Dr. Neepa is a true professional – she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. The rest of the staff were just as impressive: friendly, bubbly, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care in a positive and supportive environment!

Fantastic experience: DR JONATHAN is Amazing!!! I just had 3 wisdom teeth removed and I didnt feel a thing! And im hardly sore even being the next day!! My Daughter sees Dr Amy and she is also incredible! The front staff and the reception desk are friendly ,welcoming, always helpful they have amazing personalities which is what you should be seeing with receptionists. (Especially Jenny and Di ) some people hate going to the dentist! But I always enjoy due to everyone being so amazing. 5

Fantastic experience: My family and I have come here for years. Dr Anne is amazing! She is very calm and patient and goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and not in any pain when she is doing a procedure. Her expertise is exceptional and she always explains clearly what she is doing before she does it! The ladies at the front desk, Diana and Jenny, are just so lovely and friendly too! I highly recommend this place. Very professional and caring, not to mention their fees etc are lower than other places. You can even buy all your dental needs over the counter at a very low price if you need. Dr Anne usually gives me lots of freebies anyway!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ken is the best dentist I have ever been to. My kids, my husband and both my parents all go to see him. The surgery is always very clean and hygienic. Also, Dr Ken runs on time - only late once in the last ten years, & only because there was an emergency that needed his attention and extra time. He and his team are very good, so we will continue to see him every 6 months.

Dr Scott was very thorough in explaining the procedure and addressed all my concerns before the surgery. The extraction was quick and relatively painless. The staff, both in reception and the rooms were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Scott for your dental issues.

Fantastic experience: We've only had wonderful experiences with Capstone Dental. The staff are very friendly, professional and always willing to help whenever needed. My daughters are very lucky to have Dr Kenneth Chan to have their teeth straightened. Not only is Dr Chan patient with the girls he also offers good advice regarding teeth & gum management. He is somewhat a perfectionist and not willing to compromise until he is happy with the result. He is also quite entertaining whenever I visit with the my daughters so we are always at ease. The clinic is clean and fully equipped so you don't need to go elsewhere to have dental imaging. Happy overall!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anne Mok at My Local Dentist in Seven Hills has been our family dentist for a while, and we couldn’t be happier with her care. She is incredibly gentle and always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, which really helps put us at ease. Our 5-year-old son, who can sometimes be anxious about new experiences, feels comfortable and calm during his visits thanks to her patient and kind approach. The entire team at My Local Dentist is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a positive experience. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make both kids and adults feel at ease, I highly recommend Dr. Anne and her wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: I noticed this dental clinic inside the shopping mall in Seven Hills (NSW) a while ago but often times was reluctant to enter the clinic to inquire about their services, thinking it may kill my budget (jk). But soon I start contemplating between this clinic and the one I usually go elsewhere, I decided to give Capstone Dental a try. The staffs are friendly and responsive to my inquiries, so I booked an appointment. Mind you the clinic may not look busy from the outside but inside they are really back to back with their clients. On the day of my scheduled appointment, my attending Dentist (named Amy) really impressed me, for she's so professional and I can tell by the way she handled the work, she's so confident with her job. She went through the whole process with me which made the whole journey a pleasant one. There is though, one thing I had to shut my eyes off from, that being, the Netflix show on their TV. It bored me to death to be honest. The whole time I was on the chair, I had to watch people competing against each other to build some gigantic things decorated with flowers. Don't get me wrong, I love flowers. I have a stunning garden myself but I don't like watching people so stressed out because the flowers they chose to use may tend to wither or die before the judges get to inspect their work of art. If the clinic shows animal kingdom or star wars, that will be more fun to watch (lol).

Fantastic experience: After years of seeing another local dentist I went to Capstone for a second opinion. I will not be returning to the other dentist. Ken & the staff were fantastic and explained everything in detail to me. A very modern practise, I can only highly recommend Capstone Dental.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the service provided (root canal for broken tooth), though I could not continue the treatment due to the complexity of my tooth breakage. I felt very calm and reassured that I was in good and confident hands, and very experienced professional.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and unethical dental practice. Connie performed unnecessary work on my Child’s healthy tooth, purely for profit. I strongly advise against bringing your children here. All they seem to care about is money, with no regard for ethical standards or patient well-being

Negative experience: I would give them zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, the lowest rating available is one star, but if it were possible, I wouldn't even give them that. Be aware of the good reviews for this dental clinic. I highly don’t believe the good reviews they’ve received are from real patients. This adds to my doubts about their commitment to patient care. I recently moved houses and this clinic is just 100 metres away from our house. This is why I decided to come here but rather I have to travel one hour to go to my previous family dentist and not bring my children here and myself again. I recently made an appointment with Dentist Connie for my 11-year-old child for a check-up and molars sealants. Unfortunately, our experience was the worst my child and I had experienced at this dental office. I asked Connie to perform a check-up, cleaning, and sealants for my child's molars . When I requested sealants for his molars due to his high risk of cavities, she didn’t recommend sealants for my child’s molars, even though they are crucial for protecting children’s teeth. I believe she neglected to recommend them because my child is at high risk of cavities, and she anticipates that he will develop cavities in the future, leading to more frequent visits and more profits for the clinic. I told her my other child at 12 the dentist did sealant and now is 18 years old without any cavities. When she agreed, she started to drill into my child's tooth. I asked her, "What are you doing?" She ignored and kept drills. I asked her what did you do? She said I have to remove the enamel to prepare the tooth for the sealant. This involved removing enamel, which I was not informed would be part of the procedure. As i know and most of the experts dentists know the sealants should be applied without removing enamel. I was very upset and felt that this was unnecessary and potentially harmful to my child’s dental health. I told her I don’t want you to do the other molars because of this. She started comparing it to painting a wall, stating, “If you wanted to paint the wall, do you paint on the old paint or do you have to prepare it and sand it before you apply the paint?” This comparison was ridiculous and showed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. I want to ask Connie, do you do this to your child? Do you take away his enamel to apply sealant? Of course, you’re not doing this to your beloved one because this is your child. But it seems she doesn’t care about other kids; she only cares about money. I had a similar experience with a different dentist at the same centre when he did unnecessary work on my tooth , claiming I had cavities which I did not have. It seems that all the dentists working in this centre prioritise money over patient well-being. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CENTRE AGAIN

Fantastic experience: Great first visit with my 5 year old. A kind dentist who was happy to talk to me as a parent with questions. Dr Ken gave us more of his time then I'm sure the appointment was meant to be. No gap Dental coverage a huge plus! Will be back.

Fantastic experience: I walked in off the street last night with a cracked molar. Was given an appointment on the spot(an hour later). I can't thank the dentist enough. It was a tough extraction, but she got it out in the end with minimal pain or fuss. I was talked through every process and made comfortable. Fantastic dentist. Give them a try, and very reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: Really comfortable visit and my teeth came out super-clean as far as I can tell! The procedures were all really comfortable and painless, I felt no dings, and Dr. Jonathan was really friendly, and great at explaining what he's seeing and what's going on with my teeth. The staff are friendly, the clinic looks super-clean and well-maintained, and booking was easy. If I'm still living in the area, I am definitely coming back for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr Jonathan. He firstly checked in on my anxiety to make sure I was feeling OK. He was very thorough in his assessment and gave explanations at each stage of the process. He has great technical skills too. I appreciate the education he provided and I have a much better understanding of my dental situation. He gave me some good tips to ensure I stay on top of my dental hygiene. He was very kind and a good listener. I felt he really respected my concerns and was responsive to them. Fantastic experience: i had a tooth that needed to removed but also had a phobia of dentists and haven’t been able to see one in 28 years because of it. I saw Dr Karen for my wisdom tooth removal, she made me feel comfortable, never judged me for putting things off and constantly checked on my well-being during the procedure. I can’t compare to other dentists obviously but if you have a fear like i do and don’t want to feel rushed or judged then i 100% recommend the team at capstone.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Chan at Capstone Dental for the first time. Was so impressed with the professional, friendly service and sound advice I was given by the dentist. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into services I don’t necessarily need are certainly reasonable prices in very clean and comfortable surroundings. Fantastic experience: Dr Jonathan Cheung is the ultimate professional and very friendly to deal with. He is thorough in his work and very clearly explains what he is doing and provides valuable guidance. The seven hills clinic also has pretty cool equipment that shows you clear before and after pictures of your teeth clean and it was an excellent overall experience.
