Fantastic experience: Dr Sevilla Kornfeld is a fantastic dentist. From the very first appointment, she made me feel genuinely cared for and focused on achieving the results I wanted. Her professionalism and empathy made the whole experience reassuring and comfortable. She placed two crowns I was especially worried about aesthetically, and they turned out beautifully - natural and elegant. The clinic itself is also welcoming, with friendly staff that make each visit pleasant.

Positive experience: Lovely venue - relaxing, and had ear phones/TV mounted in the wall which were great touches. Erinna was thorough in her explanations. However, 4 stars because I got quoted $1200 to do cosmetic composite work that I have never been quoted more than $400 for, which just seems excessive, even for Bondi. If in doubt, know that you can go elsewhere that are cheaper and still does a great job!

Fantastic experience: The team at Boutique dental are amazing. I had been avoiding the dentist for years. Thus the need for implants. I am a nervous patient to say the least. Dr Choi has been incredible thus far. He takes the time to explain everything and his bedside manner is on point. So far I have had an extraction and the necessary bone graft. Post op there was no swelling or pain; testament to Dr Choi's care and skill. In addition he started the process of treating before payment was finalized. An all round great experience that so far has been pain and stress free. Highly recommend .

He also helped advise on my orthodontic work before my braces came off so I could get the best result for my next stage of cosmetic work with Dr Choi. This was invaluable as my braces were scheduled to come off and would not have been quite correct and Dr Choi sent a email with what needed to be corrected to my orthodontist potentially saving me thousands of dollars!! I came to the practice through a friend referral after some bad experiences and some PTSD and Dr. Choi was able to make me feel comfortable and in very few appointments able to make me smile again. Negative experience: First time visitor in October 2019 for a clean, which involved a check-up and imaging of the teeth. All very professional and Netflix on the ceiling is a nice touch. They recommended 6 fillings and to get all 4 wisdom teeth out - costing about $5k total! This seemed strange and conflicted with my previous dentist in London, so I decided to see another Sydney dentist for a 2nd ...or 3rd... opinion. They said no need for any of these procedures and I haven't needed a filling or tooth removed in the time since then either. But I will say that if I was having 4 teeth pulled out unnecessarily, Netflix on the ceiling would make that a tad more bearable.

Fantastic experience: I was touring Australia when I developed a serious issue with a tooth. The team at Boutique Dental managed to get me in within 24 hours and perform an emergency extraction on two teeth. It wasn't straight forward but utilising their hi tech x-ray equipment they were able to remove the teeth without issue on the first appointment, allowing me to travel on to Perth four days later and continue my tour of Oz.
