Fantastic experience: It was my first dental visit in Australia, and I’m so glad I chose Kew Dentistry. When no other clinic had appointments available, they kindly offered me the quickest appointment for my wisdom tooth removal — and everything from start to finish was 100/100 service. Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos and the entire team were incredibly empathetic, professional, and supportive. They made me feel completely at ease during the procedure. I was given a proper aftercare pack with clear instructions, and to my surprise, they even called me the next day to check on how I was doing — something that really shows how much they care about their patients. From the reception staff to the assisting nurses and Dr. Joe himself — everyone was just amazing. I would highly recommend Kew Dentistry to anyone in need of exceptional dental care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure where to start. I have been struggling for years with my teeth, trying to find somewhere to go that I can feel comfortable enough to get done what I need to. I have had many issues for years, and have been shopping around trying to find somewhere that feels safe, friendly and professional at the same time. My wife accidentally stumbled upon Kew Dentistry, and although it’s almost an hours drive for me, I thought I would give it a go, and from the moment I stepped foot in there, I was glad I did. My first consult was with a dentist ( can’t remember his name ) but he was polite, calm, and excepting that I didn’t want him to rough anything near my mouth ‍♂️. Once he examined, I was referred to Joe, and I can’t put into words what this man did for me. He instantly made me feel comfortable, safe, almost at home, and that is by far my experience from any other dentist I have ever been to. Within two weeks I was booked in, had major surgery, and am at the point I have fully recovered, and feeling like a completely different person. I have been struggling with teeth pain for years, 10 plus years, and never thought I would be in the position I am in. I can’t thank everyone there enough, before, during, and after my experience there, they have called, emailed, I have spoken, talked, almost daily, the list goes on, they way they supported me, cared, was like no other experience I have ever had, the only downside to this place is they don’t offer every other health service, ( chiro / gp / osteo / if they did I would never go anywhere else. Also would like to mention Jenna, she helped myself, and my wife ( we both called 100 times ) through every step and never got upset or over explaining everything, I can’t thank everyone there enough for everything, I will never visit another dentist nor will my family, absolutely recommend this place. Positive experience: OK work I think, how would I know,, but patchy service. Red stains on theater floor, probably just fluoride but if you're a nervous patient everything looks like blood. While we were waiting, the door to one room was wide open as someone was receiving dental work, felt like I was watching a Vietnam shop window dentist. Also, very expensive, but caveat emptor always applies

Jeff Mok is an amazing dentist, highly skilled, leading-edge contemporary practice…and also a lovely human who puts everyone at ease. Samantha Raw, the hygienist, is also excellent. When Jeff has been away I’ve seen Joe who is also great. Put simply, you can’t really go wrong here.

Fantastic experience: I have seen 3 dentists at Kew Dentistry Joe, Jeff and Martin. I am a terrible grinder and have damaged my teeth to the extent of needing crowns, one after the other. Yes I wear mouth guards. Joe assisted me by making two rear tooth crowns, and Jeff built up a front broken tooth the day after I came in with the problem. My teeth were cleaned better than any other dentist has managed prior to me going to Kew Dentistry. Martin assisted me with nerve pain when my teeth were over sensitive. The dental assistants are fabulous girls knowing what is required prior to dentists request. You will be cared for by high calibre professionals.

Fantastic experience: Kew Dentistry is one of the best dentists I’ve ever visited. I had an accident on Easter and managed to chip one of my front teeth which was incredibly painful. Joe was an absolute legend and saw me on the Easter Monday for emergency dental. Since then, I’ve come back 3 times and have never felt so comfortable especially when dentistry can be quite confronting. Joe has been an amazing dentist, he knows what he is doing and I am so grateful to him for helping me. The whole team here are all so lovely and have really made me feel so much better about the situation!

Fantastic experience: It’s only been 5 days since my implants and I have to say I am more than happy(thaTs an understatement)at the outcome. The staff were really good leading up to the surgery,explained everything,financials were taken care of and any questions I had they were more than happy to answer for me. Fortunately, I haven’t required any major dental work, other than the removal of a wisdom tooth last year. Joe managed that procedure for me brilliantly - informing me what was involved when I booked in and managing my anxiety and pain levels on the day. The wisdom tooth extraction process went far smoother than I anticipated, much to my relief. Joe is by far a great dentist - gentle and fabulous with pain management, a great communicator, friendly and punctual. He gets 5 stars from me. I highly recommend Joe for all your dental needs. The waiting room was calming and then I met Joe - well, what can I say. This man is amazing and was able to emphasise with me from the start. He explained everything he was going to do before doing it and his beautiful young nurse (sorry, cannot remember her name) was lovely and informative. Overall, I cannot recommend Kew Dentistry highly enough. I won't say that I'm looking forward to going back for treatment but I will be a lot more comfortable doing so than I have been anywhere else.
