Fantastic experience: We visited the clinic for my children’s dental checkup and my cleaning. The dentist Dr Farha is amazing even with the children. She explained everything and kept my children so comfortable. We loved our visit. Definitely coming back.

Negative experience: Be careful with this dentist, they did a extraction for me on molar tooth, but left bone in the tooth area, when I went and got a second opinion they told me I now have to see a specialist because the tooth root he left inside needs to be also extracted. This dr took 45min to 55min to extract! That’s very long time for extraction! I believe he intentionally was not pulling the tooth out because he wanted to charge more, he broke my tooth halfway and then was trying to take out the rest of the remains. But he still left bone inside. We went back to the dentist and asked for our refund because of unsatisfactory service, they said no you will not get your refund. While I was recording the whole interaction on my phone, the doctor took me to the side of their property and spoke to me outside, like he was trying to avoid been seen by other staff members, at one point the male dr tried to grab my phone and said you can’t record this! I went inside spoke to two girls explained that he left broken tooth and now I have to see a specialist, he walked inside and told the girl to call the police and she was quick to jump on the phone and make a phone call, she kept saying I don’t want to call the police just leave. Avoiding the refund conversation! We contacted their practice yesterday told them you guys have not extracted all the tooth you have there are remains of the tooth still, and that we will be seeking a second opinion if they do charge us to correct this issue we will be asking for a full refund, the girl we spoke to said that’s fine. But according to the male doctor he said when we called we were harassing them. The dr said to me? You will pay for this?!? Clearly he was threatening me! Which I have it all recorded and sent to our lawyer! They said get off our property we will call the police. We paid $420,00. We did not get our refund back. We saw a dentist surgery who did a 3D Xray and they said you require a surgery to have the root bones removed, cost $1,850

I have looked through your profile, and it seems you are never happy with the service you receive from any business, as you give one star to every business you visit.
The second issue at this stage you are writing a lie on Google where you claim extraction was not done which is false defamatory information.
The doctor successfully removed your tooth on the day and even took an x-ray following the removal of your tooth to show you it had been removed.
I would have shared an x-ray for everyone to see, however, I am trying to protect your medical record from publicity.
In relation to time spent for extraction it varies from one person to another and time spent is average for sectional removal of tooth.
I note you had harassed our reception staff by video recording them on the weekend without their consent trying to force them to give you a refund for treatment already performed successfully.
Our team had requested the 3D x-ray and contact of dental surgery to verify your false claim, which you refused as I don't think you even visited another dental clinic.
I am sending you a letter of compensation from our lawyer for your false defamatory claims on our business and for harassing our admin staff.
At this stage, you changed your review a few times and attempted our clinic to forcibly pay you back for an issue that is not even there.
Your idea of removing the jaw bones following the successful removal of all your teeth is similar to requesting to cut your fingers after having nails done in a salon.

Negative experience: Not recommended anyone even free, kids doctors changed all the time every second time got new doctor for kids, first give appointment then canceled it as didn’t checked that it’s before time, our appointment canceled just 1 hours before said we didn’t got your sms, not a professional manners.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused for you for late cancellation , However, you have been informed that doctor has became severly sick and she could not provide any dental care to your family on that day.
In relation to our doctors Principal dentist has been working since clinic opening. And other two female dental practioner has joined us over 2 years ago . We only had one dentist leave clinic to another country due to marriage. Our doctors work on diffrent days and if you prefer certain doctor the staff can arrange your appointment accordingly.

Negative experience: I went for a consultation last Sunday to implant a tooth as im not comfortable with the extension i have on they took photos and booked me in with dr mounir but dr mounir decided that i dont have missing tooth to implant without even seeing me

Initially you had chat with one of our doctor on Sunday for free out of doctor kindness’s when usually on Sunday after hours charges apply.
On Monday our senior Dentist checked your profile in the morning
that you don’t have missed teeth to require implant restoration as there was full photo of your mouth available in our system.
So our Doctor asked reception staff to give you call to not waste your evening time
and save you after hours consult fees at if we cannot help you we didn’t wish to take your time and money.
Message was left after multiple called attempts which you didn’t reply to again not to disturb your afternoon

Positive experience: Edit: thanks for reply however I was not told about the $25 per xray even by the doctor prior to the scan. Very good clean and service, however I am unhappy because I was quoted $25 for an xray over the phone and then after the xray I was charged $50 because apparently the xray is per side?? And this was never mentioned over the phone.

25 is price per X-ray and our doctors also mentions the fees prior taking the X-ray or any treatment.
As in practice some patients may require more X-rays and our staff on phone cannot predict how many X-ray you will require. But our staff can give you the price for one X-ray which is 25.
Fantastic experience: I'm really happy with the dental service I have received from the dentist and receptionist today. I had an emergency as my tooth chipped off. The dentist did her best to do an urgent restorative procedure. I'm really satisfied with the outcome. Thank you again! I will definitely recommend to friends and family members.

Fantastic experience: With the on and off pain I’ve been having with my broken left lower 1st molar for about 4 months. Dr Muneer helped me so much with a pain free root canal treatment and I am so grateful and relieved for the treatment that he carried out for me. I can drink cold drinks and eat ice cream now without having sensitive aches. Thank you again so much to Dr Muneer and the team for looking after me. Will definitely be coming back for future treatments
