Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of this clinic, but in particular, Dr Shaun. He is so incredibly patient and kind, it blew me away. I have consistently felt rushed and bullied by dentists and feel as though they never have time for my questions; as though I am too much for them. After a bad experience with an orthodontist and dentist (elsewhere), I became quite a nervous patient so having someone like Dr Shaun offer such compassion and care was nothing short of amazing. He is talented at what he does and makes sure you understand each process before going ahead, you never feel bullied or rushed. He is also very in tune with your areas of discomfort- at one point I put my hand up to my head out of anxiousness and he instantly moved the light out of my face. He also stopped and removed the tools from your mouth if he asked a question and you tried to answer, which seems so simple it’s almost silly. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had dentists ask me questions and expect me to answer with their hands in my mouth. My dad sees Dr Aaron too and feels the exact same way about his level of skill, knowledge and compassion. The care and service at this clinic was a refreshing change and I highly recommend them. Thanks Dr Shaun, I really appreciate all the help!

Dr.Shaun is listened and explained my procedureI step by step. always made sure I was comfortable as my appointment progressed take up-to 180 minutes for 6 teeth bonding. After the job finished I’m so happy how it turned out! It’s Amazing! look so nice and so natural colours perfectly and suits my face. Dr. Shaun is so skilful & professional! Fantastic experience: Our regular dental practice was sold so we decided to find a new dentist closer to home and phoned Coolamon Dental to discuss our needs. The practice’s front office staff were very helpful and assisted us to have our dental records transferred and made an appointment for us to have an initial checkup. We both saw Dr Shaun and during our first visit, he showed a caring and professional approach and a genuine interest in us as people , not just patients. We were both very impressed and were confident that Coolamon Dental has excellent dentists, dental nurses and they use the latest in dental technology. Ken required further treatment after the initial examination and Dr Shaun and his nurse Anna made him feel very comfortable during his subsequent visits, explaining every aspect of the treatment he was receiving. We have no hesitation recommending Coolamon Dental Practice to anyone who is looking for professional dental services. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, putting me at ease immediately. I highly recommend Dr Francis. He took his time to explain the procedures and addressed all my questions and concerns. During the root canal sessions, I was amazed by how comfortable he made the process. It was painless. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. Post procedure, the lovely staff followed up via phone call to ensure I was doing well. I am so grateful for the excellent service I received and would highly recommend Coolamon Dental to anyone in need of dental care. I will not go anywhere else.

I have never been to Coolamon Dental Centre before so after reading some of the reviews I decided to give them a try..... And OMG the treatment received from everyone was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Starting from Bernice at the reception, 5 stars review isn't enough to the describe how helpful, kind, understanding, friendly and professional she was, she went WELL out of her way to help me (even though as I said before I was a new client to the clinic). Bernice, I can't thank you enough. You have been a gem, please keep up with the FANTASTIC work!!!!! Everyone (reception staff, nurses and dentists) were also very kind, professional and understanding. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and my implant was sorted very quickly. Fantastic experience: I just had my check-up, scale and polish done by Aaron in my first appointment since returning to WA. The new equipment they have meant that my clean was done with no discomfort. I was very apprehensive as I have very sensitive teeth, but I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was, with no numbing injections. This has made my day! Thank you, Aaron!

Negative experience: This clinic is run by absolute clowns. We are a family of four and have all individually had booking issues. We’ve had appointments cancelled last minute on us at different times, been called to say we should be at an appointment when we didn’t actually book an appointment and attended appointments that we have replied to a confirmation text to, to be told there was a mistake and we weren’t actually booked in. We’ve also been booked in for a tooth removal (booked in straight after a scale and clean when we were told the removal was required) only to show up at the scheduled time to be told “no you are booked you in for a scale and clean”. Absolutely unreal. The admin are rude and totally incompetent. Go to WA dental!

I came in shaking and so super nervous but the inviting environment that both of them created calmed me down quickly!
