Fantastic experience: My experience here has been really good. Better then any of my previous dental places I have been to. ALL staff are really professional,the place is modern and clean and my dentist DR OLA, is amazing! From the point of initial discussion,everything was explained so well and to the painless treatment. I can say she is a talented and skilled dentist. Very meticulous and works those dental tools with amazing skill making the whole treatment painless and I can say that during the procedure I did not feel like I am at a dental place,it was a comfortable experience. It is the skill of the dentist that makes the experience and I can just praise Dr Ola in this regard. Her assistant is so lovely and she also did a really great job,have not once felt water in my mouth ,really skillful handling of the tools. On other note,the whole experience at this dentist feels veey comfortable and like you are receiving a total 5 star treatment. There is no waiting. As soon as you come in at your set time they take care of you,everything is done so efficiently. 100 STARS ,just a wonderful detal place which I would definitely take my children too because of the great QUALITY of experience

Fantastic experience: After so many dentist visits and the complications I had to endure and so much failures from other dentistry, I found Smiles Unlimited Dentist via google and I phoned them Ramina is the first I’ve spoken to and she helped discuss step by step that I can do to help with my options. And with the help of Ramina discussing with me the options they have she guided me and she introduced me to Dr Nabil Matti explained and when Dr Nabil talks let me tell you, he knows exactly what he is talking about, in clear details from first step to last step my teeth needs working on. And he explained to me the pros and cons, spent hours talking and then with Dr Alaa helped me with my gum disease and Dr Nabil helping me with Fillings they both helped me feel better about myself, and explain what needed to be done with my teeth. Both Dr Nabil and Dr Alaa helped ease my anxiety down, if you want to have the perfect results and the perfect outcome come to Smiles Unlimited because you won’t be let down. Financially and emotionally very understanding and caring. Amazing staff also you become a family with these amazing workers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were able to fit me in last minute as an emergency, and I’m so grateful for how kind and accommodating the receptionists were — absolutely lovely. Dr. Nabeel removed my wisdom tooth flawlessly and with zero pain — I couldn’t believe how quick and smooth it was. A big thank you as well to Alaa, the hygienist, who was so gentle and professional during my gum treatment. Negative experience: I’ve had a pretty disappointing experience at this place that I feel needs to be shared. At first, I thought I was in good hands, but it quickly became clear that their main focus was on making money rather than providing genuine care. The only thing they seemed to excel at was cleaning teeth, which honestly isn't enough when it comes to dental work. After getting braces from them, I ended up going to another dental practice years later, and the news I received was shocking. They told me I needed so much work done because my teeth were left looking uneven, with different lengths and shapes. This is pretty disappointing since I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place trying to fix my teeth. The way in which my teeth have been left looking was laughable to this other dentist I now go to and I couldn't believe I had trusted this place with my smile. If you’re considering dental work, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—this place just doesn’t cut it for anything beyond a basic cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Zharaa today for the first time for a routine clean. Dr Zharaa was amazing. She is so gentle when cleaning teeth and she makes you feel so relaxed. Happy to say I have found my new dental hygienist for my ongoing care. I also see Dr Sandy Ghattas for my orthodontics work and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge is second to none. I had a recent visit to her after being dismissed by another dentist (from another clinic) and she was able to correctly diagnose my issue with her in-depth knowledge. Dr Ghattas is so gentle and caring and explains everything in such great detail. Thank you Dr Sandy for your amazing care over the past years.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to Dr. Matti, after a lot of anxiety about getting my sideways, infected, and broken wisdom tooth removed. I decided not to be put to sleep for the procedure, which made me even more apprehensive because I’d heard mixed reviews from others about how painful it could be. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at ease. Before the injection, a topical cream was applied, which helped minimize the sting. While the initial injection felt like any other injection (something most of us are familiar with), I didn’t feel a thing during the rest of the procedure! The dentist was professional, reassuring, and explained everything as they went along, which really helped calm my nerves. The after-care advice was clear and thorough, and I felt well-equipped to manage my recovery. If you’re nervous about dental work like I was, I can’t recommend Dr. Matti highly enough. They truly made what I thought would be a nightmare a painless and manageable experience. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin. Dr Katrina, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart today with how you dealt with my 7 year old’s tooth extraction. Never have I come across anyone in the medical field as genuine, caring and empathetic as you were today. It is truly that rare to find. You really care about people and take the time to listen to them without dismissing them. It was a tricky procedure for my daughter as she is a very anxious child. Despite all the obstacles, you conducted yourself with such outstanding professionalism. You are amazing with children and really know how to get down to their level to make them feel safe. Your kindness and compassion really has left a lasting impression on me. All the staff members here are so lovely and understanding. From the receptionists to the dental assistants. You just get a really good feeling when you walk into this place. I’m so incredibly lucky to have found this clinic last minute for my daughter’s treatment. Negative experience: No smiles leaving this dentist today☹️ Overcharged !! At the start of the month I had a check up and was advised id need teeth cleaning and X-rays and was quoted $189 by the doctor. I called in to book the appointment and asked to double check the price.. I was told it’s actually $185. I was booked in for today, i had my teeth cleaned by the doctor. I went to pay the $185 to be surprised by the receptionist saying theres more fees ..total being $221… I asked if she was sure as I was quoted $189 by the doctor and double checked when booking was told $185. She said you had an X-ray done thats extra. I told her when the doctor quoted me at the start of the month she mentioned that id need to have an X-ray and clean and it will be $189. She said no it’s xtra. If this price was communicated before the visit I would not have left this review. But people need to know that this place doesn’t give correct quotes and to be prepared to pay xtra after the work is done. I wont be returning to this place after this experience.

Dr. Nail was wonderful as always as was my nurse....understanding of my fear and anxiety and my slow metabolism with aesthetic.... Negative experience: Dr Nabil Matti very rude and unprofessional. I saw Dr Matti earlier this week, he made me very uncomfortable. He was very unprofessional. As a doctor, its your du to make patients comfortable no matter what. He seemed like he had anger issues saying “ I’m so angry looking at your teeth, I’m shaking” just because he didn’t like the work other dentist did on my teeth like he is the best dentist in the world. Didn’t even give me a chance to talk. I almost wanted to cry! Dr Ninos and the receptionist are very nice and friendly. I just don’t recommend you seeing Dr Nabil Matti

Fantastic experience: I’m a regular client at this clinic and can say they have the best hospitality and know how to treat their customers with care. They always ensure to get your questions answered, provide you with good advice options, without beating around the bush. Specifically, I have had an amazing experience with one of the dentists named Zara, along with her amazing assistant Clodia. Clodia was very reassuring and made sure to tell me honestly how my situation with my gums were heading which needed urgent care. 10/10 would recommend if you want to have a quick solution for your oral worries.

Fantastic experience: I consider myself lucky that I stumbled upon this dentistry clinic. Starting from their reception, then general teeth cleaning (hygienist) staff and reaching to their most professional dentists working on wisdom removal, crowns and all other tasks, the staff here demonstrated top quality customer service, extremely friendly and respectful attitudes, and most importantly they are so good in what they do. For the first time in my whole life the dentist managed to talk to me for few second and in around 10-20 seconds he actually pulled my wisdom one without me even feeling it, he literally told me - by the way at I finished pulling your wisdom tooth, that’s all for today :). Honestly, this is a record achievement that I have not seen before (time wise and quality of work). I am so happy with their service overall and I am continuing the treatment with them. Great job guys and keep it on.

Fantastic experience: When entering the surgery, the receptionist, Saroor, was very welcoming and kind and made sure that I was ready for the removal of my wisdom teeth. Dr Nabil took me in for the extraction, he made sure that I was feeling well. Furthermore he was very clear in explaining the procedure and the hand signals if I had any issues. His expertise when extracting were admirable and he was very soft and quick with the extraction. I highly recommend Smiles Unlimited!

Negative experience: Bunch of unorganised and unprofessional people, the nurse doesn't know what exactly has been done and will provide a different instruction for a different case!! Dr. Matti is another butcher who will create too many issues in your teeth for extra !!! He will create an M4 tunnel project in your mouth and the results will be a faulty roundabout!!! Avoid this centre at all cost, simply fake!!!
