I'm one of those people and feel very comfortable with Dr. Nikgoo. I avoided going to the dentist for years and there was no guilt or shaming when I first visited. Alex is an excellent Dental surgeon and does a great job at fixing the problem to a high standard whilst making sure you are comfortable and well looked after, the staff are also very friendly and will make your experience as pleasant as possible. Completely painless.

Fantastic experience: If you told me i would be leaving a 5 Star review for a Dental Surgery I would have said you’re crazy but it’s true. I had a disappointing experience with a - (now) former dentist who left me suffering. I was quite desperate when I called Pain Free Dental and they answered my prayers, Dr Nikgoo not only saw me at very short notice but was professional and kind, he explained all my options and took care of me the same day painlessly as his calling card says. They even followed up with me a couple of days later, that’s true customer service and caring right there, who’s ever had a follow up from a Dental Surgeon before? I Have. It all went well, PFDC were excellent the staff and the Dr’s are exceptional and I very “comfortably“ give them a 5 Star review.

Fantastic experience: Well after years of seeing dentists and their old ways of a painful and not so pleasant teeth extraction , I have never in my life ever experienced a 100% PAIN FREE tooth extraction whilst staying conscious let alone a surgical removal with no pain at all during the procedure. Even after the extraction and surgery there was no pain in the recovery process. Wow unbelievable. THE BEST DENTIST EVER HANDS DOWN !!!!!!
