After three years of treatment, my child now smiles confidently with beautifully aligned teeth. My child also had tooth cleaning and filling done in this clinic. Fantastic experience: I was here for teeth whitening treatment and it was Dr. Bryan who found out there's a few attachments were left on when I had braces removed few years ago. Dr. Bryan also found out a few tiny cracks on the teeth and told me how to take care of them before things get worse. He was gentle and careful in my treatment. Negative experience: Inexperienced dentist, The machines won’t working during my filling, very unclear X-rays. Dental nurse is not listening to dentist half of the time. Many people walking in and out of the room. Very rough tooth filling, the filling itself sticks out from tooth afterwards, and the whole process cracked my entire tooth. A lot of blood during the process for a not big filling. Did not offer a second filling to try to fix problem or other treatment, only told me to extract my tooth and implant an artificial tooth. The principle Dr. Lin has a very dogmatic and rough attitude. Told me there is no way to save my tooth, asked me to pay 4K to do implant. Would not recommend anyone to go there. Edit：They did not provide me with other treatment on my second visit to review my toothache after filling (They did NOTHING). Similar words of same meaning from principle Lin: “This is no other way to save this tooth. It doesn’t cost much less to do a crown, you better just extract the tooth. I can do it immediately if you say so.” * The so called detailed suggestion and explanation was made via a phone call in the middle of my exam a week after I wrote the review. Good to know they tried after I have already done a dental crown at somewhere else. I do not study a medical degree, please do not assume which profession background I have when you do not know, that is not professional of the clinic. The tooth crack is caused by the filling, as the filling is not done properly. It is very loose and fell out when the second dental clinic was checking. They had to redo the tooth filling for me before doing anything else. The tooth only hurts when I bite on the filling side, the other side of the tooth was all good.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with GoodChoice a few years ago now. Like a lot of people, I have always been really scared of going to the Dentist. But the member of GoodChoice made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I opted for implants and had my first surgery which were performed by Dr. Lin last year. In n my opinion, is honestly THE Dr Lin is best Dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. He is prompted in every details for the patients ,knowledgeable ,highly professionals. And today I back to him again for my second implant surgery. Everything going smoothly, no pain. The whole treatment only took 30mins. My treatment is all finished now apart from the after care and I could not be any happier with the results. Negative experience: Headline: Been going there for the past 4 years nothing but a headache they have no experience as they will fix one tooth and break the other. They wouldn’t give me the x-rays I requested also they try to get as much as they can from you rip offs as they told me one of the times I went there to get my tooth fixed that my my other teeth are not good so they started butchering my other teeth and cracked one the tooth they done the filling on since then I’ve been in pain then after the 6-7th time that I have been going there for the same tooth they finally try to charge me $4500 then they said just pay $600 and then slowly slowly you can pay the rest for a tooth. Then I ended up stopped trusting them as they are very inexperienced for example and apprentices that get there experience on you for example there was one of the times I wanted to take my wisdom tooth out they didn’t know how to use a slid hammer not sure if it had to be even used on taking them out and she was slaking telling me I am very strong. Then she smacked my other teeth that then I had to go and get fixed again very inexperienced none knowledgeable people don’t go and waste your time. I finally got the same tooth fixed not costing me anywhere close to that much and pain is gone after a long 8 months of head ache.

Negative experience: My wife had an extraction at this clinic, and I must say, it was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant experiences I have ever encountered at a dental clinic. From the moment we walked in, we could sense an atmosphere of tension and unease. The dentist, Dr. Lin, seemed to be in a bad mood all the time, which immediately made her feel uncomfortable. He was curt and dismissive, lacking any semblance of bedside manner. His interaction with his assistant was even worse; he treated her with disrespect and condescension, making the entire environment feel tense and unwelcoming. During the extraction procedure, Dr. Lin showed little regard for her comfort and well-being. He was rough and careless, causing unnecessary pain and discomfort. Throughout the procedure, we could hear him grumble and complain under his breath, further exacerbating her anxiety. What disturbed me the most was witnessing how he handled his assistant. He constantly belittled her in front of patients, which created an unprofessional and toxic work environment. It was evident that his lack of respect for his team had a negative impact on the quality of care provided. The post-extraction care instructions were rushed and unclear, leaving my wife feeling uncertain about how to properly care for the extraction site. When I tried to ask questions, Dr. Lin seemed annoyed and impatient, dismissing my concerns as if they were trivial. In addition to the poor treatment by the dentist, the overall cleanliness of the clinic was subpar. The waiting area looked disorganized, and the treatment rooms appeared untidy and unsterilized. In conclusion, the unprofessionalism and rude behavior exhibited by Dr. Lin and the overall atmosphere of tension at this clinic made my dental extraction a nightmare. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others looking for a dental clinic that prioritizes patient comfort and provides a respectful and caring environment for both patients and staff. Definitely not a good choice.

The receptionists were very welcoming and the dentist (Dr. Bridget Lee) was really professional and made me feel really comfortable and well informed of my dental situation. Super informative. Negative experience: Dr Jie Lin removed one of my mother's teeth today and it was a terrible experience. She was given local anaesthesia and had to wait over 30 mins, dentist was attending multiple other patients at the same time. when ready for the removal my mother said it felt like the numbness wore off but dentist insisted that it was fine and it takes 15 minutes for it to take affect (not sure if this is true but did not seem to be the case, possibly didn't apply properly?) Continued with the procedure but she was in pain to the point of tears and the dentist said something to the effect of "haven't done anything yet, how are you in pain" whilst attempting to yank the tooth out. Bad attitude and tone. (She's in pain in the first place because the anaesthesia isn't working) After stopping from immense pain, dentist administered 2 more shots of anaesthesia. Then my mother didn't even notice he had pulled out the tooth. (anaesthesia working as intended) I am very upset at this treatment and would not recommend getting work done here. in reply to your response: I was unhappy with your service so I chose to write the review, I understand you do not take criticism well since you are straight out denying all responsibility but to address some of your points you have made: - she was there at 3:50pm 10 minutes before the 4:00pm appointment so that's the first thing you made up. - she was not in pain upon arriving, nor did she tell you she was in pain or rush the staff to see her. She was only in pain as she was getting the tooth removed more than half an hour after you applied the anaesthesia. So from my point of view the first dose was pointless and there was nothing prompting the dentist's pity. - she was brought in for the removal around 4:25 which is 25 minutes after the appointed time rather than the "earlier than your appointed time" you are claiming. - To be clear she did express frustration with receiving more anaesthetic since she had already had a dose, this was due to early first dose appeared to be pointless at this stage. We do not recall an actual offer for additional anaesthesia so there was no direct refusal, however the dentist did say it was still was fine to proceed despite lack of numbness. Your statement about her repeatedly declining is not true. - I'm not sure what you are suggesting my mother is trying to do when complaining of the pain (are you suggesting she is faking it?), I assume she was just too in pain to directly identify the source, i.e. she is in constant pain so naturally she responded she is in pain. - Since you know the tooth is badly infected (due to failed root canal from this clinic) we would have appreciated the proper anaesthetic from the start rather than the first dose that faded then an additional one. - I do agree the final result of not feeling the removal was favourable but to say there were no complications is not correct. Also I do not appreciate you encouraging honesty and transparency while making untrue statements to paint your clinic in a better light. Thanks for the reply I will not be back.

In addition, I waited for some times because of the delay of other patients. The staff is so genuine and compensate me with some small gifts. While the gifts are not expensive, I really appreciate their attitude! They do care about you! I scheduled a general dental check and clean with Dr Tina Yang. The service is also excellent.
