Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with the work done so far! Dr Tony and Dr Cat at Joondalup City Dental are absolutely brilliant!! Their skill and professionalism is exceptional, they are genuine kind and patient and take the time to listen, to discuss the issues and explore options. Always with a smile on their face, I felt immediately comfortable during my first visit. I have always dreaded dental work but my fears are gone under the care of Dr Tony and Dr Cat both have a gentle hand. I was anxious and scared about getting my wisdom teeth out so chose to go under anaesthetic. I woke up with no pain, no bruising and the fastest recovery! Friends and family couldn't believe how well I recovered! Thank you Dr Tony you truly are amazing! Now starting the process of finally straightening my teeth under the care of Dr Cat- just beginning but already singing his praises for being so thorough. First have to remove the bad veneers done at a dodgy dentist but feeling confident that Dr Cat is looking after me! Thank you Dr Tony, Dr Cat and the lovely ladies at reception for making every phone call and visit such a happy and positive experience! I never usually leave reviews but Joondalup City Dental deserve more than 5 stars..they are the best in the business! Just wish my mum had told me about them earlier!

Fantastic experience: Hi Tony, Words can’t express my gratitude. You and your team are beyond professional—amazing, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and truly incredible. Your staff have all been with you for so long and praise you in every way. I literally suffered through cracked teeth, cracked crowns, tried endodontists, and trusted so-called professionals for years. After losing my first tooth and being so vain, in pain, and in need, I was referred to you—and thank goodness I was. My first implant in the chair gave me permission to eat, smile, and be confident enough to have the other two fixed. These two were a lot more complex, involving the anesthetist, sinus augmentation, osseous grafts, regeneration per tooth, removal of a tooth, and the insertion of two endosseous implants—this is just stage one. I am home three hours later, resting, with no pain or swelling, and I’m so grateful and glad I did this for myself (as a mother of three). I accessed my superannuation, which also made it financially viable. I recommend anyone who needs this health treatment to look after themselves, get it done. Everyone deserves to eat, smile and feel confident. If you have the best team doing it then there is no excuse. I understand Tony and his team have five locations. Fantastic experience: As a former Dental Nurse I have pretty high standards when I visit the Dentist Clinic. Dr Cat was extremely thorough and very informative in particular regarding my clenching jaw problem. He spent a fair amount of time explaining the situation to me which I really appreciated. Niz the Hygienist was lovely, very efficient yet gentle and my teeth have never felt so clean! The girls on reception are so lovely & friendly so it was a great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: A well equipped and staffed dental practice, the staff are friendly and considerate. I personally had a few things done here, the dentists (Roy and Tony) have been incredible and the hygienist (Nisreen) has been very helpful and honestly my cleaning sessions with her have been the most comfortable ones I ever had. I highly recommend them for general dentistry and for implants and extractions.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were amazing with my daughter for her wisdom teeth removal. The girls at the front are friendly, the nurses were amazing with explaining everything and making her feel at ease. For a very anxious person the whole team put her at ease from our very first visit and took that into consideration. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Got messed around because Dr Tony couldn’t make it into work on this Monday and was not informed of his lack of attendance therefore ended up losing a lot of money taking time off work the week before christmas break.

Positive experience: I visited JCD for some dental surgery. When I walked in, 2 ladies at reception. 1 booked me in and told me to sit down. A 3rd lady walked into reception, called me to go through the instructions after surgery. She advised me that I will be called soon. That is when I informed her that I still need to do the payment for the procedure. Even she was very surprised that the 2 ladies at reception have not finalised my payment, so she did it. Preparing me for the actual surgery was very good. The dentist and anaesthetist were brilliant. The anaesthetic was just enough not to make me feel groggy! I will be back as the dentist knows what he is doing and what is best for the patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Tony over the last few months to have a dental implant procedure. I can highly recommend the treatment and service received by Tony and his lovely dental nurse. From the start the whole team made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Fantastic experience: Earlier in the year I had a crown put on one of my incisors to replace a cap from when I was a child. I can't recommend Dr Cat and his work enough, it looks amazing and completely natural. The entire process was painless, and I didn't feel a thing. Some years previously I also had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Strangio in the chair, which also went as smoothly as it could have done. Thank you to the team for all of the work you have done on my smile over the years!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. Everyone one was so welcoming and kind from the minute I stepped through the doors. Dr Roy Sarmidi and his assistant were absolutely incredible in making me feel relaxed and comfortable at all time.
