Fantastic experience: The only place I’ll go to get my dental work done. The most professional, gentle dentists who take their time to explain things clearly and ensure you’re comfortable. Dr Rakesh, Dr Harman and Dr Aline have looked after me and my teenage son over the years and I highly recommend all of them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the dental assistant and especially my dentist, Dr Owais Ahmed. He did a thorough clean and examination and took his time talking me through his concerns and the changes I can make to have healthier teeth and gums. He paid attention to detail, was friendly and put me at ease. Will be going to this practice again. The dental assistant was very professional and friendly and maintained the reception area quite well. I would gladly return to this practice and Dr Ahmed for my next clean.

Fantastic experience: The waiting area was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly and helpful. Both the dentist and dental assistant were very nice and communicated well, and were very accommodating to my requests. The dentist made sure to let me know what she was doing as she went to help me feel safe and comfortable. The cleaning was very proficient and I went home without needing any pain relief (which I generally do after a cleaning). They took X-rays of my jaw and teeth and were thorough in their examination and explained future treatments that I will need very well. I was provided multiple quotes for my treatment plans, and sent away with information regarding the procedure to be prepared for my following appointment. I felt safe and comfortable in their care, and would recommend their services.

Positive experience: Receptionist very nice. Couldn't get quote over phone for 1 Tooth which I had an item number for, from another provider. I had to book an appt, to which they were 40mins late with no apologies. Wouldn't call that amazing service. Also noticed that although they have Smile.com it seems they're prices are inflated slightly over other providers to compensate so they seem to be a bit more expensive than others without.

Negative experience: Very professional telephone mannerism Very considerate and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous However have to give 2 star as something not adding up ! I was told I need 3 fillings but when I asked 2 to be done same day they advised it actually doesn't need to be done and wait until pain happens Why would they say I need fillings if I don't need them ! Also the same night I got a filling my fillings fell out and they advised it was a filling next to it so had to pay extra with no reimbursement I have never had this happen at any other place Also he needs to be more careful or gental with the drill as both me and my partner have cut on our tongue My partners is so bad it hurts when he shallows

Negative experience: The dentist and the dental assistance are very rude, they don't have any respect for patient and their trainees. I was in the middle of treatment, they were shouting in front of me to the trainee with the abusive comments, that she supposed to know everything. poor trainee was on her first day of training. I don't recommend anyone to attend this clinic. Even I was in shock state when they treat their staff really badly in front of patient.
