Fantastic experience: Earlier I was greeted by a lovely receptionist Paige during my appointment and let me feel comfortable while waiting for my turn. I just waited for few minutes which is really great and I was assisted by Honey for the scan/xray of my teeth. She was very efficient and explained to me well what to do. Thanks for that. Dr. Akhil is such a down to earth person knowing he’s the owner of the clinic. I felt really comfortable with him because he listens very attentively and let me expressed. During the procedure, he is really gentle and always telling me what to expect and what to feel which is great I enjoyed the whole process, pain free. Wonderful job everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Having a phobia for dentists (very bad childhood trauma), due to the care provided at this practice, I can say that this is slowly being alleviated. Every staff member has treated me with kindness and patience. No judgement. After today’s further appointment with Holly and Martina, I feel so confident I am on the other side. I was so nervous, but I didn’t need to be. They were so professional and took the time to explain every step making sure I was okay. I can’t thank them enough. Fantastic experience: The process of getting Invisalign was made incredibly easy thanks to Dr Parsa and Dr Hani, I was looking into getting Invisalign after many years of feeling insecure about my smile so I booked an appointment at Bayview dental and very soon after, I was given my first set of Invisalign. I was sceptical of Invisalign and worried it might not work but Dr Parsa explained everything to me in great detail and made me confident that it would be a good choice. I had 18 weeks of Invisalign and now that I am on my final liner, I am extremely happy with how my smile has turned out and how well my teeth have been looked after.

Fantastic experience: I have a good experience with Dr Parsa and his assistant. They were able to make me feel comfortable as it was my first time visiting the clinic after moving from overseas. The clinic is clean. They did consultations, examinations and xrays first because I’m a new patient. Cleaning/hygiene and fluoride were also done on my first visit and was happy with the experience. Dr Parsa was able to explain my dental health in a clear manner. They are also partnered with my health fund - HBF, which covered most of the things I did and only had a gap of $80.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars! I recently took my 4-year-old to the dentist for their very first dental visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put both of us at ease. The dr has a wonderful way with children. They were so patient and gentle, taking the time to explain everything in a fun and understandable way for my child. My kid was a bit nervous at first, but the dentist and the hygienist were so kind and reassuring. They made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. By the end of the visit, my child was actually excited about brushing their teeth and coming back for their next appointment! Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Parsa is an extremely thorough dental surgeon, with a keen interest in sleep dentistry. After ten years of dental neglect, I am very thankful for choosing him as my dentist. The long appointments give very focused time on my dental health, reassuring me that the best and most conscientious treatment is explained and chosen for bringing my teeth back to a standard that will ensure I retain them well into old age. Dr Parsa and dental assistant Hanieh were a great team today during the three-hour marathon to clean my teeth, remove old fillings, insert a new filling and prepare a tooth for crowning in two weeks. Negative experience: I had such a terrible experience after teeth whitening. Though my teeth were significantly whiter, the process completely destroyed the enamel on my teeth. They are now permanently damaged, lack of shine and in a worse condition than when I went in to see Bayview dentists. I went back and the way I was treated was really disappointing and made the entire experience much worse. I told them about my teeth enamel worsening and Dr Akhil had the decency to tell me it was a lack of saliva in my mouth, which caused the lack of shine on my teeth! They refused to refund me my money. The dentist Ive seen since has been shocked at the state the whitening left my teeth. Really disappointing they refused to acknowledge the state of my teeth and that it was their doing.

Fantastic experience: Bayview Dental has made going to the dentist a less scary process. I avoided going to the dentist for years but at Bayview dental I now go twice a year. It is a calming space and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Definitely my family dentist now So far I've been twice and had really intelligent and gentle treatment from Dr Partovi and definitely from Dr Kamara, he is super. They tried out some new cleaning tech and techniques at my last clean and it has to be the easiest and most gentle visit I have had in my life. Both dentists explain what they're doing at every step and the dental nurse is lovely, gentle and helpful too. I really like the flossing tool they recommended and which has really improved my daily routine. And 2 major plus - 1 you can actually get an appointment (I like using the Health Engine app, but if you stay in Claremont you know that it's a 4 month wait for some dentists in the area) 2 - I actually think their fees are comparably cheaper. I only paid $13 excess for a standard clean on premium HBF cover.
