Fantastic experience: Thank you to Helena Street Dental, especially Ian and Joanne. I so appreciate what Ian did for me yesterday to keep my tooth that didn’t seem to me to have much hope of keeping. It took Ian about an hour at least to do all that he had to do so carefully. I’ve still got my tooth, it didn’t have to be removed. Joanne was also careful and helpful towards Ian and myself. Thank you so much. I’m very grateful. Thank you to Helen who is so friendly and sincere.

Fantastic experience: Located in Midland, easy to find, parking on premises. Welcoming and efficient front office staff, no protracted wait for appointment time. Ian is a great dentist with a very calming manner. I felt quite relaxed and found the dental work as gentle as it could be, with Ian always explaining anything he did and making me feel as at ease as one can in the dental chair. Would definitely recommend.

As someone who was very uncomfortable about going to the dentist to the point of avoiding it, Helena Street Dental has welcomed me and made sure to take great care of me that I think I might just have found a dentist for the foreseeable future, I highly recommend this amazing friendly team.

After an extraction was sent home with a goodie bag of pain relief, gauze , instructions and a tin of soup!! That’s going above and beyond in my opinion Thanks Ian and Helen !!!

Fantastic experience: Helen is the happiest and most welcoming office boss in Perth. I had been suffering with nerve pain for weeks. Ian identified the culprit and set to work, numbing the offending area painlessly. Safe to say he is a magician with the drill. I actually fell asleep as he began the root canal surgery. It was my most enjoyable experience in the dentist’s chair.

Fantastic experience: On my very first attendance at Helena Street Dental Clinic I was warmly welcomed by Joanne at the Reception Desk. She has a most pleasant manner and is genuinely interested in your inquiry. She also helps Dr Ian in the examination/procedure room. On my second visit I was welcomed by Helen who is equally pleasant, super efficient and exceptionally helpful with inquiries. She always has such a lovely greeting on the telephone when you ring the clinic. Dr Ian is a truly fabulous dentist. Apart from exceptional service and skill in his work, he offers the best dental experience I have ever had. On the website there is a text communication service which I needed on a weekend to get in touch and alert him to a concern I had. Though the clinic is closed at the weekend I found this a very valuable service when I felt it necessary. It made me feel a lot better knowing the text was received and I received a reply in good time for a non urgent inquiry. I felt appointments were offered to fit around my schedule and all in all, an excellent dental experience. Another excellent aspect of this clinic is the large TV screen mounted on the wall in the waiting room. I feel it is a great educational tool which covers many aspects of dentistry with helpful platforms in the content offered. Some of the humourous segments would certainly put a lot of patients at ease. I would recommend Helena Street Dental Clinic very highly to anyone considering a dentist for themselves and/or their family. Prices are very reasonable and care and attention to detail is very much part of their wonderful service. A Big Thank You to the entire Team at Helena Street Dental Clinic!

Back in my home country, I used to visit my mum's dentist/friend who was rough and spent very little time on cleaning my teeth (Avg 10-15 mins on cleaning). Now I think back, I don't think she put in much effort.... At Helena St., both Ian and the hygienists are thorough and gentle. The cleaning session was an amazing experience! Fantastic experience: I recently completed a round of dental work here at Helena Street Dental with Dr. Ian, He was probably the best dentist I have had, I never felt any pain getting the needles, I have a sensitive mouth so when I asked for 2 numbing needles he had no issues with it for patient comfort. Would recommend to anyone needing work done, Calm friendly staff, none pushy service and a dentist who actually cares about his patients and gives you really good advice to benefit your situation.
