Fantastic experience: Best experience ever for my 4 year old! We went to 2 dentists before this appointment and i was left in tears and defeated. Being recommended this beautiful dentistry was the best thing to happen to us. My son needed an extraction, they gave him happy gas which calmed his nerves completely, he didnt flinch or move when she was taking the tooth out. Was incredible the way the 2 amazing dentists dealt with us as a family and especially my son river. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your service! We appreciate you :)

Negative experience: James Chew is the worst "dentist" one could possibly imagine. Instead of cleaning my son's teeth (which we needed) he just covered them with paste and removed it (less than 5 minutes in total). Moreover, he tried to convince us that a perfectly healthy tooth needs drilling (and maybe more than one tooth he said). Please note that James Chew is not even a Medical Doctor. I would not recommend this Chew to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Edited *again* to add-we needed emergency dentistry treatment recently after an accident. It was a physical trauma and emotional as well and the staff were so supportive and took care of the teeth and mouth and also my daughter's well-being and comfort. Can't recommend highly enough!!! Edited to add even higher recommendation- recently took whole family for cleaning and check up. There was an issue with billing my private health fund, which caused a hiccup in payment but the receptionists and administrative staff were warm and helpful and solved the problem quickly and with grace. So grateful! *** Prior review*** My 4 y.o. needed a front tooth pulled due to infection (we knew it may happen based on a fall she had two years ago). The dentist was wonderful and so child focused, playing and making the whole thing fun and interesting. My daughter actually enjoyed the procedure and tolerated the discomfort without any problems, I think due to the great connection the dentist made and the names of all the tools - Mrs Crocodile for the needle, and the Koala nose for the laughing gas, and getting to watch Peppa Pig the whole time... The dentist painted her nails at the end. Both my kids love their trips to the dentist and are always asking when can we go back!

Fantastic experience: The place is absolutely great! They put the little ones in the first place from the reception area to the consult rooms. Dr Jane was awesome and the kids loved her! Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Francine and Valeria! Finally found my dentist after 21 years living in Australia. I have dental phobia, but Francine and Valeria’s gentle and thoughtful approach made me feel at ease throughout the dental check and cleaning procedures. Francine’s special teeth cleaning procedure resolved all stained teeth issues that l'd been worrying about for years. Same issues that other dentists had suggested that could only be fixed by very expensive dental veneer treatments. I have already booked my next appointment in 6 months time!

Fantastic experience: I have a very anxious 13 yr .James took his concerns on board and treated him with amazing consideration and respect. And the nervous kid wants to come back!! Fantastic experience: Really great dentist for kids. My 5 year old and 3 year old were really comfortable and happy. They loved watching Netflix on the ceiling while their teeth were checked. They got a tooth brush and little prize which was really cool. It was a very calm and fabulous experience at the dentist for my little munchkins!

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious/nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist due to my severe gag reflex. So basically I just don’t go. The time came when I needed to. I was referred to Eduarda at Little Smiles. She listened to me and was very understanding. She was gentle and caring and never once made me feel uncomfortable about my anxiety. Together we got through my clean and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She really understood me and my needs. I have now found the dentist for me and plan to have regular check ups with her. I would highly recommend. All the other staff members were really lovely too.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my 13 year old son for a tooth extraction recently. Callum has autism with an extreme fear of needles. Dr Flores was AMAZING, no gas needed, needle in, tooth out, head held high back to sxhiol,tooth as a trophy. Would recommend this dentist to anyone with children with additional needs. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: My children were very anxious leading up to our appointment. As soon as we arrived they were welcomed and were offered to explore and play in the area. The environment is kind, bubbly and calm, it doesn’t give dentist vibes and other children finishing up were happy and calm also. Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience at Little Smiles Mona Vale, my son (4) had to have 3 teeth capped and they made him calm and able to do it in the chair awake. Great friendly dentists who know exactly how to be with kids, and the balloon and toy at the end of the visit was a great touch!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic first visit at Little Smiles yesterday. Arrived with my extremely fearful daughter who was in already in tears and terrified after some not so nice experiences at our previous dentist. Dr Francine made her feel so comfortable and calm and really listened to her and was so wonderful!! We ended up leaving with the filling done with no gas or anaesthetic and a big smile on her face. She has no worries about coming back for the next filling and I have promptly moved my whole family from our previous dentist to Little Smiles. Couldn’t be happier, thank you

Fantastic experience: We have been lucky enough to take our children to Little Smiles for five years now, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
