Fantastic experience: My partner and I had a great experience at JustSMILE Dental. From the moment we walked in, Sophie and Sophia at reception were so friendly and welcoming – they really set a relaxed and positive tone for the whole visit. Everyone we interacted with was lovely, especially the dental assistants who helped us feel really comfortable. I had my check-up and clean with Philip, the Oral Health Therapist, and he was fantastic. Super gentle, really thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Had the most wonderful experience from the second I walked in till the last appointment where I finished and picked up my retainers upon completion. Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but the best experience with Justsmile in Ramsgate. A trip to the dentist always makes me feel nervous, scared and embarrassed but ever since my first visit, the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my procedure. Dr Rammo and his team who helped me with my treatment were very attentive and even before and after I had my implants done, I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain which was one of my concerns. Natalie the treatment coordinator and the receptionists, played their part in making me feel very comfortable and at ease during my experience. Fantastic experience: Had bad teeth due to bad decision in life, had to get all on fours.Had my concerns about the whole procedure and value at the beginning and wasn’t sure if it would be worth the time and money it took. But once it was done and the way that Dr Rammo and his stuff treated me and had my best interest from the begging it was amazing and I felt extremely happy. Positive experience: No offense to justsmile but im not happy with my teeth Dr Ramon was a great dentist and great reception but results i wanted was rushed now i spent about $8000 on invislign and my teeth still not the way i wanted all I wanted was for them to be straight and even the other dentist where horrible 1 guy cut me and said teeth where all straight but actually weren't and when I pointed it out he agreed and didn't do anything about it then he told me this is the best they could do sorry but if your gonna spend that much money for invislign that's a joke I should of just got Veneers from a dentist that takes there time and care and actually cared bout what I wanted not to just treat me like another number cause that's what it felt like now I have to go to a different dentist waste more money for proper results thanks

I have to drive 40mins one way to get to justSMILE, by-passing the multitude of other dentists along the way. Reception did a fantastic job at managing my upcoming appointments, Dr Rammo accommodated my every concern and was very thorough in explaining the process and making sure I was on track time-wise, and Phillip was very skilled in doing my routinely cleans. The clinic is clean, staff are professional and will go above and beyond to help - I lost a few aligners / had to extend my trip overseas and Dr Rammo adjusted my treatment quickly. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this place for years and would never consider going anywhere else- I always know that things will be done properly. I used to have very bad anxiety about coming to the dentist, but since coming here that has disappeared. I have had Invisalign and a crown and both procedures were done properly with no problems. Both Dr Rammo and Phillip are professional and knowledgable. The front office staff and dental assistants are very friendly and welcoming.
