Negative experience: Appointment schedules are not followed. There were 3 more people ahead of us even though we got there during our booked time

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the medical and dental centre in Parramatta for a tooth extraction with Dr. Jathu Sathiyamoorthy, and I was blown away by the experience! As someone who's had multiple tooth extractions (yes, 5+ times ), I was impressed by Dr. Sathiyamoorthy's 'magic hands' - the procedure was painless, fast, and seamless. I didn't even realize the tooth was extracted until it was all done! If you're anxious about visiting the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sathiyamoorthy. I'll definitely be back for my implant and crown. A big shoutout to Marwa, the reception manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I received top-notch service. She's a lifesaver! Both Dr. Sathiyamoorthy and Marwa are true professionals in their field. Thank you both for an amazing experience!

Negative experience: Extremely rude receptionist,I called the clinic asking if my partner’s appointment can be rescheduled to 10:00 a.m because he was getting late and the receptionist replied by yelling at me and I just told her I don’t need to be yelled at just answer me politely.

Negative experience: Firstly how dare the receptionist specifically ask what am I seeing the doctor for, and to refuse a check up is unimaginable, I’m coming for a service background for work and never have I ever had to be declined for a service, considering the receptionist asks what specifically I am seeing the doctor for also break the Privacy Act 2002 (HRIP Act).

Negative experience: When you go for 2 things. Forgetting 1 to mention after walked away, then walk in again. Ask for quick question for a prescription, BUT the doctor CANT GIVE YOU A PRESCRIPTION. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS HEALTH SYSTEM, THEY ARE THERE TO HELP THE PEOPLE!!!!

Fantastic experience: Sorry- that was a repeat of my original review. However, those standards have been maintained with reception. Plus I'm highly impressed by Dr Baddam for his competence, patience, thoroughness and pleasantness.

Negative experience: My partner fainted at work and went to see these guys because they were the closest. A week later they call her for a follow-up 10min phone call to tell her she was anaemic but they had no idea why and charged her $70 for the phone call. They also asked her preferred name and pronouns and then proceeded to ignore them for the rest of the interactions and referred to her as male despite her clearly looking like and dressing as a woman.

Negative experience: Saw Dr Marcella Girgis about 6 months ago for a dental checkup. Was a very poor experience. Barely cleaned a few of my teeth and I had to keep asking her to clean the rest of my teeth. She also didn't know how to do dental x-rays and ultimately gave up.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. Receptionist had zero idea what she was doing. Was there for an ultrasound abd after waiting for an hour I get told that they can't do the ultrasound as they don't do Pediatric ultrasounds!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved and had to find a new physician, I initially chose this location for convenience. I loved how convenient and efficient medical team are. I also love how well equipped clinic is, with all your medical services available right there all in the one place. I highly recommend this medical centre and am very grateful to have found a Doctor I can trust with my life!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with the service we received at your center. On behalf of my friend, I had booked a COVID vaccine appointment for their 5-year-old child, explicitly mentioning the child’s age during the booking process. This appointment was scheduled for today at 3:15 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival, my friends were informed that your center has not been administering the COVID vaccine to children for a significant period. This was particularly perplexing and frustrating because I had discussed this with a receptionist at your facility just last Tuesday , and there was no indication that the service had been discontinued. What exacerbates the situation is the fact that we continued to receive forms and communications regarding the appointment via messages. If the decision to discontinue the vaccine for children was made last Friday as one of the receptionist mentioned over the phone just 30 mins ago , why we were not informed of this change immediately. This lack of communication not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in my friend traveling a considerable distance from St Leonard to Paramatta, not to mention the child missing important school classes. This experience reflects a serious lapse in your center’s organizational and communication protocols. It is not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional. It has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience to a family that was simply trying to follow public health guidelines. We would appreciate a prompt explanation for this oversight and assurance that such incidents will not recur in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a mole removed by Dr Choudury Shaheed who did an amazing job. The procedure was quick & painless, the wound healed with no issues or noticeable scarring. Would definitely recommend seeing Dr Choudury Shaheed or visiting the Parramatta Medical & Dental centre for any health related issues!

Negative experience: Booked and had a 9am appointment confirmed. Turned up only to be told “I’m not sure why the system let you book that? The doctor won’t be available until this afternoon. Can you come back at 220pm?” I didn’t and I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: The doctors are horrible. I went to them with a dislocated knee cap. The doctor I went to, Dr Shaheed Choudhury had to google what test he should give me for an injured knee. My left knee was visibly swollen but he had to match it with my right knee to check if it was actually swollen. Worst experience with a doctor.

Negative experience: I had booked appointment for both of my children and waited for extra 45 minutes, when I was about to discuss my child’s second health issue the dr actually stopped me and asked to book another appointment some other day. Not a very pleasant experience in total. Could have given a Curtsy call in case running late in their appointments.
