However I couldn’t have been happier with my experience, the receptionist, Dr Abha & her assistant were wonderful and I was seen as soon as I arrived, so I didn’t have an anxious wait! They were open on a saturday amazing finished work and they done a new filling .very lovely, kind, staff and they explain what needs to be done after the filling. And at my follow-up visit, again excellent service: on time, costs clearly explained before treatment, anaesthetic was delivered very well, and procedure completed on time with an offer to drop back in at my convenience if any issues.

Fantastic experience: Woonona Dentists were recommended to me as I needed a emergency tooth extraction but I was over 500km from my normal dentist. A brilliant recommendation as from the moment I walked into the practice and the front of house staff member provided friendly service. The dentist attending me was straightforward, explained the process and after the procedure detailed after care advice was provided. The dentist was friendly and very professional and the extraction was executed beautifully and no post surgery issues have arisen. Thoroughly recommend

Negative experience: Would not recommend. $200 for a filling that "is not that bad". The end result? Tooth is rough and can't exactly say it was filled though. Not once in my clean and filling was my mouth rinsed, even after they applied something that "Cant be swallowed". Had grainy stuff in my mouth all day. $350 for me to spend more money elsewhere to get this job fixed! I gave verbal feedback, requested manager to return my call and a day later, still waiting for a call back. Very unhappy.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I can’t recommend Woonona Dentists - I went here to repair a chipped tooth, the cap was done poorly and fell off within 2 months. I have since had it repaired elsewhere and it has lasted 9 months already. The dentist I saw said I needed 12 fillings (I’ve never had a cavity in my life), I got a second opinion who said I didn’t need any fillings and my teeth are in good shape. The service felt rushed and it wasn’t a good experience.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is fantastic. I’ve been to many different ones as I’ve struggled to feel comfortable with the dentists. So many times I’ve just been treated like a number and dentists have used a “rush” approach (which meant using too much force and pressure and causing pain). Dr Verma takes her time to explain things, doesn’t cause unnecessary discomfort when cleaning and listens to me. So grateful to have found Woonona Dentists and Dr Verma. It’s a true “small town” vibe with all the modern touches. I’ve struggled with anxiety with going to the dentists in the past but I feel very comfortable with these guys. I can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time today for a hygienist appointment. The hygienist was very friendly, professional and done an amazing job without any pain for the first time as I have gingivitis and sensitive teeth. I can highly recommend them for this treatment. I will go back for further work in the future. I can't say about the dental work as I haven't had any as yet. Also the very sweet receptionist is a very caring person. Thankyou for your kindness.
