Fantastic experience: The treatment was completed on a family member, so from what I observed, it was a very professional experience. This family member was extremely nervous to visit the dentist, but Dr Sehgal ensured that they were completely informed about the recommended procedure and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Sehgal was very transparent with pricing, which we appreciated. The level of patience and care given by receptionist, dentist & dental assistant was great. The reception and treatment area were both hygienic & calming. Although it was an anxious experience, we were very fortunate to be looked after by the team at South Lakes Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amit provides an exceptional service for a reasonable price. I had to get a filling and he walked me through the whole process. I also needed to get some chipped teeth fixed and Amit was able to present me with a couple of options. Highly recommend and I will be a returning patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been to South Lake Smiles a couple of times now, and have nothing but good things to say. The reception staff are lovely, as are the assistants and Drs. I recently seen Dr Amit who put all of my nerves at ease upon walking in (I am petrified of dentists) he took extra time going over my options, next steps and was happy to answer my nervous questions multiple times. Such a pleasant Dr!

Roxanne on reception was so polite and friendly from when she picked up the phone and worked it out so they could fit me in that day. Fantastic experience: I would like to highly recommend Dr Amit and his team. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and were able to book me in for a consult straight away. My veneer from another dentist had broken off and I was never that happy with it how it had originally looked. Dr Amit listened to how I wanted my tooth to look and then sculpted me the most beautiful replacement. The more I look at it, the more I love it. It turned out to be such a pretty tooth and I feel so much more confident smiling now. I will continue to use this clinic for all my dental needs now and recommend to all my friends and family. Fantastic experience: What amazing service by all the staff. From the time you step through the door you are greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and there was no judgement by anyone. The service was very thorough and many questions answered and thorough run through of treatment. I was treated for a broken tooth and my medical issues I currently had were taken in consideration. The dentist made sure I was OK constantly asking through the whole procedure. I will definitely keep coming back and will recommend to all my family and friends. Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this dental clinic. I chose them because they had amazing Google reviews but now I know why they do, because they keep sending you a reminder to write them Google review constantly til you actually put your review in. Usually, you'd go back to the clinic for next appt, you'd put good review right coz you see them again. With private dental cover, I never had out of pocket money for regular dental check ups but with them, there was a lot of out of pocket pay. But because they said to me that the initial visit offers free xray, I went for it. But I didn't get the free xray. Later, as I changed my health insurance company, I sent an email to the clinic and ask them how much would cost me for regular check ups now. The answer was very cnfusing but sounded it'd be very expensive, so I wanted to think about it, therefore I told them so, and asked them to change my next booking for xray only for the time being. At my next appointment, the dentist who was initially very nice and polite changed his demeanor. He did partial xray for me only - (whats the point of having a partial xray) - so I asked him about it and explained to him about my concern about a part of my teeth but he was like "so what" and said to me that no dental clinics would do full xray. So I said to him I had never had 1 dental clinic who did not do full xray. Then he said "they would probably charged you for that, for us its extra $120" - smile. After xray he was not interested in looking at my xray, no comment, no advice. I was going to ask this day which insurance companies they have business with so I could continue with them for twice a year regular check ups. But well... The receptionist was lovely. But I was disappointed in the end about the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Omg this guy is amazing i was so scared but he made me feel so calm and got both my teeth out which couldnt be saved with ease and i felt nothing was scared for nothing‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I went this morning and I saw this beautiful lady “Roxanne” who came up to me and gave me a warmest welcome. It was my first in South Lake Smiles and all I can say is it was wonderful. Roxanne was approachable and friendly. Furthermore, I had Dr Amit. He was incredible. I had this lil bit of nervousness but when I had Dr Amit, it was gone. He was so calm and gentle, making sure you’re okay and comfortable. They were easy to communicate with and you won’t leave the clinic confused. Thank you for the wonderful service. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Sehgal today for the very first time. I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years and was a bit anxious prior to coming in. However, Dr Sehgal was absolutely fantastic, really patient, explained all the steps very clearly and did an excellent job at fixing my teeth. Everyone was extremely friendly and inviting! Fantastic experience: Never been so comfortable at a dentist. The receptionist , Roxanne, was very warm and welcoming. The doc , Amit , was very professional and kind. I have reactions to touch and he and the nurse (don't remember her name, sorry) were accommodating. If you have issues with dentists, this is the place you want to go. They don't do anything with approval. They explain everything without lecturing or being condescending. 100% would recommend to everyone, especially the ND.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t believe my luck, $40.00 in the bank until next weeks payslip and my temporary tooth (good for 6weeks but made it last 8years ) had just snapped into three pieces .. I googled Emergency Dentist and was directed to Southlake Smiles. I have a terrible phobia to Dental Surgeons (nothing personal) and couldn’t have been more at ease from start to finish. Dr Amit was personable, understanding and patient while navigating my phobia and treatment options AND for the first time ever, he helped with the solution without signing me up for thousands of dollars of dental work.
