Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and Dr Carlos and the Carlton dental team made me feel so comfortable. I felt quite anxious before hand but Dr Carlos is excellent at explaining the procedure and making you feel supported during. The Carlton Dental team are always so lovely - highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Dr Omar was as brilliant as my teeth at the end of his care. I needed a lot of cleaning work and some front tooth fillings replaced. He was patient, listened, always checked in to make sure I was ok during the procedures and gave me my fantastic smile back!!. The before and after show the difference he can make in just two visits. Fantastic experience: Omar was very understanding and helpful when he heard that I suffer from severe anxiety about dentists. He worked very quickly and kept checking in to make sure I was ok. It was a great experience, even the team at the front counter were very friendly. Very convenient location with plenty of on street parking nearby and several team routes. The venue is not wheelchair accessible from the front but there may be a possibility of entering via the back alley, just note that the hallways are narrow.

I used to go to Smile in the City nearby but whenever they would do drilling or cleaning it hurt a lot and the dentist didn't seem to care. Fantastic experience: Dr Raghad was super caring & attentive to my teeth along with her gentle assistant. I have only been a recent patient and seen her a few times to clean and do fillings, but I couldn’t ask for anything better. She does an amazing job and helps calm my ease when I do visit. Not only that, I removed 2 of my wisdom teeth yesterday with Dr Kamal and he was very professional and both him and the assistant that day were very caring and gentle, explaining everything in detail. I was very worried & anxious the day before as it was my first time removing wisdom teeth but Dr Kamal & his assistance reassured me all the way until the end. I also have a very small mouth and struggle to keep my mouth wide open but Dr Raghad & Dr Kamal were very understanding and helpful. Not only that, the receptionist was outstanding and truly pleasant whenever I visited. Overall, I highly recommend Carlton Dental. Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Haya for a check and clean, went so well I came back for whitening! A gentle dentist who explains every step, I felt very safe in her hands. Booking process was easy, even got a mug filled with goodies after my first appointment!

Negative experience: They made me write a good review in front of them. I am now changing it. the stars say it all EDIT: Yes I was a customer a while ago. I stumbled on to my review and remember the receptionist asking me to write the reveiew in front of her. I meant to change it as soon as I left the surgery. It was an uncomfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: Came in about a month ago to get teeth cleaned and had a great experience! As someone who hates the dentist they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Also visited yesterday to get wisdom tooth removed by Dr K Al Sammarray he was great! As well as the assistant. Made me very comfortable and procedure was done quickly with quite literally zero pain. Still no pain today. Would highly recommended this dentist.

I was unable to chew properly or sleep, with her advice I can eat and sleep like everyone else. There is no one else we would rather see other than Dr Awni and all the staff at North Carlton Dental Group. Highly recommended! Price: fairly priced Clean: 10/10 Friendliness: 10/10 Dr Awni has very light hands, so when applying injection I didn’t find a single discomfort. Massive thanks to the clinic for always seeing my husband and I even when we need to move appointments.

Fantastic experience: Had my first consultation today and had such a lovely experience. Everyone was so friendly, warm and helpful and Dr Raghad is wonderful. I've had bad dental experiences in the past so am always nervous but Dr Raghad is such a compassionate listener and put me at ease throughout my consult. I need some work done and she was so clear and communicated all my options to me. Dr Raghad shared recommendations but really let me consider my options and was ready to do whatever I chose. First dental practice I've ever been to that's made me feel so at ease and even excited for my treatments!

Fantastic experience: I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out, courtesy of the professional and friendly staff at Carlton Dental. Obviously tooth removal is not a fun time, but throughout the surgery and the days following I definitely found comfort in knowing I was in great hands and experiencing the most minimal pain that could be associated with such an operation (which is no more than a fair amount of aching offset by the consumption of good quality soup and the right amount of ibuprofen). If you're reading this and are concerned/anxious about having a similar operation done, I can guarantee the people at Carlton Dental will make sure you are well cared for.

They were very informative and gave me points on what to work on, the receptionist was also really friendly. Fantastic experience: A very professional practice and a cheerful , friendly ambiance. I have received excellent service here for over seven years. Most recently Dr Omar Awni has been my dentist. I needed care that involved a cosmetic component and I am very pleased with the result and natural appearance. The practice is in central Carlton and conveniently located to trams, buses and two car parks. There is a disabled parking spot in the street close to the front door.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Omar today as a first time patient. Really appreciated the care he and his nurse provided. They were warm, attentive to my needs and made the whole experience a very pleasant one. The reception staff have also been friendly and easy to communicate with. A lovely practice and will be back again!

Fantastic experience: After a nasty fall and damaging my teeth, the service I received from Dr Omar and his staff was wonderful. Within days I was able to be fitted and received a new set of dentures just in time for Christmas which I cannot thank him enough for. The concern Dr Omar showed in regards to my accident and how I was now feeling was lovely. Dr Omar is a very professional dentist who cares about the well being of his patients and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking into having any dental work done. Negative experience: I was charged $250. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone beforehand, I was told the consult + clean was $215. Infact my teeth are back to normal and bleeding of gums started again, even calcus came back again within a month . DR. Omar just wants Money

Negative experience: I went here for the first time today. Fairly surprised that the clinic has such a high rating online. I entered at 11:27 am. Between filling out my admission form and a short wait, I was done by 11:53 am (so all up probably <20 minutes). I was charged $250. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone beforehand, I was told the consult + clean was $215. In the chair, the dentist (Dr Omar) told me they were going to "polish" my teeth for an additional $35. This was quite annoying, firstly because all monetary matters should be discussed prior to the appointment, and secondly, because a polish in my experience has always been included in the clean. I won't be returning here, unfortunately. I have a regular dentist who charges me $110 for a scale, clean and polish and who spends a greater amount of time on the process itself. Finally, in terms of the clean itself, I found that the dentist spent time on my lower teeth, but barely touched my upper teeth, so I felt the procedure left me without a full, proper clean.
