Fantastic experience: We have had the best experience with the team at MP Orthopedics, my daughter went in for early intervention braces when she was 8 and it has been great. 1 year down and they are off and so straight ready for whatever is to come next. Once we paid the quoted amount all appointments were included with nothing more to pay, we even had a couple of repairs and pesky poking wires that were covered. The premises is pristine new and clean, they have a robot giving out mints and a coffee and juice station for the kids. We received a little show bag at the beginning of our journey and a cute completion present at the end, it's always hard to get the kids to the dentist but everyone was so nice and gentle, my daughter had ASD and ADHD and they were amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had to wait for quite a while for an appointment because all slots are full. I had my two kids to visit the clinic and we have been welcomed very warmly. On initial assessment, kids’ dental condition are well checked with pictures documented. Dr. Martin had a detailed discussion of both kids dentition and the plans for each of them. Everything is well discussed with all my questions being answered. My daughter is really excited to have her braces soon and she is booked for braces placement in 3 weeks. The clinic is very accessible with parking nearby and through the mall across the street. We had a great experience on a first visit so far, with dental bag freebies too.

Fantastic experience: MP’s has no faults!!! From the reception staff to the dental nurses to Dr poon - all incredible!! My kids love going to their appointments. It’s a lovely experience being greeted by such friendly and genuinely NICE staff!!! The appt times mostly run on time and the waiting areas is extremely welcoming and family friendly. My 10 yr old loves the little robot in the waiting area!!!! Price wise - very competitive - and they do have a sibling discount and good payment plans. Communication is amazing - email them with issues and concerns and get responses within the hour. Dr poon is lovely with the kids - he directs all the infor, education and advice at them, making them feel part of the process, informed and very confident and at ease.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and patient with my fidgety 9 year old. I liked the way they communicated with him instead of ignoring the child and talking at the parent as you often get. He felt involved in the decision making and excited to actually choose coloured braces. A very positive experience compared to another nearby orthodontist. The way a medical practitioner interacts with your child makes such a difference, it’s gone from scary to exciting. I will be moving my other son to this practice now as well.

Fantastic experience: I started my treatment in March 2022 with Dr Geoff, I just got my braces off, I am thrilled with the end result I couldn’t be happier. When I went in I was nervous but my consultation was very thorough I was well informed of the whole process that gave me reassurance, his attention to details and care throughout the whole treatment was outstanding!! The staff I come into contact with are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The treatment equipment and computer simulation technology shown to us are amazingly very modern. The first visit was totally no obligation free session. During our first visit dentist Martin and Kristi spent more than an hour to explain the treatment options and process in great detail. Their professional treatment suggestions really gave us the confidence and made it easy to make the decision. The cost of the treatment is in line with the current market based on our research. The complete treatment process will take one to two years and we look forward to the final result.
