Fantastic experience: On behalf of June M. The Smile Team has looked after my teeth and gums for more than ten years. The Surgery overlooks a pleasant garden with mature oak trees and Spring flowers. This has a calming effect on patients. Upon arriving at the clinic one is welcomed by a staff member to tea or coffee on a comfortable seat. Top quality magazines are available to read and the daily newspaper. The waiting room is beautifully lit. There are living green shrubs and a quiet ringing tone on the telephone. A chair-lift is available for a few steps. The toilet and the surgery are spotlessly clean. Before you leave, your hygienist will give you a gift consisting of a toothbrush, toothpaste and piksters. You walk away with a warm glow of being well looked after by the "smiling team" and look forward to the next visit.

Fantastic experience: In short, would definitely recommend! The vibe at The Smile Team is professional yet caring. I have recently completed the long process of getting two root canals and two crowns and, Dr Julie and team showed genuine gentle and consultative care throughout, often going above and beyond to provide extra touchpoints and information related to my context. My hygiene visits have also been a professional and caring experience with excellent Hygienists. Fantastic experience: I have had Dr Julie at the Smile Team as my dentist for about 10 years now and I am very happy with the Smile Team service. The receptionists are helpful and welcoming, the hygienists are thorough and informative and Dr Julie is an excellent practitioner who is very knowledgable and keeps up the latest practises Dr Julie and the hygienists all allocate appropriate time for dental services so appointments are not rushed or hurried consequently this reduces any anxiety, good explanations are given and care is taken so anaesthetics work properly before work commences. Quotes are given for significant work and I think the costs for work is reasonable. On occasions I have required an emergency treatment and this can always be fitted in The surroundings are also extremely clean and care is taken to reduce any infections Overall, I highly recommend The Smile Team

Only someone who is 80 or older and has been using this practice for over 30 years can really make an informed comment on the evolution of the practice, its staff and its service. I am that. As a kid I was a country boy who had variable oral hygiene despite parents mitigating damage by 6 monthly check ups. Dental practice in my time was clean, drill then fill and there was very little education from dentists of the day. My neglect then has been mitigated by superb holistic treatment by everyone in this practice. I have no dentures though I should have through years of teenage and early adult neglect. Holistic is the hallmark of this practice. When they think you need a different perspective or a specialist opinion, you are referred to the best. Your relevant dental profile accompanies the referral so everything to save time and cost, and avoid repeat procedures like xrays are avoided. The collaboration between all the outlying professionals brings a range and reach to your care that is unparalleled. There is a culture of keeping you comfortable and relaxed and it works. Most of the staff to my knowledge undertake ongoing out of practice learning so what you get is always current practice. State of the art equipment supports the team together with back office technology to-ensure records of your care are always current. Today a smile with teeth in good shape is the best asset of spontaneity in meeting a friend, a family member, or a potential partner and employer. To be your best use the best.

My dentist, Dr Julian He, made sure he explained everything to me in detail and was very friendly and warm. Dr Julian He then walked me through the results of my x-rays and consultation, helping me understand the next steps. The dentist she saw wasn't available and the staff who answered the phone suggested Dr Bradley Xue. I made my first appointment a few years ago and have been a loyal patient/client since. From Brad's calm manner to doing the best for the patient to the various dental hygienists that have looked after my dental hygiene to the reception staff, everyone is great. Dr Julie, Dr Brad, Melody, Natalie and the reception staff have only ever treated us with warmth and gentle care. The dentists and oral health therapists are always professional in their practice. Any major treatments are discussed thoroughly with us; they are very understanding and transparent about major costs upfront. Their service overall is exceptional: they have really taken care in providing a very relaxing atmosphere with the light interior design, coffee and iPad for the kids in the waiting room. The treatment rooms are also decked with Netflix and garden views. Highly recommend The Smile Team!

Fantastic experience: My mother’s review of the team: Going to the dentist was always a trial for me. As the years progressed it became so difficult that I avoided going to the dentist altogether. After decades of avoidance I finally read on The Smile team website that the practice dealt with people with phobias about going to the dentist. I made an appointment and talked to Julie talked about my fears. She dealt gently, kindly and without judgement to all I had to say. We jointly put strategies in place to deal with my severe anxieties. With each visit my trust grew and I became more relaxed and capable of navigating a long consultation. I will always be anxious when I visit the dentist but with Julie’s support I have overcome my desire to avoid essential treatment. Thank you Julie.

Fantastic experience: The staff are Smile Team are always very convivial and very very helpful. My family has been going here since I was 2 years old, and we have never had any complaints. Dr Linh is always brilliant as she is gentle and very informative making sure I know i'm aware of processes and anything I can change in my routine. Staff are familiar and personal while still being very professional. The office is obviously clean, and waiting room is well stocked with entertainment and services. I would definitely recommend! :)
