Negative experience: Couldn't give this service a lower rating. Do not recommend

Negative experience: Very disorganised practice. My Brisbane oral surgery practice phoned and arranged for 1300 to do a particular digital scan on the surgeons behalf. When I made contact to get a scan appointment I was told 1300 dentist would have to do a $97 pre-consult before they would consider doing the scan. Quoted $2200 for scan and crown, when the Brisbane oral surgeon had requested the scan only (I have already pre-paid for the surgery in Brisbane). I was later told by practice manager they only do the scan for their own clients. Not having the scan done at 1300 but found a more organised service 1.5hrs away.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team. My dentist and dental assistant were extremely accommodating, and completed my root canal procedure quickly and painlessly.

Negative experience: I went to smiles dental clinic for a check and clean .For the few minutes I was there I had the most disappointing experience, no flossing i was in and out within a few minutes. this is the third time I have used them and will be the last. For $172.40 out of pocket Not worth the return.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for my daughter to get orthodontics, in the chair for 2 minutes to be told she has one more tooth to fall out. Appointment cost $90 to look at a tooth, no clean, no nothing just one tooth to go. They didn’t even bother using her Medicare amount, billed PHI and I still had a gap to pay. Definitely won’t be going back there. When I was leaving the office, a staff member opened the door pushed through and didn’t even attempt to hold the door. Rude as!

Negative experience: Post office clinic,Expensive. Rough as. Rushed. No care. Cheap looking clinic, equipment, not a lot of privacy as doors were open and could see patients getting work done.

Fantastic experience: I had a significantly broken tooth repaired and filled by doctor Vinay and he was sensational. Very calm and explained everything perfectly. Gave me all the options and I was very impressed he could save my tooth. He is now known to me as doctor savertooth as he saved what I thought was definitely gone. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: I am normally extremely anxious with any dentist visit but Penny and Sierra both made me feel super reassured and relaxed. A pain free and gentle experience. They were both super compassionate and done a great job!

Negative experience: When in excruciating pain, the dentist had a quick look and said teeth were fine and referred me to an Orthodontist. I went to another dentist who took 10 minutes to examine and xray and find a huge infection from a dead tooth. Waste of time and $88.

Negative experience: Went in for a clean and fillings worst experience with the lady there after numbing was still butchered sliced gums and only could fit in half a clean my face was bruised and swollen for a week after

Fantastic experience: Service was great and I had some issues a month later which they were happy to fix up free of charge.

Negative experience: The staff were nice enough but excessively overpriced. I went in for 1 filling and when I received the invoice was confused. $80 was "oral examination" when the dentist didn't even examine my whole mouth, I pointed out the tooth, she looked for a few seconds and said yep I need to fill that. $62 for an X-ray which wasn't even used prior to the filling, only used at the end to say, that's what your tooth looked like. The rest $260 for the filling and an additional $55 to complete the top of the filling. The sly charging of unnecessary extras and an examination that wasn't even done, I'll be finding a more reasonably priced and honest establishment next time.

Fantastic experience: Very good. Got in quite quickly and they fixed my problem no worries . While I was there I witnessed the receptionist deal with a very difficult customer and she handled it very professionally. I don't know why people have to be so rude. She complained about having to wait 15 minutes. What the.

Negative experience: one star is too many..........I put a complaint in regarding dr atiff via your website i never heard nothing back, love an explanation of WHY, how can you possibly condone such nasty treatment to human beans, dr atiff is the worst roughest dentist i have ever dealt with i had to go find myself another dentist outside this cluster of 1300smiles barolin or bourbong street group, so they could fix the mess he created with my front teeth!!!!!!!!! like, never again will i go their and please lose my number i wont be returning

Negative experience: Stuffed up absolutely everything, $8,000 out of pocket and worse off then ever. Would recommend a different dentist. Staff are always in a huge rush, don't want to listen, I've had better treatment and result through the public system!

Fantastic experience: Well looked after, reassured, put at ease I have high anxiety I wasn't allowed to leave till I was okay.. Tooth extracted been twice now for same dental treatment, no one likes going to the dentist I wouldn't go anywhere else after now being at 1300Smiles Staff are great. I highly recommend them. Positive experience: Spent approx $1600 on same fillings in 16 maths still not fixed ( 2 sittings) even told only temporary how much do I have to spend to have my teeth fixed also I am 72 yrs old not a happy grand pappy

Negative experience: First that all my appointment was canceled and they didn’t let me know with anticipation, I figured out once I was there. The receptionist didn’t say hi or attended me until I had to made my presence noticeable. The dentist quite rude as well and I had to pay over 200 dollars for just a ‘palliative care’ procedure which wasn’t nothing else than a simple cleaning. Absolute thieves.

Negative experience: 525% dearer than the last dentist used to complete the same task only 4 years ago , reattaching a prosthetic tooth via a wing. Charged for a consult that I was told wasn’t needed and 5 questions asked about oral health , a two second look in my mouth to say it could be reattached which I already knew as it had been reattached previously. Had to prompt dentist to clean glue off my tooth and prosthetic tooth and left with a big lump of glue and a sharp edge which is causing abrasion to my tongue. All in all not a good experience and certainly won’t be returning or advising anyone else to go there so they can line there pockets. $210 for 15 minutes, $80 of that a consult that consisted of 5 questions. 1 star as the tooth is in its place but for an exorbitant cost.

I got a bridge done it cost me around $4800 for two teeth, they are much bigger than the rest of my teeth, the colour and feel are great but the size is very large and noticeably different to the rest. Constantly checking he was not causing pain and that I was doing okay. Doesn't muck around and I am very pleased with his service. 100% my new regular dentist for myself and my children.

Fantastic experience: I was charged 75 dollars and told to go to a different clinic as they sent all there work away and know one touched my mouth ,afer i told them that my partner had just died and i didnt have alot of money.. I felt ripped off disgraceful. I would like to also add that they contacted me and gave me a full refund . Thankyou so much. It's very hard when you lose your partner and you have to pay for everything on one pension.

Fantastic experience: I have the biggest fear and phobia of dentists and an appt was looming for me to have 2 broken roots removed that had been happily sitting in my gums for 15yrs, and with a hip replacement round the corner these roots had to come out..the day of my dental procedure I asked my GP for valium to cope with this unknown gum operation, I was so.petrified the valium didnt even work so.i entered the waiting room bawling..But Dr Artif was so amazing I want him praised and acknowledged, he is not only the most caring, funny, professional dentist I have ever experienced, I felt no pain at all and he explained everything to.me..I love this man that I will never ever be scared of going for any sort of treatment again...

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment on Tuesday. First impression of the clinic was very welcoming especially with the two receptionists. The girl welcomed and made me feel relaxed about my treatment, and the male was very well mannered and sociable. Both were very well-dressed and made for a good first impression of the business. Dr Atif was on running on time but as I had arrived early, apologised any wait time, very professional! My only negative is waiting room chairs could do with an upgrade, the seat is losing its padding and a bit of a drop to sit in them. Very Happy overall!

I have to admit I didn’t think this was very good first impressions. I sat back down and within minutes the assistant came to get me as the dentist had caught up again and was back on schedule.
