My daughter has only a couple of months left to wear her alligners, which have given her even more of an amazing smile. Negative experience: I had two wisdom teeth removed, but blood flowed into my throat and made me vomit. Overall, the experience was pretty unpleasant, so I’ve decided to go somewhere else to get the other two removed

The dentist and dental technician were both incredibly kind and helpful and great at explaining everything. The costs were easily set out. The kids were excited to join the 'No Cavities Club', a great incentive for kids!

I hadn't gone for years, mouth was sore so finally went, Dr Iram was great, she explained everything clearly to me about my teeth and tartar build up, which has made me understand the importance of regular visits so I don't need the big clean again like I initially needed. They're also patient and reasuring and take breaks now & then when you need it. Would definitely recommend & will keep up my regular visits.

Fantastic experience: I have to say after moving to Melbourne I hadn't been to the dentist for quite some time thus me seeking out a high quality dentistry practice who were keen on saving teeth rather than pulling them out and all the 5 star reviews and positive vibes from other patients from Lightwood Dental won me. In saying that all my trips to Lightwood Dental have been very pleasant considering dental surgeries are feared by many. Today was my most, I suppose complex dentistry work ever, a wisdom tooth removal and my dentist was very gentle, informative and caring as was her assistant. I have no after pain nor bleeding and all my teeth and gums feel like they've had a massage if that's possible with teeth. I must mention that the reception staff are very pleasant and friendly including other practitioners there who'll give you a friendly smile in passing even if they aren't the ones you saw. Lightwood Dental are very vigilant in regards to reminding you of your next check-up and clean etc and follow up after to see how you are after such things as my wisdom tooth work. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Fantastic experience: The work I have had done to most of my teeth at lightwood dental is really beautiful. I have been elsewhere to get my front tooth fixed. It looked awful and disintegrated pretty quickly. When I went to lightwoo, The dentist made my smile look natural. It fit my face which is quite small and it has held together well for some time now. Very impressed with the dentistry provided. I am also highly impressed with the care, welcome and comfort that all of the staff at lightwood ensure they provide their customers with.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team at Lightwood Dental. In the past 2 years I have had my wisdom teeth removed, a root canal and crown, and some fillings. Every procedure I have had has been done with care and precision, I have always had a fast recovery with no issues. For years I avoided the dentist, but Lightwood Dental have helped ease my anxiety re a visit to the dentist, my teeth are much better off, and I feel much healthier too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Claudia & the team have surpassed my expectations. I have PTSD so I found Lightwood Dental were my last chance of getting it right after going to many other dentists that I felt I couldn’t connect to nor be my messy self. Nothing worse than being pressured to ‘keep it together’ environment or people not knowing how to deal with mental health. Dr.Claudia monitored me and with the nurse as well. They both made me feel like I was ‘ok’ to be me even if it took me a while to relax. I went from a complete mess (tears/anxiety/hands shaking) to leaving the clinic with a new perspective on myself and wondering why I was so nervous. The dental work that I needed has taken me a very long time to do however I can’t say enough about the team at Lightwood Dental- never judged. If you’re reading this I can say hand on heart, they gave me warmth, assurance, understanding with plenty of patience!

Fantastic experience: Dr Emily is extremely patient and efficient. For someone who strongly dislikes having dental work done, Dr Emily consolidated the visits to be able to get them done quicker for me. After a horrific (at another clinic) wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Emily extracted one for me with minimal to no discomfort and was very patient. Can’t thank you enough. Big thanks to the dental nurse and receptionist for their friendliness too. Overall a fantastic clinic, I’ll be taking my toddler to them too!

Fantastic experience: Quite simply the best dental practice I have been to. After a few too many years neglecting my teeth I needed a fair bit of work done. Lightwood have been great, working out a realistic plan which means that over the past year or so, I've finally managed to get it all under control and for the first time in many years my teeth are actually in good shape. AfterPay is an option and that has helped with the process. Doctor Emily is fantastic, and everyone I have spoken to at the clinic have been amazing. I can't recommend them enough.

Now I don’t need them as the staff have taken the time to work with me through my anxiety and I trust them to look after me. I highly recommend Lightwood Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Dental clinic for approx 4 years and unfortunately for me I have had to have two teeth removed at different times. I have always been told that if you need a tooth pulled see a man as they are stronger and won’t break your tooth off at the roots. In my life I have had 3 teeth removed. The first by a man who broke off it off at the root. I then had to have that removed 6 years later when it finally worked it way out. The other teeth were removed by two different Dentists at Lightwood. They make sure that the area is completely numb prior to taking the tooth out, then surprisingly there was NO PAIN, the complete tooth came out. ( not to mention you can listen or watch something on t.v. While they are doing their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST. CLOSEST THING TO THE PERFECT DENTIST, THAT DOES NOT CREATE ANY PAIN FOR YOU. Try it you will be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: I am a Health Professional that travels 2 1/2 hours from North East Victoria to see my wonderful Dentist at Lightwood Dental. Why? You ask! They provide competitive prices, cheaper then rural Victoria, excellent service, and above all no pain after treatment. I have had a bridge and a root canal that actually works. My teeth are now looking the best they have ever done before. I am a very nervous client, who used to hate going to the Dentist. The receptionist, dental assistants are all so kind and helpful.
