Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience today. First of all receptionist was so lovely. Came in with severe tooth pain & Dr Cara Highfield looked after me so well. My tooth was extracted but prior to that she was very thorough went through my options, not pushy at all & made me very comfortable. I really appreciated her empathy as I suffer from anxiety & from start to finish she made sure I was ok and relaxed. Would highly recommend her. Thank you Cara and Primary Dental for your superb care.

Fantastic experience: could not recommend this place enough, i’ve been going here almost 2 years now. My go to Dr is Jefin Mathews I have come here for fillings to clean and polish. He explains everything in detail, he’s very professional and kind throughout the entire process AND this clinics pricing is much better than anywhere else. Perry is so professional and made my treatment for an Abscess so comfortable and from start to finish..finally found a dentist that is so caring. A follow up call the next day after my tooth was removed was so caring and even a follow up free check-up a week later. From the receptionist to Perry's assistant was very comforting. Highly recommend Perry....

Negative experience: Stay away from this dodgy place. I called this morning to get a quote for clean only for my mother and was quoted $165. They charged my mom $200 though she repeatedly said to them that she only wants a clean, and she felt was pushed to get more treatment done. I found out this is a package price for check up, clean and xrays but she was charged $200 for only clean. The receptionist was so rude on the phone.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend visiting Primary Dental at Narre Warren, reception was super helpful, caring and professional and my dentist was fabulous and made my visit as pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: Just a reminder: Always get a second opinion if you are not sure! My first experience at primary dental I had a check up and clean which went really amazing, they did a great job and walked me through the process. Though on my next visit, I was told I had 3 cavities and needed sealant on all of my teeth as a protection - I was quoted $1600 for all of this work. I instantly knew to get a second opinion and visited another dentist which he walked me through, did x-rays and identified I had no cavities and would need wisdom teeth removal surgery. I had a good experience starting with primary dental however I am not sure if I was mistaken for another patient or what happened there. Important information that I would need surgery was missed and I was given misinformation about my health. Please if you have worry always get a second opinion.

Negative experience: This place hit the spot for the worst dental place I’ve visited… Came in and booked an appt for wisdom tooth pain and they took a x ray told me I need to pull it out but they couldn’t do it today, they could only do it the next day. Charged me $150 for 5 minutes then told me it would cost 500 bucks to get it removed along with me needing to pay for another. X ray tomorrow??? Worst dental place ever

Fantastic experience: Dr Manju Gupta is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. She is very professional and makes an effort to plan work with you so you get the outcome you need. I recently broke off part of my tooth and she fitted me in last minute, took the time to fix it properly and explained the whole thing while she was doing it. This was despite her needing to leave early that day to fly off to a conference. She put herself out to make sure I got timely treatment to make sure I didn't end up in pain and to conserve what remaining tooth she could. Great care, flexible times and no mercenary billing!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the friendly service. The staff were very accommodating. My Dentist made me feel relaxed and stress free. She was very gentle and made the whole experience very comfortable and pain free.

Negative experience: Wait time here is ridiculous. What’s the point of booking a appointment if you are going to make the patient wait for 45 minutes + Simple resolution: don’t overbook when you can’t accomodate so many patients in the time you do have.

Negative experience: Dr Gupta, she is under skilled or lazy...she just did a quick check, and said she was not able to do it..she said it may damage the nerve and refer my son to a specialist (my son was very calm and cooperative)... I took my son to other general dentist for second opinion, and she did all what need to be done (clean and refilled)....I wont come back to your dentist any more...

Fantastic experience: I went to Primary Dental, N. Warren today for 6 monthly check up, clean/ polish and one filling. The dentist, Dr. Mary Roneth, Asst. Deepika & receptionist Sana were most friendly, smiling, and efficient in their service to me. Dr. Mary was exceptionally gentle, chatty, completing the job in a swift 35 mins. I recommend this Practise and would say the service was worth every dollar I paid!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Dr Manju Gupta for our dental work for almost 10 years now. We are very happy with her and she's been doing fantastic job and is very kind and good with kids too. Negative experience: Wish I could give zero stars, I wanted to book my appointment on Tuesday,thinking it has 301 reviews for a reason. But I was completely wrong, the receptionist was so rude and cut my calls. So I went there as a walk in patient but all the girls were at reception,there was this girl I forgotten the name,without even listening to me in her rough English forcing me to come inside where there was no place to even stand. Thank God I did not book myself but could not hold to write a review as I could not stand the worst customer service experience ever.

As I am not someone who goes easily to rhe dentist it was important that I was treated by someone who was not only competent in their work but who was kind, caring and communicative. Negative experience: I wish I could give less than 1 star! Very very disappointed My wife took our 2 children for their routine dental check up. We have private insurance. Their machine was not working that day, So we ended up paying the full price. When we went to Bupa to claim it back, we realized that the person who performed the procedure wasn't registered yet. Now Bupa won't pay us back. Primary dental should pay us back. But they are making up excuses like "the manager is not in", "the account section's internet is not working", "I only work here part time, So, I have no access" etc etc for last 1 month. It's very frustrating to make there phone calls every week, and they dont communicate between their staff. So I have to tell the entire story again and again every time I call them.

Was a bit nervy as it was my first visit to a dentist in my lifetime. 5 minutes into the procedure was so comfortable.
