Fantastic experience: I can’t give enough praise to Dr Josie Teo. She’s done some amazing work to my teeth. I always avoided the dentist and unfortunately the issues mounted up. Josie worked out a plan and the work was spread out over 6 weeks. I rarely felt a thing and no longer get anxious when the dentist visit is approaching. They are all very friendly and personable.

Fantastic experience: Always great service & professional. I’m absolutely thrilled with my Invisalign results, I didn't think it was possible to get the straight teeth I dreamed of. It’s made a huge difference to my confidence & consistently get compliments. The team always offer expert advice which you can trust. Now I’m a regular for my dental checkups & hygiene appointments.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. In particular, Rebecca, the receptionist provides a sense of genuine pleasure at chatting with patients. She makes you feel completely at home. Rebecca does the small talk with a genuine smile and I then thoroughly enjoyed a more in-depth conversation about other topics. She is respectful and polite and an asset at the front desk. The dentist I saw was Dr Naseem Hashim. He too was lovely with a good sense of humour. I like that he takes a conservative approach to dentistry and he was very adept at the job. I managed to sit through 2 fillings and a deep clean (on separate occasions), each time without needing anaesthetic. He is extremely gentle and I would highly recommend him. All in all, the visit was a pleasure and not the dreaded dental visits I have experienced in the past. I'll be back regularly!

Fantastic experience: I had treatment done with Dr Josie. She was very gentle, thorough, explained everything well and made it a very comfortable experience for someone like me, who has a lot of dental anxiety. She also performed jaw Botox for my TMJ issues, and had a very delicate touch and it did not hurt at all. Highly recommend!

From booking, the front desk staff, the dental nurses and assistants to the Dentists. The facilities and up-to-date knowledge in dental practice is second to none. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place… the moment I walk in those doors I am always greeted with the warmest welcome by the front desk staff! My main two I visit are Holly and Jenna, the dental plan they have set for me I couldn’t be happier knowing I am getting closer and closer towards my goals when it comes to my teeth. I used to fear dentists as a kid but ever since coming here I am always looking forward to my next appointments and having a giggle with nurse Georgia.

Fantastic experience: I have a really severe fear of the dentist I never use to go as a kid, but since coming here and having Dr Josie has been an incredible experience, I needed a lot of work done and her and her team swiftly brought out options for fee coverage alternatives like with supa care, private cover payment plans. The dentistry environment is so calming and gentle to be in with the aroma therapy going and calming music. Dr Josie was absolutely amazing with me during all the big work I needed done with under general anaesthetic, today was my first filling done with just oral sedation and it went by in a breeze as well beautifully done and fully supported during the process.

Fantastic experience: Dr Josie is incredible and makes me feel safe which is no small task given my endless physical characteristics making dental treatments difficult. She is my forever dentist ❤️ Always a five star experience here. So warm and friendly and very professional.

Fantastic experience: I think I am the only person who’s ever loved going to the dentist. I started having toothache a few weeks ago and realised I haven’t been to the dentist in the whole 7 years I’ve been here, I am ashamed to say but coming from a country where dentists are mostly free or very cheap, I couldn’t afford it until now. I walked into such a calm and relaxed atmosphere and Monica, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. When nurse Georgia came to collect me, she led me to a room for X-rays (I honestly thought I’d made a mistake and came to an opticians as it didn’t look or smell like a dentist) which are very different to dentists in Scotland. By the time Georgia had taken pictures of my teeth, Dr Jenna had a plan in mind for me walking in the door. She showed me what needed done and explained it all so well. Her and nurse Georgia made me feel so at ease. They have an amazing working relationship and the only downside was trying not to laugh or sing along with them. I had quite a big filling done on the first visit and I did not feel a thing. Again, I’ve never been scared of needles, but I didn’t even feel the needle as I was numbed up before it! Honestly, anyone who is scared of the dentist, book in with these ladies. The atmosphere is so chill that you could honestly think you’re having a spa treatment! The second time I attended, I had 2 fillings and a good clean. I again honestly did not feel a thing due to the shot of (could be mistaken for a vodka really) numbing gel before the needles. Dr Jenna had a great playlist playing and challenge you not to laugh as her and Georgia work away while entertaining you. Absolutely 11/10! I have my next appointment on a countdown!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! From the moment you enter the calm environment of the reception with its comfy couches (you could be forgiven for thinking it a day spa) it envelopes you in an environment that soothes your nerves, should you have them. Inviting receptionists ease you into the process ahead, before Dental Nurses collect photos, and xrays prior to treatment. After that you are introduced to the Dentist who will take care of you. In my first experience, quality, professionalism, interest in their patient and humour helped salve my nerves and gave me every reason to put my trust and dental health into their care. Dr Jenna is amazing and I cannot thank her enough for her professional approach and ability to connect, through her good sense of humour, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dental at Joondalup to everyone

Fantastic experience: Definitely a 5⭐️ practice .I have been using this practice for the last 2yrs. They have moved premises and it is like 'WOW' such beautiful decor and so modern. I have seen Dr Abdul Kamara for my 6mth Checkup, Scale and Clean and to my surprise had no pain what's so ever with my scale and clean was the best experience so far as I'm not super keen going to the dentist but now I'm not nervous at all. You will not be disappointed going here and they are very reasonable priced and no need to be scared to go to the dentist. Thankyou Dental at Joondalup

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my experience here, all the nurses and dentists were lovely and have top of the range facilities. Jorja and Dr Hu were so welcoming and provided and trusted me with helping them and their patients! The actual clinic was so nicely decorated it looked straight out of pinterest! I was on work experience here and was so surprised to see how many things they do in house including all the x ray machines, 3D scanning and different types of treatments that i never even thought could be all in the one clinic. Not to mention everyone was so lovely and welcoming to me even if it was just for a few days. They were so calm and it made the environment of a dentist not feel as scary for some people, and their attention to detail with all patients made everyone feel so safe and i really recommend dental at joondalup !

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found Dental at Joondalup. I have used their services for the past 4 years every six months. I used to dread going to the dentist but now it’s like home from home. From the moment you walk in the door Tammy and Marissa greet you and are always so friendly. Tammy usually has a funny tale to tell. Abdul the dentist and Georgia his assistant put you at ease with the lovely music they play, the surroundings and of course not to forget the Double Act humour. They have me laughing every time. It’s more like meeting with friends every 6 months. I have had various treatment done and have never ever felt any pain at all. I hope they all stay there forever!! Fantastic experience: Have nothing but positive things to say about Dental at Joondalup, reception staff amazing! But the most praise has to go to Dr Jenna who you just can’t not love. She is warm welcoming and very informative when it comes to choosing the right dental plan for your needs. I’ve never liked the dentist but instantly feel at ease with Dr Jenna. She has made a wonderful job or restoring my smile and look forward to continuing my dental needs in her care. Look forward to seeing the new pink straddle chair on my next visit.

Negative experience: **An update I did eventually get most of my money back so I’ll add a star for that, but unfortunately my form is gone and my attempts to get it back or a new one have been unsuccessful with everyone I’ve called up not giving me a valid reason as to why I can’t get a new government subsidy form** . I get covid close to my appointment and they decide to now want nothing to do with me whatsoever and keep my $406.25 I gave them. I want my money back as times are tough and I need that money to book with another dental. The fact that you try to transfer me to the place I had just been to previously 2 times and they couldn’t do anything for me due to my anxiety is baffling. For some reason you failed to explain to me what the “protection” Is in your “policies” and you had an attitude with me when I called up sick as if it’s my fault I got sick and didn’t call up straight away when my symptoms were extremely mild. I notice an odd perfect review record here for a place that lacks human compassion. You have also not given me back my government subsidy form that took me a long time to get. I need my form back so I can proceed with another dental, this is negligence and my tooth is not getting any better.

Fantastic experience: Dr Akhil, Dr Iris, Miss Holly and the whole team provide a professional and friendly service. As someone who has a little anxiety when it comes to dental work everyone really tries, and succeeds in putting you at ease. Dr Akhil in particular is very, very good at explaining the process and risks of every procedure and cannot recommend him and his team enough. I have had extensive work done over the space of the last 12 months and am extremely happy with the results thus far. They really have changed my life.

Fantastic experience: Having Invisalign done. Practice has the latest 3D scanning equipment to enable a true image of before and after ensuring the corrections are achievable. Dr Akhil Chandra is very thorough in his planning to achieve the best results using computer imaging programs to confirm what the end result will be and is very clear explaining the processes and procedures in what is expected prior to treatment starting. Dr Abdul Kamara will be following on with the alignment treatment thereafter and his passion in dental care was seen immediately. The reception team have a high level and excellent customer clear attitude, following up the next day after tooth extraction, very rear to find this support in a profession of today lifestyle, when we seemingly are to busy trying to look after ourselves. Even after a few visits, greeting you by your first name upon coming to appointments. The team as a whole are professional, making you welcome and relaxed, taking away any anxiety that often goes with a visit at any dentist and shows care for what’s best for you as their priority. I highly recommend Dental at Joondalup not only for their impeccable dental care and honest treatment plan, but what makes the consultation stand out even more above all others, is the Dentist’s assistant, yeap, the ‘Dental Nurse’. Georgia is outstanding, confident and competent and complements the Dentist skills with her own “master class” skill set ability to foresee the treatment steps ahead and has all steps covered being that 3rd hand for the Dentist. She is what makes the consultants relaxing and you know you’re not going to drown in your own saliva or the water used for the treatment, not having to worry about closing your mouth or swallowing at the wrong time as Georgia’s skills on the suction and water equipment is exceptional and I have never had a Nurse of her proficiency. She works extremely well with all of the Dentist’s. You can’t even get out of the consultation room forgetting you’re wearing those highly sort after glasses, saving the day for embarrassment. I was suffering with a lot of pain from a tooth abscess requiring a root canal and I got treatment ASAP. Fantastic experience: I have had a tooth ache since Christmas on and off. I’m a very nervous and scared when it comes to Dentist, that’s why it’s taking me so long. I read the reviews from Dental at Joondalup and was very impressed so I called. I explained my situation and my fears the receptionist was very understanding and listened to me the receptionist said I have booked your app with Dr Kevin he is great and have made a note in your file. My visit to the clinic was very friendly from walking in the door the receptionist (sorry ladies I didn’t get your names) to the Nurse to Dr Kevin. He was very friendly and he listened to everything I was saying about my fears he talked me through the whole procedure. He numb me and started doing the extraction, always asking me was I okay, I didnt feel any pain or discomfort before u know it was all done. Very pleased with the professional service I received. Fantastic experience: There are talented dentists and then there is Dr. Kevin Kwok at Dental at Joondalup. To say I was nervous and anxious was an understatement and due to this, I procrastinated going to the dentist... at my peril of course. It was tough to find a dentist that was both talented, yet caring and professional. It took me a month of research online to find Dental at Joondalup and I believe it is one of the only dental surgeries in Perth and North of the River to boast well over two hundred 5 STAR reviews. Reviews from very satisfied clients especially from those who, like me, suffer from nerves and anxiety. Each one of the reviews mentioned how wonderful, thoughful, caring, professional and talented Dr. Kevin Kwok is and I was hoping that he could help me. With much dread at the thought of the dental work that would be needed, I made my booking online using their very straightforward and painless booking system and I was very fortunate that there was an appointment available for today. The practice is located very conveniently in the heart of Joondalup with heaps of parking around both right at their door and across Lakeside Drive and just 8 mins from Mitchell Freeway. From the moment you walk through their doors, you know there is an immediate difference. The smiling faces who greet you and reassure you that you are in good hands really make all the difference and despite my anxiousness, I felt a little more relaxed. Their reception area is well appointed with lots of comfortable seating and despite how busy they are, it felt very relaxed and homely... I am glad I got there early. Finally the moment for my appointment arrived and it was time to see what years of procrastination and phobia had done. I initially had a consult / x-ray with dental nurse Sha, who immediately proceeded to put my fears at ease and she explained thoroughly what she was going to do before being introduced to Dr. Kevin Kwok. If Sha was thorough in her explanation, Dr. Kevin was exceptional. His "bedside" manner is amazing and he carefully explained the plan for my dental consult. Dental at Joondalup do specialise in Sleep Dentistry however because of what was required, sadly today I was not able to utilise that service. My dental consult consisted of a scale, clean and polish and an extraction. Both Dr. Kevin and nurse Sha were exemplary through both procedures, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed and letting me know every step of the way what was occuring. All said and done, it took just under an hour for both procedures to be completed and at the completion, I kept asking myself what was all the anxiety, nervousness and fear for. I do know and can say without any reservation that Dr. Kevin and the staff at Dental at Joondalup know their stuff. Their charges for the service they provide is extremly fair and affordable and they offer the option of AfterPay too if you need to pay in instalments. So what is my message to those who, like me suffer from anxiety at the thought of going to the dentist, don't procrastinate your dental health till it's too late, don't let your fears and anxiety get the better of you because the professionals at Dental at Joondalup have the expertise to help you through the entire process. I am so happy to be able to add to their collection of 5 Star reviews, highly recommended and after years of searching for a reputable dentist, I have finally found one that can do amazing work and is caring too. Fantastic experience: Being a tad fearful of dentists, my visit was with trepidation. I am pleased to share DR Iris Bendall was amazing and my dentist fears are now cured! I found her, and all staff to be empathetic, caring, accomodating and very friendly. The procedure was painless and so much easier than imagined. Facilities are clean, equipment state of the art. Great team and excellent service. Thanks so much for changing the way I think about dentistry going forward! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was a very positive experience, everything that was being done, all the x-rays and cleaning process was explained clearly. The receptionist and assistant where friendly. My dentist was gentle and allowed me to take rests often to minimise discomfort. I have been coming here for years and have always found the staff friendly, kind and good at helping me understand what is being done and why. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment with Dr Kevin Kwok to fix a broken tooth. Kevin and his assistant were very friendly and informative about what they were going to do to fix my tooth.
