Fantastic experience: What a fantastic clinic with just as amazing staff from receptionist to Dr Raf and Dr Silvia . Took my 4 year old for a tooth extraction that was quoted $2000 somewhere else as I was told it can’t be done in a chair. When I visited Dr Raf for a second opinion he said it can be surely done in a chair. They made my son and us so comfortable and was done under 40 mins. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: Let's be completely honest... I've never liked going to the dentist and I have never liked the cost of going to the dentist. But I've got to say, in all honesty Vineyard Dental Sunbury were great! Dr. Rafeek Zaki (Dr. Raf) was great! He explained the whole process and gave me his honest opinion. He was patient, caring and even though the appointment went over and into his lunch break he ensured my needs were met (I hope you got your burrito) but I trust Dr. Raf and am so glad that I got the help I needed.

Fantastic experience: I don’t think anyone likes going to the dentist but, my emergency visit to vineyard dental today was actually a good experience. I’m new to Sunbury and will now continue to be a patient at this practice. Kind, gentle and professional… resonably priced too.

Very friendly person on reception (Kylie) and the assistant was also very friendly New patients get a no gap check-up, clean, 2 X-rays and a fluoride treatment with private health insurance, or $200 without. Seems like they don’t do any unnecessary treatment and prices are clear Was offered an appointment for the next day, easy to get one! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: We took our two year old for his first dentist appointment (familiarisation more than anything) and both the dentist and nurse were very patient and kind with him, he ended up loving the attention He also got a special certificate which he put on the fridge very proudly - a very thoughtful touch and a positive experience all round.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank enough Dr. Raf & his amazing assistants to fix my 6yo son’s troubled tooth that we almost gave up on & thought of pulling out. And… one of the most personal, exhausting & psychological things we had to go through with my son at his previous ’traumatic’ dentist experience that left him petrified of dentists! Since early July 2023 I’ve been looking for good dentist & solutions and only options I was given is Private hospital & general anaesthetics with a bill of $4k and another children dentist In Hawthorn who I still don’t understand why but refused to do ‘laughing gas’ on him to fix the tooth… And then, I was truely blessed to be referred to Dr Raf! My hero & forever dentist!!! My son was so well looked after, talked through each stage of procedure, even chose his own ‘laughing gas’ flavour!!! And with a blink of an eye, all our 4 months worries went away!!!! I was very teary that this was finally done & cannot express enough my gratitude to Dr. Raf & team for saving the tooth & such pleasant & easy riding experience!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth pulled out at the Vineyard Dentist, and I was very impressed with the care I received. The doctor and nurse were both very calming and patient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I was especially impressed with the way the doctor explained the procedure to me in detail. He used gentle language and a soothing tone of voice, and he made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen. This helped me to feel much more relaxed and at ease Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Vineyard Dentist. The doctor and nurse were both very professional and caring, and they made sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others.

Positive experience: I attended the Vineyard Dental practice to utilise the ‘no gap’ dental check up and clean and was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The dentist was friendly and very understanding that I was a little anxious. She was calm and gave me breaks when needed. Fantastic experience: My dentist dr zaki was very good and patient had one of my wisdom tooth removed which kept getting infected and which a lot of dentists would steer clear of removing but he was very patient in removing it despite it being quite difficult.

As a nurse myself I am very particular about various different things but this place is immaculate, spacious, staff are so friendly, Dr Met (Dentist) is absolutely fantastic so gentle, honest and thorougher! He explains treatment options exceptionally well without being pushy and does wonderful work. Kylie takes the time to chat to the clinics patients it’s really nice. This clinic is very reasonably priced. I look forward to coming back very soon!

Fantastic experience: The clinic was clean, modern and inviting. Staff were all lovely, including Dr Mohammed who took the time to make me feel comfortable, spent the time to give me a thorough yet gentle clean, ensuring I was comfortable along the way. He then took the time to discuss future treatment options afterwards and answer my questions. The receptionist Kylie was also very helpful with my queries. I feel confident in returning here in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wassam was amazing. I haven’t been to a dentist in about 10 years due to a horrific phobia. Both him and the nurse were fantastic and guided me through everything with empathy and compassion. I will be booking a normal appt soon so I can avoid any more emergency visits and I know I’ll be in really good caring hands!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience because it was seamless from booking to receptionist greeting. Managed to get an appointment on the day 9th Jan. The clinic was clean and the equipment were top notch. The dentist Dr Raf Vishali was very professional. He assessed my situation and provided me with options including the price. The tooth needed to be removed and the dentist checked on me every now and then to see if I was ok. He also put in extra local anaesthetic to alleviate the pain. I felt very professionally looked after and this is the first time I have walked out of a dental clinic fully satisfied.
