Negative experience: I like the dentists, the reception staff are horrible. Too bad. I'll be finding another dentist now. EDIT: How is being rude to customers considered a "misunderstanding"? As was explained to the rude person on the phone, my husband works nights and missed the initial calls, but then he received a text message to confirm, WHICH HE DID. Then, the morning of the appointment, he received another text saying you were looking forward to seeing him. Then, after that, ANOTHER text saying the appointment had been cancelled. When he called to clarify, he was talked to with the most disrespectful tone. She never apologised, and she'll most likely still be there if we were to come back. So, no. I dont want to hear from any of you again.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday and I can’t speak highly enough of Pimpama Dental. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by very polite reception staff and then Dr Kathryn and her nurse were absolutely wonderful. Dr Kathryn was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. Throughout the whole process, each step was explained to me in detail, with brilliant results. Highly recommend to all. A+

Negative experience: My experience with this dentist was awful, especially when it came to aftercare following my surgery. The procedure itself was already stressful, but the real issues started afterward. I was left in severe pain, and when I reached out for help, the dentist and staff were completely useless not believing me when i said had problems. I received no clear instructions or guidance on how to manage my recovery, and every time I called for advice, they acted like I was a burden. It was as if they stopped caring the moment I walked out of the door. The lack of support and concern for my well-being was shocking. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares about your health, look elsewhere—this place is a complete letdown!

Fantastic experience: Dr Stefan and team did a phenomenal job in extracting my four wisdom teeth. Procedure went really well and pain-free, and the recovery process was fast. Can highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient, which I disclosed at the beginning of my appointment. I can't remember the name of my dentist, but it was a young female. She was gentle, caring, professional and I felt 0 pain or discomfort at any stage, which is huge feat for me. The fact this clinic has 5 star and over 300 reviews says alot about this practice and I wholeheartedly agree with the rating. I will be going back there for any future dental work needed :)

Fantastic experience: I needed somewhere to get my tooth sorted asap and they were able to get me in same day, I hadnt been to a dentist in along time (too long to admit too) yet they were judgement free, not preachy but gave me some really good advice, I lost a tooth in my visit and I'm still leaving 5 stars, that should a testament to the quality of service. They even called me the day after to check up on me which I wasn't expecting, they go above and beyond without the ridiculous up-charge. Unfortunately I'm moving so I won't be returning but I would recommend to anyone in the area or anyone that just needs any tooth work done.

Fantastic experience: I have been putting off the dentist for awhile due to a few bad experiences in the past. I’m so glad to say that I’m not so scared anymore. Dr Stephan has been really great, he talks you through the procedure and lets you know what he’s doing as he’s doing it. I was extremely nervous having to get my wisdom teeth out but they reassured me constantly and honestly I feel like a giant sook cause it wasn't painful at all and a day after I'm having minimal pain so thank you for eliminating a lot of my fears of seeing the dentist. On top of that I have to also thank you all for the care and quick action you all took when my partner fainted you all did an amazing job especially with the kindness of a follow up call to make sure she was alright. Fantastic experience: My wife called on a Saturday morning for me as I had an extremely sensitive/painful ulcer from a wisdom tooth that was rubbing against my check. Everyone was very patient with me and all my questions. I felt very comfortable here!” Today I just want to say that I couldn’t be more happy about Pimpama Dental still being my one and only go to clinic for my dental needs. Today I saw Dr Cathrine and she was incredible as was the nurse/assistant! Very happy, friendly and kind ladies and Dr Rachael who I spoke with over the phone and at the front desk today was also very knowledgeable and helpful! I continue to feel valued, respected and comfortable when I come to Pimpama Dental. Very easy to deal with and exceptional services.

Fantastic experience: Have been to Pimpama Dental 4 times now including 1 checkup and multiple fillings. Dr Busch is friendly and professional (as are all staff at the clinic, in my experience) and has a genuine interest in his patients. I'm more than happy with my choice of dental clinics and will be back for my regular checkups plus any other work that needs doing.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Today we had an emergency visit and Dr.Stefan and the beautiful receptionist Rachel made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. She has had on going tooth issue and her anxiety was through the roof! They did nothing but care for her and made her feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Stefan. Dr Stefan constantly ensured that during the operation I was comfortable and did not experience any pain. He was both professional and knowledgeable, and not once did I feel uneasy. I couldn't recommend him enough. Post Op I was still quite sore and he offered numerous suggestions and tips to help alleviate the pain. Over time it has healed nicely. Rachel at the front desk is also super friendly. Definitely feel like you are in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: I rang and spoke with Rachel i believe, she was absolutely amazing. Took the time to hear my concerns and believe me i had a few. She was then able to assist me and explain to me the process of how we would fix my issue. I also saw Dr Busch who treated me and did an amazing job. He was really calm and assuring me whilst i was anxious that the issue could be dealt with and would be okay. I would recommend this service for anyone feeling anxious about the dentist as the staff and Dental Doctors were amazing.

Fantastic experience: After coming to Pimpama Dental with my kids and finding Dr Stefan, I decided I would too come and sort out my 10 plus years of neglect. Well what can I say. Dr Stefan is fabulous walking away after having 3 sides worked on and having little to no pain after. Impressed is an understatement. If you are concerned he is definately someone to go too.

Sent through an enquiry after finding out these guys were open on a Sunday and within an hour and a half from opening, they had emailed me and gotten me an appointment time that day to be seen to. My partner initially visited the practice for an emergency appointment, and the dentist was so understanding of his anxiety about the procedure and calmed his nerves. Following this we both visited for a routine clean and check up which was quick and easy and all staff were very welcoming. Pimpama Dental will now be our go-to for any dental needs!

Fantastic experience: The team at Pimpama Dental are second to none! After needing an emergency appointment a fortnight ago, they warmly and gladly welcomed me and performed an excellent and gentle treatment! Everyone there is so professional, warm & lovely! I just visited for my check up and my tooth has responded well to treatment which means no root canal yet, however I am booked back in for 6 months time for another check up and clean! Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist in quite a long time , my last one gave me fear of going to one ever again but recently I didn’t have a choice and I went to Doctor Daniel. He has been so incredibly patient and warm, he has completely taken my fear away of going! My husband went to him originally and now we have all followed including my 4 children. He has genuine care for his patients and helps them fight the fear of what he has to do! In fact the whole practice is amazing , everyone is incredibly understanding, kind and considerate of your situation, they will go above and beyond their job description to make you feel comfortable and understood!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in there was such a friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, happy to answer any mundane questions I had about the paperwork and the procedure I was going to have. Once I was in the chair they made sure I was well informed about what was going to happen, and made me feel very comfortable which alleviated a lot of the anxiety I had about my visit! Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning due to a large filling that fell out. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Christina and Rachel. I mentioned to them that I was a bit anxious about seeing the dentist but they reassured me many times that it was all going to be ok. They made room for my pram with my 6 month old and when she got frizzy didn’t hesitate to give her cuddles and keep her calm while I had a tooth extracted. They gave me my options with prices clearly before proceeding with any treatment. They were caring and friendly from the moment I arrived to when I left. I will be back for my routine clean and check. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My husband attended the Pimpama Dental Clinic this week after suffering from a tooth ache. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and comforting from the moment we called to book the appointment, right until we left the clinic. The receptionist was polite, friendly and extremely helpful and compassionate. The dentist and assistant were extremely professional, supportive and caring when attending to my husbands issues. My daughter and I attended with my husband for the appointment and the staff made us all feel comfortable and put a big smile on my daughters face. What a great experience. My husband also received a follow up call to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend Pimpama Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I called Pimpama Dental on a Saturday morning after a night of pain with a toothache. Even though I was a new customer, and they were booked out, Rachel was wonderful and fit me in. Dr Daniel was lovely. The customer service was exceptional on all levels. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stefan and his team here are absolutely wonderful. Always caring about your wellbeing and will talk through everything that has to go on with any procedure. Rachel the receptionist is always on the ball with reminders otherwise and appointments I'd always forget to turn up Highly reccomend this dentist to anyone. Also zip and after pay, legends!
