Fantastic experience: This is my own personal experience I have come to appreciate and share with others . I have been using this centre for over 10 years I also have the pleasure of being cared for by one dentist Dr Julia Chung and her colleagues who have been working on my dental issues since day one . DrJulia Chung is amazingly gentle and understanding and as a patient I can’t fault her nor her assistants and most importantly I will always support them and continue to talk about their achievements and great work they have done for me. The Dr Julia has been very supportive and intuitive in my recovery process over the past years as I was a smoker and with her persistence and determination is why I am able to smile with greater confidence. They were very accommodating and flexible when booking appointments and are on point with the appointment reminders. Dr Cosmo does an amazing job explaining the procedures so you know what to expect. I feel lucky to have Jenny as our family dentist. 5 star, nothing less.

She has been taking care of me for over 10 years now and she is always nice and friendly and quite gentle with my teeth - no pain no blood. Very happy with her care and will continue to come here for my dental health until one of us retired .

Fantastic experience: I came in for a cleaning today, and Dr. Matthew provided exceptional service that truly went above and beyond. Not only did he do a thorough job with the cleaning, but he also took the time to teach me how to use dental floss, a toothbrush, and gave me helpful hygiene tips. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a couple of years, and have been happy with the service. The reception desk here is very punctual and professional. Recently I have been seeing Dr Sabiha, who is very professional, friendly, and attentive. I would recommend her to others in search of a regular dentist. If you are undecided on whether you should give this practice a go or not, I say, worth having a consultation. Many of the receptionists and dentists here speak various dialects of Chinese and/or Vietnamese (as well as English). Good for anyone who feels at ease speaking in those tongues.

Her friendly chair side manner has been invaluable in getting them used to coming to the dentist and getting their teeth cleaned. They now look forward to their visits with Dr Julia and we couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: I just got my teeth checked and cleaned by Dr Pascale the dentist. She was very gentle and terrific!! I recommend Pascale to everyone! She is very friendly and very kind and very professional. I say that Pascale has superb excellence in her service and has great expertise in her job. She is unlike other dentists that I have been to in the past. She truly cares about her patients and works diligently and professionally and works at a very high standard in her job. I would not go anywhere else from now on. The new receptionist Kelsey was training and she was very good. There was also Tanya who was guiding Kelsey under her wing and Tanya was very good and very helpful to me and with her training with Kelsey. They even gave me chocolates for Mother’s Day which was very nice, thoughtful and kind of them Thank you Dr Pascale and Tanya and Kelsey for the great service that you provided me today. Much appreciated I will definitely go back to see you all.

Fantastic experience: Well today was D-Day - after my successful check-up last week my dentist (Sinclair) and his stand-up nursing / assistant team were ready for my removal of teeth and I arrived with my boxing gloves on lol. OMG i left as pretty as i had arrived, can you believe it? numbing gel, needles and explanatories from the team of what was to come, who ever thought all this from visiting the dentist Wow. Well Sinclair & Team I walked in today and to see all the team relaxed it made me feel comfortable straight up and walking out and I was just as jovial can you believe it seriously ? and now 4 hours in and anaesthetic worn off please someone tell me where pain is ? i'm still waiting for you to arrive - come on you guys these guys are amazing, really they are. To top off the day honestly how polite are the receptionists here the ladies cannot do enough to help or suggest things to assist you Can"t wait to come back in a few weeks for my check up Regards Steven
