Fantastic experience: I had my dental cleaning done today at Gerringong Dental and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Amit is incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. His calm and caring approach truly stands out. Reesha, the dental assistant, was kind and supportive throughout the procedure, and Madison at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The whole team works together so smoothly, creating a relaxing and positive environment. Highly recommend Gerringong Dental for anyone seeking quality dental care! Fantastic experience: Visiting from Brisbane and went to Gerringong Dental I haven’t been for a check up in 6yr as I’m a bit afraid. On arrival I was greeted by the most wonderful team. The receptionist Hayley made me feel really welcome. Billie the practice manager was so lovely and helpful. Then the time came for me to sit on the chair and the nerves started . I was then greeted by the dentist Amit and his assistant Reesha. I had one filling and a clean. What a great experience my fear left the room and felt extremely calm. Did not feel any pain throughout the procedure. Just wanted to thank Amit and his assistant Reesha for an amazing experience. Looks like I’ll have to travel from Brisbane for my next check up.

Fantastic experience: I am a naturally anxious person and busted my tooth on holiday. I called them yesterday and was greeted on the phone by the most caring Receptionist/Administrator who was very understanding and got me an emergency appointment. When I came in, I found a patient receiving information on their next appointment and thought it was really thought out. I also noticed on the TV screen in the waiting room lots of information on dental care. I thought it was cool how it was set up as a combination of cartoon and G rating pics. The Dentist (Dr Armit) and Dental Nurse were amazing. They were calm, happy people who gave me the time i needed to explain. They did an x-ray and took some pictures which showed I had a tooth that was in bad shape. They gave me all the options, showed and explained the x-ray and photos and answered my questions. I followed their advice and had the tooth removed. I didn't feel it as they used the numbing gel and spoke to me while it kicked in before using the needle (didnt feel that either). I was sent home with clear instructions and extra gauzes AND they checked in on my today to make sure i was ok. They are a HCF provider which is good for my home. I have already booked in my next cleaning appointment. This team is amazing. I was really well looked after. They are worth a call.

Fantastic experience: Came in to get a wisdom tooth taken out was quite nervous but Dr Amit and his assistant Tegan were super kind and gentle and reassuring one of the best experiences of getting a tooth removed I have ever had

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing Team. The team was understanding, kind and very caring throughout my experience. Back in June, I was only in town for a few days and they squeezed me if for serval appointments as I needed more work done the team never made me feel rushed or a burden, I was greeting every time with smiles and professionalism. Dr Ehab Ghattas was fantastic, he was gentle and friendly and very professional. He explains everything I needed to have done, made time to be treated in a short period of time and showed me techniques on how to prevent it in the future. I’m not a huge fan of the dentist, just like some. The team at Gerringong Dental has changed that for me and I will be back - it’s worth the trip! Could not recommend this clinic more.

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous patient, but Dr Amit and his team have really taken my pre-appointment anxiety and fear away. He listens to your worries without judgement and takes the time to explain and reassure. Between the anaesthetic, gas if I need it, the Netflix nature or travel shows on the overhead TV and allowing me to listen to my earphones during treatment, I feel totally relaxed. My recent hour in the chair just flew past. Thank you to everyone who works in the surgery to make my dental trips {almost} a pleasure!!!

Fantastic experience: Such a great dental clinic. Front desk staff incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. As a new patient, Dr. Ehab Ghattas was the most thorough dentist I've ever seen. He explains things fully and takes time to answer any and all questions you have. He gave me a lot of insight into my teeth and recommendations, without making me feel worried or pressured. He and his dental assistant were great during fillings. Dr. Ehab was gentle, reassuring, and encouraging, regularly checking-in to make sure I was doing okay. I was shown before and after pictures of my teeth and it was great to feel well-informed through the whole process and really see the difference right in front of me. Highly highly recommend!

He is treating me for a root canal and he warned me there could be problems. There were, but he had no hesitation in sending me to a specialist and recommending that I keep the tooth rather than removing it. Very impressed with my new dentist.
