Fantastic experience: I have been with Aesthetik Dental at highpoint since 2022 and by far Ilda, Faten and Amira have all been fantastic! My treatment journey has been lengthy but they’ve been great throughout the whole process!

Positive experience: Had my teeth whitened here, staff & everyone I dealt with were very lovely, have no issues with any of that, however the whitening procedure is extremely painful almost immediately after completion. The pain is near unbearable & lasted over a week. I thought this was normal, as pain was explained to me, but to this extent was incredible - I have since been to another clinic, who uses a product 10% stronger & achieved great results with zero pain. Based on light research, I believe it's linked to the Philips ZOOM machine - so bear in mind, PAIN!

Fantastic experience: I came into Aesthetik for a consultation to discuss treatment plans to begin wearing Invisalign. I had a lovely conversation with Ilda who discuss any of my concerns I have with Invisalign and guided me through the best option plans for the pricing of the treatment. Ilda was professional and courtesy as she explained and went through the process of 5D scanning my teeth and display on her computer, a before and after image of how my teeth will be aligned after I completed the treatment plan wearing Invisalign. I ended up going for the $4990 Invisalign complete flex plan instead of a finance repayments plan or Invisalign Lite. I look forward to visiting Aésthetik again to begin wearing Invisalign and will edit to update this review once I finish my Invisalign treatment plan.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Aesthetik Dental and would strongly caution others before choosing them. From the outset, the treatment options presented to me were far more limited than what I was later offered elsewhere. I trusted their recommendation of a “non-invasive permanent” solution, but my Maryland bridge tooth fell out multiple times—three times in just four months, including twice within the span of a single week. Each time, I was told the issue could due to my bite, rather than any fault in the treatment itself. After raising my concerns via email and engaging in a back-and-forth with their practice manager, I was then completely ignored for over a month. Despite the lack of response from their side, I later received an email stating that my case was closed and that they would not be cancelling my payment plan due to “no response” from me. This is completely inaccurate—I had reached out and received no reply. Their Operations Manager eventually attempted to contact me, but did so from a private number and then outside of business hours, which felt unprofessional and made it difficult to return the call, even when i emailed their enquires email to ask for the operation managers email, to this day I have received zero response with such details to organise an appropriate time to discuss this. Despite providing multiple screenshots, forwarded emails, and call records to support my case, Aesthetik Dental has continued to insist they delivered “quality care”—a claim I find appalling given the facts. They are well aware that my tooth fell out multiple times in a short period, yet have refused to acknowledge any fault or take accountability. I would strongly advise steering clear of a business that not only fails in follow-up care but also refuses to accept responsibility when clear evidence is presented to them. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated, and I sincerely hope others do not have to go through something similar.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Aesthetik Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. I had an appointment with Taya, the injectables nurse, and she was absolutely fantastic, so thorough, gentle, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain everything in detail, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and delivered outstanding results. The dentists and support team are equally amazing. You can really tell this is a practice that values excellence and patient care at every level. Highly recommend Aesthetik Dental to anyone looking for top-tier treatment and a team you can truly trust!

Negative experience: ** edit** this is in reply to the clinics comment** (My original comment is after this reply) The practice manager called me once which I missed, I rang back and booked an appointment with said practice manager after arguing with the receptionist who was trying to book me in with the dentist that ruined my teeth for a “review”, not sure what was so hard to understand that I didn’t want this dentist to touch my teeth again after taken 3 attempts at them to leave them ruined. The day of my appointment with the practice manager I called the clinic to confirm as I never received a confirmation text to be told, the day of, that she was actually sick and I’d need to reschedule…. Pathetic. Don’t waste your time on this place. Waste of money, my teeth are worst now then before ***** My initial thoughts at Aesthetic dental were nothing but positive, I felt confident that I would be leaving with the result I was after. Unfortunately as we progressed the dentist doing my composite bonding I feel lacked proper experience. First time around made my teeth look super bulky and to big for my mouth I couldn’t eat and made me feel so self conscious. The clinic was accommodating in getting me in the next day to make them half presentable till my next appointment to get them fixed, yet again the same dentist wasn’t able to get the colour right. Had people at work and family tell me they looked strange. Had to go in for a 3rd time and by this time I felt the team and the dentist were getting fed up with fixing my teeth. This 3rd time I was greeted poorly and made to feel like I was overreacting to the colour being off. The dentist proceeded to fix the teeth but was so rough with my gums they were so sore and bleeding when I left, couldn’t eat due to the damage to my gums. They made me sign a form saying I was satisfied so I couldn’t come back even though I was told that I would have 6months from my initial appointment to come in and get them fixed how ever many times till they got them right. I’m still not happy with them. They are chipped and uneven on the surface always catching food and irritating my tongue, where the surface area of the bonding to my tooth is rough and jaggeder has now cause very obvious discolouration and stains in the cracks of the bonding due to the poor work of the dentist. I’m way more self-conscious now about my teeth then ever and the best part… I’m still paying this off lol. Now looking in booking in with a different place to get them fixed again. Honestly a waste of time and money

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at the aesthetic clinic in Highpoint Shopping Centre! From the moment I walked in, the space felt incredibly clean, calming, and professional. The team were so welcoming and gentle throughout the entire process, which really helped put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and done with such care. I was even offered a snack and something to rehydrate, which I thought was such a thoughtful and classy gesture. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re after professional, gentle, and top-quality service!

Negative experience: Now if I’d had known my teeth would look like they did after finishing my Invisalign I wouldn’t had and still paying off $7500 i would’ve went elsewhere and done something else! Yes they were great leading towards the end of my journey and I did sign off and yes I still wear the retainers but I look at them everyday and wish I hadn’t spent this amount of money and could’ve done something else, isn’t hindsight a great thing? Not!

Negative experience: Most disgusting service I have ever received in my entire life. I booked an appointment for my Invisalign and it was cancelled by them every time for over a month. They booked my appointment I came in waited over 40 minutes and asked them when I would be seen as I waited so long. for them to tell me that my Invisalign have not arrived and they were searching for it. Why make me come in when you dont have my product when I specifically told them I am so unhappy with their service already because they were so unorganised. Extremely unprofessional. Waste of my time, my money and my energy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Negative experience: The staff and my dental technician were lovely. But the product that is used for composite veneers is weak and needs constant chip fixing. I think I have had the chips fixed maybe 5 or 6 times. I am extremely careful with my teeth and take the utmost care (i even avoid certain food) but I have now started seeing a new dental technician as I was charged the last time (quite alot for a 5 minute job too). I would say look into what product is used for composite veneers through other companies as aesthetik dental has weak and chip prone product. I paid over $6000 and they are maybe 3 years old (a simple google search says they should last 5-7 years....) I will need a new set in the coming year due to constant revision work.

Negative experience: I got veneers at this place 3 years ago and since then they have chipped and broken 5 times. $4k down the drain. Not sure what type of product they use but it’s terrible! It’s so upsetting that you pay so much money for such awful job! I would not recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for years and the staff have always been friendly yet professional. Started going there for Invisalign treatment but have continued to use them as my regular dentist. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I never got my depoit back after the consultation. I've spoken to them a few times and they alway promise that it will be returned but never pay me back.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Aesthetic Dental clinic at Highpoint today to look at having porcelain veneers fitted to my bottom teeth, I had previously visited the clinic to have my front teeth fitted and was very pleased with the result. The team (as previously) made me feel so special, with the intricate knowledge in this area they were able to answer all of my questions, I am knew exactly what my new teeth would look like. I left the clinic knowing that I had made the best decision choosing Aesthetic Dental. I am looking forward to my next visit and showing my new smile to everyone.

Negative experience: I spent 2.5 years doing Invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, whitening & composite bonding only to be left with issues & very average results from Aesthetik. They tried to rectify the situation however a year later I am still frustrated. The reason I chose Aesthetik is due to my intense fear of dentists & their promise of providing services to help alleviate that stress & pain. First red flags were upon commencing treatment. Rather than seeing dentists, I saw OHTs which was not advertised as part of the treatment. I was under the impression all Invisalign cases were DIRECTLY overseen by Dr John or dentists however they only review your case remotely majority of the time. I had questions for OHTs who couldn’t answer them, increasing my frustration that treatment was not attended to by dentists as they weren’t available in the practice. Practitioners conflicted each other, one stating I was unable to get a fixed upper wire & another said it would be at the discretion of Dr John but that it would be fine. I attended multiple appointments & staff didn’t know why I had appointment booked, including when I was told I didn’t need IPR, got sent away only to receive a phone call asking me to come back as I need IPR. I had IPR performed at Eastland & despite crying in the chair telling the OHT/dentist he was hurting me, he kept going, invalidated my pain & told me I was “very sensitive” while cutting my gum open. My mouth & gums usually heal quickly but following this I was left with cuts in my gums that took over a week to heal. All this done without anaesthetic or anything to ease pain, not the experience I expected to have at Aesthetik. When I went to get reviewed to end Invisalign, I believed the decision to remove attachments & end treatment was made by a dentist only to learn the person was a OHT who removed my attachments & ended treatment without a dentist visually inspecting my teeth or bite. I asked if I could speak to Dr John but told I needed to pay for an appointment which I believed was included. How you can end years of Invisalign without a final appointment with a dentist is baffling. I had in chair whitening performed and the pain was excruciating! It was done immediately following attachment removal when my teeth were sensitive & the pain continued for days after the whitening. Anyone interested in whitening be aware of “tooth zaps”. There was left over material on my teeth from attachments & what appears to be enamel damage which even after Dr John “removed” the left over when doing my composite bonding there is still some on my teeth now. I informed staff multiple times I wanted composite bonding on my front teeth which wasn’t appropriately communicated as my retainer was made before my bonding occurred. This required me to travel to Highpoint & have bonding done after which Dr John cut a hole in my retainer & told me I would need to travel back to Highpoint and pick it up because my retainer no longer fit after bonding. My teeth moved during the time I was waiting for my retainer which stressed me out further. The icing on the cake was the composite bonding, which looked like gum stuck on my teeth and like I had one big front tooth. The composite was rough and made me feel terrible about my $10,000 smile. When I told Aesthetik I was unhappy they fit me in to see Dr John again to which he responded it’s not a one and done process, which was news to me. During the composite, Dr John ground down my natural tooth significantly & after getting a 2nd opinion from another dentist, I’ve been informed I need porcelain veneers on my front teeth in the future as each time the composite is removed the underlying tooth structure is damaged further. I was so unhappy with my results & Aesthetiks incompetence that I didn’t go back to Dr John to have him fix what he had tried twice to fix. Don’t waste your time or money with Aesthetik. They seem like a lux high quality service but at the end of the day you’ll just be left with pain, a bad bite, unattractive bonding & a lighter bank account.

Negative experience: Called up to say I was unable to make an appointment due to being sick and was told that I would lose my $50 deposit due to being within the 48hr cancellation fee. Have been a client who has been here numerous times - I find it quite poor taste to charge regular clients the fee when the client is simply unable to make the appointment.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago I left a complaint regarding the aftermath of a service based on my own assumption and supposed "research" (google) instead of following up with the professionals. Instead of giving me hostile response like most business nowadays when customers complains incorrectly, Aesthetik warmly reached out to me and took the time to educate me as to what may have happened and had invited me for a complementary review even though it was my mistake. I don't care much for customer service, but it felt very nice to be treated so kindly even though I was quick to assume and blame. The people of this company deserve 5 stars for the services and my sincere apologies

Fantastic experience: Im from tasmania. Had tooth pain. The tasmania dentist didnt know why it hurt, pulled out a completely fine widom tooth just to not solve anything. Huge distrust from then. The dentist in aesthetik took an x ray and blowed into the hurt tooth in a matter of 3 mins. Explaining to me that it was just a cavity in one of the tooth. Unacceptably baffling how the hell the dentist in hobart could not figure it out and instead pulled my fking tooth out. It was filled and resolved in 2 days before i flew back to hobart. Staff and dentists were friendly and helpful. Would go back every year to do my checks if i could.

Positive experience: Having received both anti wrinkle and lip filler for the first time Aesthetik face made the whole experience so comfortable and worthwhile. From booking my appointment the team was so prompt with everything. Marie was warm and welcoming, very informative and really knew her stuff! I knew I was in the right hands. The only thing would be the minor bruising but could be that I bruise easily. Other than that she exceeded my expectations!

Positive experience: I initially had a positive experience during my first visit to this practice for my veneers after recently moving to Melbourne. However, my overall impression was soured when I received a call from the manager that left me feeling personally offended. Despite my intention to invest approximately $25,000 for veneers, a crown, and implants, the manager's tone came across as inconsiderate simply because I couldn't immediately confirm an appointment that I had previously scheduled. Considering my recent relocation, demanding work schedule, and the responsibilities of settling into a new city, including caring for a pet, I found myself overwhelmed. In this hectic time, I was hoping for empathy and understanding, not an attitude that suggested, 'we don't need your concerns; we have plenty of other clients.' It's important to remember that every client is significant, and a dismissive approach may impact the long-term client base. I believe that maintaining a respectful and empathetic communication style, especially during challenging circumstances, is crucial for any service-oriented business. It is my hope that the clinic takes this feedback constructively to ensure a positive experience for future clients."

Fantastic experience: I had teeth whitening here (highpoint) for the first time in my life. And wow it does really really work! After braces my teeth were really yellow. I was very happy with the results and also everybody was so lovely. Only negative would be it’s quite strong, so if you already have sensitive teeth I probably wouldn’t recommend it. My teeth all night were so sensitive other than that I’m so glad I got it done, I had already gotten so many compliments. Thank you team at Aesthetics x

Fantastic experience: Modern, professional and seamless experience. The facilities and technology is cutting edge. Staff is smart and well informed - were able to answer all my questions. I went for an Invisalign consultation - they guided me through the process, took some images and scans. They had asked me to do an x-ray before hand so we save time on back and forth. The dentist told me upfront what is and isn’t possible. I really appreciate that. Also they are open even on Sundays so that was convenient for me.

Dr Arun and the team provided the most professional and high quality service and I could not recommend them more highly. Dr Arun was exceptional and her work was outstanding. She paid careful attention to me and my needs which has ensured that I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. The rest of the team are friendly, professional and their communication was faultless through the process, which for me, took place over many weeks. Highly recommend the practice - their opening hours are also great bonus with evening and weekend appointments available.
