Negative experience: I paid and requested my gold crown and X-ray images, but received no response even after several follow-ups. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. This needs improvement.

Fantastic experience: At short notice they squeezed me in basically for some advice on a Saturday! I was quite distressed about my situation , the staff were so kind and welcoming! They even rang me 2 days later just checking on me after not even having anything done with them !! 5 stars from me! Thank you so much ☺️

Negative experience: An overall 4.9 score!? Therein lies a problem. This practice can be judged technically or professionally. The Senior dentist Mr Prokic is gifted both in skill, courtesy and professionalism. The senior female (?name) scores low professionally: and since I was there for rework I can't say about technical skill. The extra star was for the always wonderful, caring staff.

The receptionist and entire staff were kind and respectful, absolutely 5 star treatment. I was absolutely taken by the lovely bedside manner of Dr Sam, he was such a calming presence. They saved my broken tooth just in-time. Highly recommend this EXCEPTIONAL Dentists.

I found myself in need of having all four wisdom teeth removed on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the short notice, they were able to fit me in. Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency tooth extraction on a Sunday afternoon and the clinic stayed open 2 hours after closing time to perform the procedure. The price was cheaper than most other clinics during regular business hours and the customer service and overall experience was exceptional. Another huge bonus is MGA Dental offer Afterpay which makes there already cheap prices even more affordable. Can’t thank the Sunday team enough for everything they did for me and highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing any type of dental work!

Fantastic experience: I think these people are crazy!! How come they are so welcoming patients, friendly and helpful! I love them so much!! I am traveling and it's still going on. But had to get an emergency operation. I was afraid and frustrated because I know it's impossible to find a dentist without booking earlier. I called them around 1.30pm and Britney(she is so nice) who answered my call and heard my story and said "One moment. I will ask" few seconds later she said " you can come at 4.35pm. Dr, (blank-can't remember his name) will do for you." I couldn't believe it! Isn't it amazing?? They supposed to close but will do extra work for me because I said them it's an emergency... they were my super hero.. Anyway, I have got an operation on time and I am enjoying my trip here in gold coast. Thanks you all again!!!

Negative experience: Visited the clinic Saturday to find it closed early (1:30pm) A man out the front said he would get his reception staff to fit me in for emergency dental. Only to be told Sunday that they cannot offer me any appointment. I turned down other clinics because I was promised an emergency appointment for today. Extremely disappointing. Do not promise an emergency appointment if you cannot provide it. Ridiculous.

Dr Sam was very professional, specific and knowledgeable on my situation, and the repair he done was amazing (0 pain and discomfort after anaesthetic wore off). Tasia (Dental Nurse) and Delayne (reception) were also very professional and welcoming. I would recommend this dentist to anyone at anytime! (Even pricing was fair for quality of work performed)

Fantastic experience: The assistance from all the staff are beyond exceptional. I had an urgent problem in my tooth and needed an immediate operation as its very painful. I called them and asked if there are earliest day i could have the operation done and they work it out for me and its a weekend which a +. I am very thankful for the assistance and help from all the staff. I’ll be back on the second and final session after two weeks of operation. Price is very competitive and affordable compared with others as well. Everything was excellent. No wonder they have excellent reviews. Again, Thank you and more power!

Fantastic experience: 11/10 recommend. I have had the most amazing experience at MGA Dental in Surfers. I’d like to say an extra big thank you to Nav & Dr Daniela!!! At the time I went to MGA, I was looking at the step that would follow my orthodontic journey. I had previously had conflicting information provided to me and was left very unsure of what direction would be best for me to take. From the moment I walked in, Nav at the front desk was so friendly and made me instantly feel at ease and less anxious about being there. Daniela assessed my teeth and provided me with an explanation of my teeth that was explained in terms that the everyday person would understand, so I could make an informed decision. Daniela came up with a plan of action for me, and after continuing my orthodontic treatment for another year, Daniela just finalised my teeth journey by putting two Maryland bridges in. Daniela not only gave me a positive experience and completed my smile, she gave me my confidence back which is priceless.

Fantastic experience: I would really like to thank Dr Zhu for helping me with my tooth issue and extraction on Saturday afternoon. Although it was late in the day she explained the options to me and patiently waited with her assistant, for a few minutes, till I decided what to do. I do appreciate being able to get an appointment at the late hour. The treatment was thorough and definitely helped me to get out of pain. I am grateful for her professionalism and her help.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency wisdom tooth problem on a Sunday and the lovely Katerina and Dr Chandi (hope i’ve spelt your names correctly ) were able to see me on short notice, diagnosis the issue within minutes and then extract the wisdom tooth cleanly and pain free all with 30minutes; and at a very reasonable rate. Katerina and Dr Chandi were both incredibly lovely, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve already booked in for a check up and clean in a few weeks. 10/10 recommend going to this lovely dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I snapped off my front tooth today, down to the gum. Very unattractive Victor!!! MGA fitted me in within the hour. Upon arrival the reception girls knew exactly who I was and why I was there and gave me a super friendly welcome; if there’s anywhere you want a super friendly welcome, it’s the dentist, right? It helps relieve the stress of visiting the dentist. Straight in to see the dentist and her assistant, both of whom were fabulous, caring, gentle in the mouth both with the anaesthetic jabs and as they extracted the remains of my broken front tooth. And finally, it seems to me, that MGA are very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

This clinic is deserving of 5-stars because they are consistently open, in my experience are demonstrating they actually do what they say they do, and at a reasonable cost. I saw Dr Chandi on a public holiday and the cost was very reasonable for the work done. The team were very understanding and compassionate. Their communication was excellent, they put netflix on for me to watch while I was in the chair and even gave me a selection of types of shows to watch. It was surprisingly quite relaxing and time flew. Before I knew it, the dental work was complete! I am very happy with the result and I recommend this clinic and Dr Chandi.

Fantastic experience: Chipped my front tooth while I was staying overnight at GC. I was so lucky to have found this place open on a Sunday. I was terrified and stressed as I had an early flight to catch on Monday. Dr Chandi and her assistant Zor did a fantastic job and I felt well looked after. Original post from March 2016: I found myself in agony on Good Friday and found MGA Dental with a quick internet search. When I called they were able to squeeze me in half an hour later. I wasn't left waiting at all, I was greeted with friendly smiles in a very professional and immaculate clinic. Dr Goran explained everything in detail to me. I felt comfortable and confident in his care. Helen, the dental assistant was so kind and kept checking on me. I left the clinic feeling very relieved and I have had no pain since! My experience has made me feel so much more comfortable to visit the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I first went to MGA about six years and always received amazing care from Daniela and Goran. I moved to the northern end of the Coast and went to another dentist because it seemed easier, but I just wasn’t as happy there. Yesterday half my filling fell out, and I just knew I didn’t want to go to the other dentist, so called MGA who managed to fit me in with Chandy today. They where so wonderful in fitting me in that day but also calling me to come in earlier as they had a cancellation. The care was amazing from Dr Chandi. She gave me instant relief. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Dr. Chandy and her assistant did a routine cleaning and I also asked a few questions regarding TMJ pain I was having. She was very informative and I felt confident with her guidance on what to do to in finding out the root cause of the pain would be.
