Fantastic experience: Everyone here have always been friendly and helpful. Treatments easy and never felt nervous coming to My Midland Dentist. Due to changes in my life I've decided to find a Dentist closer to home. I would 100% recommend this practice if you're looking for a great Dentist. Thank you Alvin and staff, it's been a pleasure.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I’ve had my teeth professionally cleaned every six months for decades, and this was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. This was my third visit to this clinic, and each time I was assigned a different practitioner. On my second visit, the dentist I had previously seen had left the clinic, and they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. On my third visit, they called to change my appointment time but didn’t mention that the dentist had been switched again. I expected to see the same dentist as last time, but instead, I was assigned to a Dental Hygienist — not a qualified dentist — without any prior notice or explanation. The hygienist performed the entire procedure alone, with no assistant. The cleaning was done using only metal tools to dry-scrape my teeth — no water, no suction, no comfort. The high-pitched scraping sound and friction made the entire process very uncomfortable. In all my years of dental visits, this was the first time I’ve experienced such a rough and unprofessional method. When I asked why there was no dental check-up, they explained that they only do full dental examinations once a year, and because my last visit was six months ago, I didn’t qualify for one this time. That reasoning is unacceptable. Regular six-month visits should include monitoring for any changes or issues, not just a once-a-year check. To make things worse, throughout the entire interaction, they placed the blame on me for not explicitly requesting to see a dentist. I didn’t expect I’d have to — I never imagined this clinic would be cutting costs to the extent of offering such substandard and unprofessional service. As a patient, it’s reasonable to assume that a booked dental appointment would include care from a qualified dentist unless clearly informed otherwise. If a clinic cuts corners like this, fails to communicate basic information, and refuses to take responsibility, they do not deserve your trust or your money. Don’t waste your time or hard-earned money on a clinic that clearly does not prioritize patient care.

Positive experience: The staff at the reception is good and very welcoming and sympathetic. The dentist I had was okay, I was in a bit of pain and since then my bottom gum has felt strange and feels raw. Not sure if I want to get the fillings with this particular dentist. The dentist who did my daughter was really great, very educational to the parent and was so gentle with my daughter with care and love.

Positive experience: The Dentist and his trusty assistant were as professional and gentle as was necessary. The reputation that Dentists have does not apply to him because he and his team were very welcoming, courteous and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adrian Vo was so gentle, professional and understanding . If you’re apprehensive or you’ve put off seeing the dentist you should absolutely request to see Dr Adrian Vo. His dental nurse and the beautiful reception staff are also amazing. Can’t recommend My Midland Dentist highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have never had a bad experience here and I've seen them be encouraging to a curious toddler as well as give the boy one of the free packs that are generally given to the patients. This was great to see as it helps minimise any potential dental anxiety that a child might develop and the boy was pretty happy to get a packet of freebies. The latest staff member to do my routine clean and scale was very thorough and polite. I can't remember her name but she's been there for a very long time. Please pass on the good feedback if you can. There is also lots of parking in the vicinity, including carparks if street parking isn't available. Do yourself a favour and download the EasyPark app so you don't have to deal with parking ticket machines. You can add more time using the app if you need to. You can also cancel any excess time you might have booked and normally paid extra for.

Fantastic experience: I’ve unfortunately been to many dental surgeries however since finding Kris I couldn’t be happier. Kris and his nurse are friendly and gentle. He listens to my concerns and offers great advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or anyone with a fear of dentists and needles.

Fantastic experience: What an outstanding Practice. I highly recommend Dr Soheila Etamadi & the staff at My Midland Dentist. From start to finish I had a crown prep & finalisation process undertaken by Dr Soheila Etamadi. She was caring, compassionate, explained the process in detail and settled any anxieties I had. I got lost finding my way to the Practice and arrived late due to traffic. I called the Practice and the wonderful receptionist was so patient and helped me navigate my way through the streets of Midland. I finally arrived and the wonderful receptionist was waiting for me at the front of the building ensuring i knew where to come. Dr Soheila Etamadi and staff stayed back to finish my dental treatment as I was delayed in traffic. I was so grateful. There are so many more positive things to say about this outstanding practice. I will be returning to the practice for future treatments when required. Thank you Soheila and My Midland Dentist.

Negative experience: Worst experience with Ehsan! His use of language is unprofessional and the delivery of his instructions were vague. I felt extremely uncomfortable and when voicing my concerns was told to leave.

Fantastic experience: They explained everything from top to bottom, listened to what I wanted and never pushed me into anything I didn’t want to have done. Very understanding and very professional, I have been visiting My Midland Dentist for over 6 years and have been very impressed with them since the first consultation. I love the reception team as well, they took away all nerves and made me feel like I was in a safe environment because there’s nothing scarier than the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: After many many years of not seeing a Dentist out of fear I finally pushed myself. Parking was convenient at the rear and reception easy to find. After a short wait the lovely "Dr" Kate showed to to the room. Dr Frank met me and we discussed my dental history. Dr Frank and "Dr" Katé can only be described as both professional, each with a great sense of humour. It was time for the tools , inspection and cleaning. As I laid back with my mouth open I was honestly could have fallen asleep. The gentle examination , cleaning and filling was more like a trip to a day spa. My teeth were cleaned and a filling placed. Xrayed and checked. The "day spa ambience" was very relaxing. It was like a massage for my teeth. On a serious note - absolutely no issues. Fantastic experience: You'd be struggling to find another business that's this accommodating, let alone a dental practice, but they go above and beyond to be helpful, and if you are a nervous or anxious person, you are in the hands of one of the most patient Teams that I've had the fortune to now become a patient of, you could not ask for a more soothing and relaxed environment I don't want them to become too popular or I'll struggle to get appointments, but this is truly a little treasure...so if you're just needing to have a check-up or something else dental related, call them and see how happy you feel on your departure, and maybe you'll write a review similar to this one thank you everyone at My Midland Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr frank was so gentle with my root canal operation. His dental assistant was also really nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire operation. I highly suggest dr frank to anyone that is scared to visit the dentist as he will make you feel so comfortable.

Kris is great I got to see him on 29th June 22 it has been about year since I saw him but I go very 6 months to have my tooth cleaned he is a very busy man also I don't need any work on my teeth.

Negative experience: Not a “family friendly” place as soon as we walked in we were judged by not only the other clients but the staff reception also. Definitely don’t recommend if you can’t handle the whole building staring at you and your kids the whole time you’re in the waiting area.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience, i went in for an Emergency infection for one of my molars and they took really good care of me. Dr Kishore was great at explaining everything, and helping me choose the most cost effective treatment that was best for my health. They reassured me how far through the surgery they were and kept checking in on me. I have a large fear of dentists and honestly was shaking through the entire thing but after that I definitely feel more comfortable. The admin staff are also very friendly and helpful, and answered all the questions i had. Can't recommend enough and I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Whilst going to the dentist is never exactly fun, Dr Chandrama helped make my visit as comfortable as possible, as her explanation of my teeth X-rays was clear and helpful. The reception staff were wonderful too.

Fantastic experience: Took my 93yo mum along there for emergency crown issue. Dentist was very patient and showed genuine care and concern for her well being. Well done. Followup.. mum can't speak highly enough about the dentist and how she has had no pain at all during or after the procedure. I also received a follow-up call from the dentist making sure mum was ok. Good old fashioned service with an increase on my rating too which i reserve for only those that go above what was expected.

Fantastic experience: The nurse that was in the room while having my extraction was so encouraging and really helped me and made me feel calm and really helped me through. DR Alvin made me feel comfortable and talked me through each step and knowing that I was nervous he really helped me get through it and gave me time in between to catch my breath and then was able to resume the procedure. Couldn't have hasked for 2 better people to do this procedure for me
