Fantastic experience: I had a dentist before these guys make a major mistake and be unwilling to help fix it. Jade and John however were willing to help and have provided amazing care. I'm terrified of dentists because of bad experiences, but they've made me feel safe, respected and in control of the entire process. I have never had someone be so gentle with an anesthetic or even an extraction, but I was left feeling so comfortable the whole time that I barely felt it or noticed what was happening. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the 2 experiences I've had now! The dental nurses were also amazingly supportive and encouraging too!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved a considerable distance and were on the hunt for a new dentist. We hit the jackpot when we found Totally Smiles in Pakenham! Natalie, their dentist, was absolutely incredible-a true breath of fresh air. She was exceptionally patient with my very anxious child. If your child struggles with dental anxiety, I wholeheartedly recommend Natalie at Totally Smiles; she's simply wonderful. We've officially found our new family dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Totally Smiles for sometime. Dr. John Khamtanh is terrific and his nurse is also excellent and caring. All the receptionist are very welcoming. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Came in with the tooth ache, $340 latere went out with the same tooth ache. Plus, my bottom lip is swollen and infected by the rubber mask I was made to wear. Shocking. It was a quick and careless procedure based on the guess work .Even after the X ray dentist couldn't quite guarantee which tooth in particular is the one with the problem. Extremely disappointed to say at least. My last visit to this place.

Not only was he able to reconstruct my tooth, it looks so incredibly realistic, I could swear it was a real tooth. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Holly and the team are fantastic. My wife and I have been coming here for over 2 years now. They don’t just care for your teeth but how you are feeling going to the dentist. People get Anxious about going and they make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Even if you need to have small breaks in between teeth cleaning.

What I like is that she doesn't push you to make a decision and tells you exactly what your options are and how long you have. Her staff are always happy and polite which transfers into the waiting room.

Dr. Natalie is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. She took the time to fully go over my dental health, and presented options on how to improve my teeth - and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. For the first time in years, maybe even a decade, after visiting Dr. Natalie, I feel there is a specific game plan in place to improve my dental health. Fantastic experience: This is by FAR the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I had severe pain in my wisdom teeth intermittently for the past few years and my GP and other dental clinics would always have a long waiting list and things would never proceed. Whenever you are in pain in your teeth, especially my wisdom teeth it would be the WORST. I called up this clinic and made a consultation on 5/02 Monday, which they said I could get my wisdom extracted. By Tuesday 06/02, I was in the worst pain imaginable, I called the clinic and they offered for me to come in and gave my wisdom a clean, antibiotics and analgesia (Special thanks to Dr Beatrice and Hannah). By the 09/02 I was getting all of my wisdom teeth removed (I already had all the relevant Xrays from previous dental clinics). Special thanks to Dr John and Hannah for their amazing care while I was getting extracted and talking me through each step while I was in there. This team is phenomenal. They are professional, kind and really alleviated my dental anxiety. The communication and follow-up with my pain before the extration was amazing, they called to check up on me to make sure I was okay and prepared for the extraction. I never felt like I was bothering them when I called. My recovery has also been great (so far). I am DAY 1 post-op and have next to no pain and feel like I am back to my old self. I can't fault this clinic and usually I dont write reviews but when you come across a clinic or any healthcare service that goes beyond your expectations, I believe it is warranted. If i could give more stars I would. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I have been to and they are amazing with me and all of my children. They recently saw one of my children for an emergency consult after an injury involving his teeth and instead of turning us away like another practice did, they told us to come in. It was the end of the day and he wasn't a current patient but they still made time to see us. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful I was. All staff I have encountered are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough.

Super affordable as well, when so many dental practices seem to be charging crazy amounts of money, Totally Smiles seems to care more about families being able to afford dental care.
