Fantastic experience: Dr. Rajlaxmi was very professional, concise and thorough. She didn’t unnecessarily push for any procedure and clearly explained why a procedure is being prescribed and the reasons behind it with clear photographs and artefacts. I had neglected my dental health in terms of routine cleanups for a while now and she clearly explained how even after supreme oral hygiene habits there are dental residues which needs the keen insights and expertise of a doctor. I am hoping my severe tooth condition doesn’t deteriorate further and the initial procedure takes care of the issue.

Negative experience: Don’t fall into trap. I’ve spent over $20,000 with this company, and it’s honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had specially if you’re gonna deal with someone like DR Nazila. Which’s the most unprofessional Dr I have ever seen that all she knows is money and doesn’t care about her work and patients . Its been over a year since I had my treatment done and I’m still in pain and I had to go elsewhere to get them done properly. When I first signed up, I was told payments would be made fortnightly. Just a month later, they changed it to weekly, and shortly after that, they demanded the full amount upfront before continuing with my treatment. The entire process dragged on for over a year, even though my contract was for two years. I paid the full amount as requested, and now they’re still asking me for more. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of.

She took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns, which I really appreciated. Vicki at reception was also very helpful and efficient. Although, I was told by Dr. Azin that it takes about 2 weeks for all these to settle, all I’m hoping is there would be not much pain and will be able to come back for another treatment.

Vicki at front desk was professional and person-centred in her approach to me when I attended my appointment, despite me feeling anxious, I felt immediate calm. The rooms were clean and despite small proximity of lease space, the seating area was well designed to accommodate patients on a Saturday. Fantastic experience: Everyone was accomodating. I walked in the clinic just asking for a quote and if my healthcover can cover the cost of the procedure I needed. I had Dr Raja as my dentist. She was excellent. She showed and advised me what needed to be done but was not pushy understanding that budget will always be a concern with added procedures to be done. I will come back again for my next appointment.

Positive experience: This is my HONEST REVIEW of Parramatta Green Dental: I have to say This dental in Parramatta is a “meh.” to me, I wanted to take that dental as a 50/50 OK experience in my perspective. PROS: The dentist were very family-friendly to me and honestly they did a great job with taking your teeth out and giving some good advice for our teeth. CONS: One time when we booked an appointment for the dentist we had to sit down there a wait for OVER HALF AN HOUR!!!!! For the appointment which is a valuable waste of time! And the fact that the money is expensive and not so cheap makes it unfair. The staff who works there only cares about how much is their net worth which is biased! As a conclusion this is Dental in Parramatta is a not bad dental at all, it’s a 3-star for Parramatta Green Dental!!

Negative experience: The first time visiting was very happy with the service provided as the dentist was very caring and considerate but after returning and seeing a different dentist I was not happy at all I was in quite a bit of pain as my tooth was getting extracted and the dentist was dancing and being very inconsiderate with her co worker.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. My daughter was there to have here teeth fix, yet the dentist mistakenly slip her hand while holding a machine that cause a long cut in my daughter’s lips. My wife is there and saw everything. This cause trauma to my kid. I don’t recommend this practice specifically that dentist at all. Negligence at its finest!

Your services are not satisfactory, nor a positive experience. I requested my file be closed, and all contact information removed - i have recently recieved text messages, which indicates you have not complied with my request to delete personal information. This further proves my point of unsatisfactory and negative experience service.

Positive experience: A bit of disappointment as they didn’t have good facilities. Had to pay out of pocket expenses even with private health insurance.

Negative experience: Gave me the wrong colour veneers, then I when I went back and told them, the lady was like I can't see the difference in colour and refused to acknowledge it. It's a HUGE difference! I think I would know it's my mouth...

Negative experience: I’ve spent $705 without a solution to my problem.(Waste of money) Visit 1: Went to the clinic with severe teeth pain. The dentist performed different tests such and informed me that it is because of my upper wisdom teeth although I’ve informed her that the pain was in lower molar. I went ahead with the wisdom extraction and it costed me $600 in total. ——————————— The pain didn’t reduce and visited the clinic again in 4 days. ——————————— Visit 2: The dentist again performed different tests and couldn’t find a root cause to my problem and referred me to a specialist at a different dental clinic. The total cost for tests and examination is $105. ——————————— On the same day I have visited a specialist from different clinic and he identified the problem in my lower molar teeth and fixed the problem. The pain is gone now. This costed me $600 more. Conclusion: If you don’t know the exact problem, you should refer me to a specialist initially rather than performing an incorrect treatment which neither solved my pain but rather caused an additional pain.

Negative experience: Went in for a scale & clean. Staff were all very kind. I see on other reviews here that people were upset about being talked into xrays for additional costs, I think they've learnt from that, as the staff checked with my insurance first to make sure there wouldn't be an out of pocket expense before going ahead with it. However, I won't be going back there. I don't like complaining because I'm not normally that sort of Karen, and the staff really were kind and apologetic, but it was easily the most painful scale and clean I've ever gone through. I gave in to the offer of the local anaesthetic needle and that made things even worse. The dentist pushed the fluid through so quickly that I had to ask her to stop straight away. That was an honest 8/10 pain. Push it through slowly for the next person please, and don't keep going for a few seconds after they raise a hand to say stop . I would rather go through another full day tattoo session than go through another hour of dental work there. I was going to keep this all to myself because they were nice people but I was prompted to leave a review, so here it is.

Fantastic experience: Quick and easy process by Dr Nazila and her team. She has done a great work for my filling even my lasted appointment I had. I recommend her to anyone wanting to make appointments for filling and cap fill. She’s your girl for easy procedure and not making your trip scary. Negative experience: I will not recommend this dentist to anyone. Nazila nosrati almost killed me. I ended up going to the hospital in an ambulance. Something that I never experienced in my life. Now from anxiety to fear, I can't see anyone for my teeth. Hope no one experience what she did to me.

Negative experience: People should keep in mind that Nazila is not an actual Orthodontist, just a dentist that got her certificate over a weekend class. I had a feeling throughout the treatment that she was just using me to learn as she goes, due to certain questions and things she did throughout my treatment. Like others, I also experienced the same upselling of x-rays and the like that weren't needed. She needs to pay for the new machine somehow, so I suppose we shouldn't be surprised. I left for an actual Orthodontist, but not before they tried to indemnify themselves of any future complications resulting from their work.
