Fantastic experience: Dr Eric at Innova Prospect is wonderful. From the small things like providing a little cup to put my earrings in before having the x-ray to watching a documentary on Netflix (with a TV on the ceiling) while having dental treatment. It was the most comfortable I have ever been having dental treatment and the distraction of the TV (& headphones) is a great way of taking the focus off the treatment that's taking place. I was really appreciative of how they used equipment to hold my mouth open - being able to rest my mouth while having the treatment was a game-changer with no pain from having to have my mouth open which is the worst bit about going to the dentist. Innova Dental has obviously invested in it's equipment, facilities and staff who were all super friendly, efficient and professional. I am really pleased I have changed to Innova Dental.

Fantastic experience: Went in with gum and tooth pain to get it looked at, and turns out it was my wisdom teeth. I wasn't super enthusiastic to have teeth pulled, but the team at Prospect Family Dental were really, really good. When it came to the procedure, it was painless and over really quickly. Dr Xuan Xi Low was really friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He let me know what was happening and even played a video to help take my mind off the situation during the procedure It was also really appreciated that they offer both ZIP and Afterpay as payment options, which was a huge relief for me personally Many thanks to the team there. I'm never super enthusiastic to go to the dentist, but the team there made it a good experience for me.

Fantastic experience: I've stayed away from dentists for a long time. I am a person with autism and my sensory issues have kept my unable to receive treatment. Dr Xi is the kindest and most understanding dentist I've ever been to. He has developed a treatment program for me which has been very successful after a handful of visits. At every step of the way he has stopped working at the moment I indicate that the treatment is beyond my abilities to cope, and has then waited for me until I felt safe to continue. This type of care had been life changing. Everyone on the team is so caring and accepting. If you struggle to go to the dentist you will simply not struggle here. I can't recommend this team of dentists more highly.

Bonus points for getting to watch an episode of Netflix while my teeth were being taken care of in my most recent visit (who knew a visit to the dentist could be relaxing?!), and a follow up phone call the next day to check in on me. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Prospect Dental High Enough. I've had a Youthful time of making non smart Dental Decisions. Last year I came in and made a plan with Doctor Ted. He has been amazing. Unfortunately over the weekend I developed intense tooth pain and at my own request had a tooth extraction. The Dentist I had was amazing. I am super thankful that they were able to get me in at very little notice after a sleepless night. If you're like me and have put off your Dental health for years get yourself in to Prospect Dental!

Fantastic experience: I've recently had all my wisdom teeth removed with Dr Bing at prospect family dental and I was so impressed with the service I had to share! It was truly as good as the wisdom teeth removal gets! My whole appointment took under 40 minutes and as promised it was painless. I had no swelling and was able to go back to work after just one day of rest. The efficiency with which dr Bing got it done I would 100% put down to his masterful skill and extensive experience which has contributed greatly to my smooth recovery. And his assistant was very supportive throughout the whole appointment understanding that I was a little nervous going into it. I would highly highly recommend coming to prospect family dental if you need your wisdom teeth removed, those guys know what they're doing

Negative experience: All I wanted was a tooth to be pulled out. And she was trying to change my mind so I can keep on coming back. She charge me 4 hundred and 4 dollars for 1 easy tooth to be removed. I won't be going back there at all. It seem like she just wanted my money. My tooth my decision. Very poor especially the price. I don't recommend anyone .

Fantastic experience: Same day appointment. Friendly service and highly skilled staff. I had a quick and pain-free wisdom tooth extraction. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone with anxieties about seeing the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had x4 wisdom removed in the chair by Dr Bing and the team at Prospect Family Dental. The procedure was completed in less than 45mins. Dr Bing was very clear in what was involved in the procedure, what expectations I should have, and what instructions to follow in my recovery. The procedure itself was uncomfortable with some discomfort (as you would expect with any tooth extraction) but not painful. I was able to return home immediately following the procedure and the bleeding was controlled within about 2hrs. Post-procedure I had NO pain and NO swelling. I did not require any analgesia. I took the anti-inflammatories and antibiotics for one week as directed. I was able to return to work (working from home as I had taken a week's leave anticipating needing it for recovery), within about 2 days. Dr Bing (Dr Ha, my regular dentist also) and the team at Prospect Family Dental are highly professional, whilst remaining friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant dental practice. Knowledgeable staff in a modern and professional setting. A painless tooth extraction with no complications and exceptional follow up care meant I was back to life as normal in no time!

Fantastic experience: I have had dental phobia my whole adult life, and only saw a dentist for emergencies. Even then I had to have someone accompany me, and I would be in a cold sweat. I went to Prospect Family Dental when I had an old filling break, and within a short time I was willingly going to the dentist for years of catch up work! Dr Faye is wonderful, she is gentle, yet works very quickly and explains what she is doing as she works. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
