in Newcastle & the dentist gave me a prescription for painkillers without me even asking that’s called common sense. I’m sure they are fine with routine dental but under no circumstances should anybody get wisdom tooth extractions through here because they will happily send you away in pain with no remorse. Horrible dentist!

I called Friday afternoon for an urgent appointment as my molar filling fell off and instantly got an appointment for Saturday morning! Dr. Shalini thoroughly examined my tooth and took an X-ray to make sure all is good underneath before replacing the filling. She and her assistant Lauren did an amazing job giving me a high-quality dental treatment and making sure I’m feeling comfortable!
