Fantastic experience: I HAD AN EYE TOOTH OUT. I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE AN ORDEAL BUT INSTEAD I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN ADRIAN SAID THE TOOTH WAS OUT. JUST THE STING OF THE NUMBING NEEDLES BUT GENTLE MANIPULATION WAS ALL I FELT. THANKS TIM Wednesday morning things are not going that well. The tooth behind the one taken out is now loose and can easily be moved forwards and backwards. I fear the tooth is broken at the bottom . Swelling of the gum area is throbbing and mildly sensitive.i think my gums in that area are still bleeding slightly. What do you suggest? Regards Tim

Fantastic experience: I first visited Dalby Dental in 2006 while living in the Toronto area. Since then all my dental problems have been corrected by the wonderful team at Dalby Dental. In recent years I moved away to Western NSW. I'm only to happy to drive a 900 kilometre round trip to have my dental work carried out by either Quyen or Rob. I know at the end of a visit I will be completely happy with any work done. All the team at Dalby Dental make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Back again last Monday for completion of an implant. Quyen and her team took care of me very well. It's a pleasure to have my dental work done at Dalby Dental. 7th May Had another great experience with the team at Dental Folk. The addition of technology makes visits very quick. I was expecting to have to make another trip, but to my surprise, the crown was made and fitted soon after the scans were done. I'm very happy with the results. I strongly recommend Dental Folk.

Fantastic experience: Dental Folk are the updated Dalby Dental. Still a very caring, supportive and smart Dental operation. The new dentist Dr Jerry Kwak was very impressive, knowledgeable and gentle and kept me informed along the process of replacing an old filling. The dentists, hygienist and all the support staff are interested in their patients and excellent at their jobs.I started going there 5 years ago and my teeth have never been in better condition.

Negative experience: Edit: changed my review from 5 to 1 stars as I just got hung up on when cancelling an appointment, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Original review: Went there for a check-up and clean, they were really nice and considerate, and clear about what I needed for my teeth - I will definitely be booking all my appointments with them from now on, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that I’ve never been to a dental practice where I felt as welcome and comfortable as in this place and believe me, I’ve been to a few in my 64 years and never looked forward to going. From my initial contact to my appointment with Robert Dalby to seeing reception staff when leaving, everyone was friendly, positive and professional. I would highly recommend making an appointment if you have been putting off that visit to the dentist. You will be treated kindly and respectfully here. :)

Negative experience: This is not an accessible practice for wheelchair users nor for the elderly. My frail, 92-year-old mother was a client at Dalby Dental last year. Then about a month ago, she lost a filling, leaving her with a jagged tooth. It bothered her, so I rang for an appointment. They remembered Mum and asked for photos of the tooth. The dentist looked at the photos and, via the receptionist, said we should file down the tooth ourselves using a nail file. I was appalled, as I was seeking professional help and am not skilled in filing teeth. Mum can’t do it; her hands shake. I questioned this via email and got the reply, “You can have an appointment if you have a 4 wheel drive for our driveway.” What? We do have a 4wd, but on a drive-by it didn’t look that difficult! In other words, they didn’t want to treat an elderly lady. So I left it a fortnight and Mum’s face swelled on that side. I rang again, they still couldn’t be bothered. I have complained about the lack of treatment and compassion but there has been no interest nor follow up. That’s why I’m leaving a negative review, which I don’t normally do. I am so relieved that I found Toronto Dental, who were wonderful to Mum. They filed, filled, cleaned and scaled her teeth with no discomfort. I know where we will go in future. 5 stars to Toronto Dental, who are wheelchair accessible, professional and most importantly, kind. I also want to mention that Mum has HCF top cover so cost was not a question. We are trying to make Mum as comfortable as she can be, and really appreciate it when the medical professionals understand and help. On the other hand, I find it hard to understand when given the brush off, such as from Dalby Dental. I recommend that if you are elderly or have mobility issues, you try Toronto Dental instead.

My 3.5yo reckons she owns the place now, wanders around and chats with all the staff. And my 7mo was so happy getting cuddles. It's great not having to stress about them while I'm having my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I now realize that I’ve been going to bad dentists (*Cough* Pacific Smiles) and thanks to Dalby Dental, I now know what a good dentist should be like. Jess the hygienist was amazing with my checkup and clean. They put a dye on so you can see where your plaque build up is and the clean was very gentle & pain free (in the past it’s been excruciating painful for me). I was also given some good tips on brushing and flossing. I’m so happy, no longer terrified of the dentist and will definitely return.

Positive experience: Very efficient. Had an extraction that required sectioning. Quiyen used my lips as a cushion against metal equipment so my lips took quite a beating - I hope when the anaesthesia wears off my lips will feel ok. $430 for the total procedure - 40mins of work - a little surprised at the expense but hopefully I'll sleep pain free tonight. I do appreciate that they were able to see me as quickly as they did. Just so you know - any dental x-rays must be done off site at a third party prior to your appointment.
