Fantastic experience: Amazing team, my daughter needed to see someone at the last minute and the lady at the desk was so accommodating and lovely. She found a Dr who was able to fit her in. Dr Alex saw my daughter and he was so lovely and reassuring to her. Prior to the appointment my daughter wouldnt eat, drink or swallow and after seeing Dr Alex she was relaxed and happy and back to her usual self. Fantastic experience: I see Tony Tapsall. For a lot of years I have had a real phobia about dental treatment. Tony's caring approach and careful hands have sorted that. My dental health is the best it's ever been thanks to him. In the last 6 months I have had two crowns fitted. Tony is obsessive about getting things absolutely right. Both crowns are completely comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent appointment on a Saturday and was able to see Lincoln at Merrimac, as it is linked with my Dentist at Mudgeeraba. He was very friendly, thorough and professional, always concerned that the experience was comfortable. A positive result as Rachel, the receptionist was also able to book a follow up with my usual dentist.

Positive experience: I’ve been attending this practice since around 2005, as have many members of my family. I am still very satisfied with the professionalism and service despite all the staff changes over the many years. I have noticed that recently there have been some cutbacks in that now the Hygienist doesn’t have an assistant most of the time, which I believe is a step backward. Also I note that the little bag of “goodies” that used to be given after the procedure has gone, a small thing but did show some customer appreciation.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an urgent dental appointment to fix a chipped tooth. I hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years. I was nervous and anxious, especially about the financial aspect as I don't have private health insurance. The whole team were nothing but supportive. I don't like local anaesthetics but Dr Alex was amazing and empathetic and understanding. So gentle I barely felt it. Would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone on the gold coast.

I have been going there for 18 years and find their staff and dentists very professional and caring They have wonderful equipment and excellent oral hygienists and it is a pleasure to go there for a visit. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

It smelt like a spa rather than a dentist and Duncan actually took the time to build rapport with me. Lauren was a great assistant too and my nerves were gone. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Duncan Drew is my new go-to dentist after searching high and low after Dr Efstathis retired. Unbelievably efficient, asked all the right questions, and the biggest thing; stopped regularly to check on how I was doing! Extremely gentle and didn't lean on my jaw as some other dentists have done. Can't say enough positive comments about my recent visit here with Dr Drew... oh bonus points, the receptionist helped me work out which funds will let you visit more than twice per year. WINNING!

Fantastic experience: I have had some terrible experiences in the past which made it really difficult to go back to the dentist and so my teeth are quite a mess. Dr Duncan has been very helpful and so sensitive to my oral condition I am so comfortable with his treatments. Dr Duncan’s assistant also makes me feel very comfortable for all my visits. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly they’re also totally helpful too.
