Negative experience: This clinic did not provide accurate assessment or care for my situation nor help me at all. I felt they exaggurated what needed to be done and didn't find an affordable approach, which is poor dental care. I regret cosulting here.

Negative experience: I booked with Elevate Dental Richmond thinking I was securing an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, which I clearly communicated over text. I even cancelled my driving class to make time for it. However, on the day itself, I was told it was just a 10-minute consultation—something that was not clearly stated during booking or reflected on the website’s appointment options. I had selected the “Emergency – toothache, broken tooth, lost filling” category, which gave no indication that it was a short consult and not a procedure. Had this been clearly communicated, I would’ve chosen another clinic and avoided the inconvenience. It genuinely felt like a waste of time, especially given the urgency of my situation.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly and efficient staff — they took great care in making sure I was relaxed, comfortable, and pain-free (and they give you a little bag of goodies for your first visit!) Honestly the best dentist experience I've ever had, and I've visited them a handful of times now.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr James Wong since the clinic opened. He is professional, meticulous and skilful, builds good rapport, and communicates well with his colleagues and patients. The environment is calming and the staff are reassuring and ensure you are comfortable. They even give you noise cancelling headphones during your treatment so you can listen to your favourite music! I know I can trust Dr James Wong with my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Richmond elevate dental! I had seen several different dentists and specialists over the past decade and elevate dental have been by far the best. I had a complex bite that I wasn’t sure whether Invisalign would be able to correct, but the results have been very pleasing! I also suffered from intense TMJ and tension headaches that I knew were bite related and hoped that if my bite was improved I would also see improvements with those issues. The headaches have improved dramatically! Super friendly, flexible and attentive staff and dr James made you feel like you were in good hands. Very grateful ☺️

Fantastic experience: The best experience over the past 6-7 months here. I had Invisalign over 6 months followed by my top 4 teeth with composite bonding. Dr Judith and her team were an absolute dream to deal with, all their follow ups and after care were an absolute pleasure. They are efficient and professional with a really warm welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I hate the dentists and doctors in general however Dr James and Nurse Soundos took really good care of me through my wisdom teeth removal. Dr James Prepped me thoroughly through everything to make sure I was in good hands. My wisdom removals were done quick and efficient and I was back to work in 2 days with no problems. I definitely recommend seeing Dr James for wisdom concerns. Bonus! they also offered me noise canceling headphones and laughing gas to ease my anxiety!! Which helped a lot haven’t had that service anywhere.

Noise cancelling headphones (which can’t stop the sound through your jaw but will distract), a tv in the ceiling, and a genuine sense that they are not judging you (even if you cry). The service was giving… trauma informed. Also bougie waiting room and didn’t feel yucky... gave day-spa vibes.

Fantastic experience: My previous experience with Elevate Dental, especially with recently retired Dr Barnes has been one of trust reliance and uplifting mouth hygiene. My first visit with Dr Wong at Elevate Dental last week not only maintained previous standards but have enhanced them by adding relaxing music, should one wish it, via high end headphones. Living on the other side town from Richmond I was planning to change my dentist to a closer provider. But I might just put that thought on hold for a while. Now I'm looking forward to my December appointment at Elevate Dental.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Elevate Dental was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist ever. Over the years fear and intense anxiety have meant that I’ve done my best to avoid going to the dentist. This all changed after my appointment with Dr Judith. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and empathic communication really helped me feel at ease. She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what she would be doing. I was then given the option of noise cancelling headphones (something I’ve never been offered at any other dental surgery before) and a choice of music to listen to, which helped me feel more relaxed. I was also given the option of nitrous oxide which I took, so the time passed very quickly and I barely felt a thing. Everything about Elevate Dental just feels right - the friendliness, the clean, beautiful environment and the quality of dentistry and overall care are all exemplary. I’m so glad I found this place.

After seeing an advertisement for a significant discount on Invisalign, I had a consultation for myself and my 15yo son. Dr Judith has been wonderful the whole way through our Invisalign treatments, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Judith has always made me feel comfortable and has been able to explain things in detail so that it still made sense to me. I always get to choose what music to put on when they give me the headphones, which makes the whole process a lot less scarier! Fantastic experience: I went to Elevate Dental for the first time today. I was really happy with the service I was provided. They look after you in a way that I have never been looked after in a dental session before. Judith Ong is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with, she was so kind, thorough and quick but with care every step of the way. Judith made sure I understood every procedure I was going through and comforted me when I was uneasy. I’ve had a few dentists in my 10 years of dental work and would recommend her to anyone. Fantastic experience: I had some bad experiences with an orthodontist in childhood, so I would class myself as a very nervous dental patient and frankly had avoided whenever I could ... so the time came to have quite a bit of work done including fillings, a crown, and a wisdom tooth extraction. James Wong and the team here have been fantastic, such a relief. Very clear communication about what needed to be done, I knew all my options, felt comfortable about talking about my concerns/fears, asking any questions at any time. A couple of long appointments were made easier with the noise cancelling headphones, comforting presence of the team, and knowing I could take breaks if I needed. James' work is thorough, he's very gentle, very good. Oriana and the crew are lovely and genuinely caring. I can't recommend Elevate highly enough, especially if you're fearful of dentists!

As a first-time customer, I had all my scans and pictures taken beforehand, and 95% of it was covered by my private health cover. After my appointment, I was taken through what I should have on my radar in the future, when, how much I would be looking at, and how much would be covered by my insurance. No surprises and no pressure/hard sell. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist

Fantastic experience: I have honestly never been this excited to go to the dentist! The staff is so friendly and provide amazing service! Always with plenty of smiles and chats! They even send you updates about your appointment if they are running a little late, so you don’t waste any time waiting. During the treatment you can relax and listen to music so you don’t have to listen to the sounds of the machinery and dr James explained everything in such a friendly manner, with no judgement whatsoever (even when I am well aware I should probably drink less soda..). As an overseas student it was very difficult to find the right dentist, as a lot of dentists in Australia seem to be very expensive while still lacking professionalism and service (i.e. check up and clean without a proper clean and rude staff). Look no further and go see dr James at Elevate dental! I will never go anywhere else!
