Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything explained clearly and all questions answered effectively. The dentistry was painless and quick. The crown prepared on-site in 50 minutes and final positioning in 10 so all up 90 minutes and done same day. My health fund paid $700 odd so my out of pocket $280 so definitely value. Crown fits perfectly so hoping will last for many years. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: It is with pleasure I write this review of the Valued Dental Centre at Helensvale and in particular, Dr Erica. I recently had two crowns, one on each of my back molars. With the first, there was always the possibility I’d need a root canal (that tooth had a huge old filling) and would have required surgery. Dr Erica was so patient and kind, explaining everything in full regarding the pros and cons of proceeding with a crown. Having had a root canal in a tooth a few years ago, I recalled the discomfort and financial cost which made the decision easy to go ahead with the crown and take my chances. I was most impressed when the Valued Dental receptionist phoned the day after I had the crown to ensure all was well, except for the expected slight sensitivity for a day or two. After a few weeks of having the crown, the sensitivity had not lessened but increased (this was not a good sign and it seemed the root canal would need to happen after all). I phoned VDC and was immediately given an appointment to see Dr Erica who was again so patient and kind and offered to try something extra that may help avoid the root canal. She worked on it for some time until she was satisfied she’d done her best. By the time I’d arrived home I knew it had worked! I am so very grateful to Dr Erica for going the extra mile – and at no financial cost to me. I’ve since had the other crown which was textbook perfect. Still can’t get over the excellent treatment offered and for almost $2,000 less than those crowns would have cost elsewhere. I can happily and confidently recommend Dr Erica and Valued Dental Centre Helensvale.

Fantastic experience: I had been wearing a dental plate for almost 40 years and finally decided to enquire about an implant. I was pleasantly surprised with Value Dental's quotation and friendly, informative staff. My implant required a bone graft which I was worried about, but Albert at Value Dental Helensvale explained the whole process to me and assured me that I would feel minimal pain. He was absolutely spot on, my whole process took 4 months and now I have a perfectly matched front tooth which looks and feels like the real thing. I recommend Value Dental to anyone considering implants.

Fantastic experience: When 2 teeth broke a few months ago I went to my local dentist and was quoted $16,000 for 2 implants with crowns and bone grafts. I looked at Bali, India and Thailand for a dental ‘vacation’. With flights and accommodation it would be a bit cheaper but getting up there in price. Plus, you have to go back at least once more for crowns and check ups. Found Value Dental online and could not be happier. Professional, caring and less than half the price quoted from my local dentist! Thrilled with my dental work. The care was outstanding. Negative experience: Disgraceful customer service! After your joining fee, advertising $3,000 Implants and fixing a crown and ready for an implant, your receptionist rings to provide a quote of $3,500. Because I questioned her, she says “well you won’t be getting a crown here” and hung up the phone. Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would be calling my dental vists an awesome experience. From the ladies at the front counter to the dentist’s and their assistant you have made having to have major dental work a very stress free experience. I love my new teeth and look forward to my future visits and seeing all the progress of giving me back all my teeth and an amazing smile.

Negative experience: I was checking several dental clinics when I saw their ads on fb. It says on their ads "free consultation”, so I called & booked an appointment in Feb this year. Consultation was definitely free, but you have to pay for the x-ray. I was then advised that my case needs to be referred to an orthodontics which I paid 150. I then have to wait for weeks for an advice and went back to Value Dental clinics. I was in dismay when Dr Alvin told me that I have to undergo several procedures including bone grafting to be done in the hospital or other clinic and that it is very expensive, and they don’t do it in their clinic. He ended suggesting me to get dentures. I went to this clinic hoping to have the dental implants, not dentures. They may be cheap as what their ads says, but they are not one stop shop for all your dental health needs. Luckily, I found a dental clinic in Tugun that does everything, including bone grafting, free consultation & x-ray. Yes, the x-ray is free during consultation, and they will also present you a smile makeover simulation after taking photos of your teeth. I just finished my journey to achieving the dental implants I wanted (all-on-6). It might not be as cheap as Value Dental, but the experience was all worth it.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to be positive getting a tooth removed- but I am. They were gentle, explained what was happening, and next day - no pain. Wtf! They were getting me prepared for an implant so also had bone graft and stitches. Oh I got 2 crowns in same session other side of mouth as well. Everything was as pain free as possible and done with professionalism that gave me confidence. And in the end that’s what you want. The team are great!

Fantastic experience: I needed 2crowns on my front teeth to strengthen one and to match colour on the 2nd one. I was very nervous but my dentist was very calming and gentle. It was all done in one appointment. I only had it done yesterday and have no pain. Once my other teeth are whitened a little to match, which will happen in a few days, my smile will be beautiful. The dentist injection was very gentle and the crown was made on the spot. and there is a membership fee required. I got a call after the procedure to see how it went. I have high anxiety about dentists but they made me feel very relaxed, I was in good hands. I highly recommend them. I have been back twice now for second crown. Super happy with this service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Erica, in Helensvale, is the most wonderful, professional, bubbly dentist you could ever meet! She did a crown on a cracked molar which was mostly made up of amalgam. She found others that were cracked that my regular dentist did not. The whole procedure was pain free. They make the crown on site so there's no need to return at a later date. I cannot feel that it is any different from my other teeth. I have no discomfort and I'm more than happy with the price which is at least twice as much at other dentists. Fantastic experience: I traveled 7 hours for my CEREC crown here and so glad i did. They have the best equipment and professional and knowledgeable staff. My crown was a molar after having root canal and i knew i needed a crown done properly to fully restore my tooth. I didnt want to pay $2000 in the country. I was in great hands at Value Clinics Helensvale and am very happy with my crown having only paid $899. So convenient that it was a same day procedure with no sacrifice on quality. Would recommend. Although some teeth were challenging to get, Dr. Josh really ensured that I was okay, and was as gentle as possible. I’m so happy considering the price of the treatment! Fantastic experience: I went in last month to get all four wisdom teeth out. When I got there I was a bit nervous but the team were lovely and helped me feel comfortable. I was listening to music during the extraction which helped, but they also have a tv on the ceiling if you want to watch a movie. There was no pain during the procedure either. The procedure was done very professionally and I am now complely healed with no issues. Thank you Value dental for a great experience with low prices!

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with value dental. The receptionists are so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a crown fitted. At 2 pm the tooth was prepared, efficiently with barely any discomfort. Dr Erica was so competent i felt I was in good hands. I went for a walk and at 4 pm the crown was fitted. Using the latest technology meant that the porcelain crown was manufactured quickly on site. I am so relieved to have this work completed so quickly and happy I only had to pay $230 after health fund rebate.

I had quotes for around $8000 from other dentists and value dental were so much more affordable. The team at value dental did exceptional work to give me a new tooth. Their equipment is state of the art and rooms are super clean and service is very professional. Fantastic experience: I recently underwent dental implant surgery for a single tooth through Value Dental Centre at Helensvale, and I couldn't be more happier with the result. Infact, it's such a great match that it is indistinguishable from my original teeth. The staff were helpful and supportive and made the experience seamless. Positive experience: I found my treatment very professional and very good value. It took longer than expected , which was hard but I guess , things were delayed for good reason. I would have liked easier access to Stephen , than just Wednesdays. I found the company making the crowns and dentures unreliable and slow , but but their product quality seems good. Tim Hunt

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the team at value dental centre Helensvale enough. The whole experience getting 28 crowns, wisdom teeth removed and a gum lift was a process, but made a pleasant experience by the team. The girls out front made the whole claiming Super component extremely easy. The dental assistants were terrific. Dr Albert and his absolute dental wizardry has changed my life. Fantastic experience: All is can say is "six stars" Absolutely can't fault at all .....from the beautiful and friendly staff to seeing Dr Anitya Savnak who removed my very old metal fillings and replaced with 2 x new crowns and he will also be doing my new bridge next week. A further implant was discussed to have done at a later date I highly recommend Value Dental Centres and Dr Savnak for dental treatments

Fantastic experience: A couple of days before I was to leave on a cruise I needed an urgent crown replacement. Value Dental were able to squeeze me in and did an amazing colour match crown made in-house.
