Winning Smiles Dental Surgery

Fantastic experience: I was completely impressed with Winning smiles and how the staff show professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery because the Dentist is always concerned about how the patient feels during procedures and the staff always make sure you are comfortable which is how a Dental surgery should be.

Negative experience: I booked a last minute appointment to see Dr Mohammed. As soon as he came into the room he was abrupt, rude and extremely short with me after I explained my anxiety with dentists. He gave me my options and when I could not make a decisions instantly he walked out and told me to make my decision or I could go see someone else tomorrow. After a few minutes, the dental assistant came in and asked what I wanted to do. With tears I explained it was hard to make a decision when the dentist was so rude and short with me. I did agree to have x-rays and they were completed shortly after. After I returned to the room, the dental assistant came and spoke to me. She said that she had spoken with the dentist and that I would not be charged for my visit or x-rays but I needed to leave and the dentist would not help me. I left hysterical, feeling let down and disgusted in how I was treated considering I was in pain and made an appointment to seek help. I then had to find a GP open late on Sunday to prescribe pain killers as I was in a lot of pain and this dentist refused to treat me. His behaviour towards patients was disgusting and I would not recommend him or the practice to anyone. I hope I can stop anyone else feeling they way I did that day. (As per your response, I am sorry that I got the name wrong. I went back through my booking confirmation and it stated it was a different dentist who I was booked to see. So the booking I made was different to the person who actually saw me, also alarming. It is interesting to see your immediate defence to every negative review here and no fault ever taken by your practice. As stated, ethically he chose not to continue my consultation after I declined treatment. I had agreed to go ahead and had x-rays taken, this is completely inaccurate information. Refusal of treatment is also serious when I was never once rude, only anxious and overwhelmed with the amount of information thrown at me in a negative manner. Indecisiveness after been thrown very abrupt demands and having the price of everything thrown in my face immediately is intimidating and took me by surprise. Having a minute to make a decision is completely normal, also considering the pain I was in at the time. Care was not shown towards me at all. It is clear in the other reviews here that this is not the first bad review for Dr Mohammad. I wish I had read these before attending this practice. I went to a different practice the next day and was treated with respect, kindness and given my options in a much more professional and caring way.)

Positive experience: Started visiting Winning Smiles last year, and it’s been a great experience so far. The clinic is clean, modern, and the team is always welcoming and professional. Dr. Sameeen is thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain procedures clearly, which really helps ease any anxiety. Myself and kids been really happy with the quality of care and attention we have received. One small area for improvement would be the waiting time. While I understand delays can happen, appointments sometimes run behind schedule. It would be great to see a little more consistency with timing. 3 out of 4 times have been there although received updates of appointments running late and advice to come late but even after reaching at revised times had to wait between half an hour to one hour which caused delays in other things scheduled on the day. Overall though, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had to get two wisdom teeth removed at very short notice. My first visit with (I think) Dr Samreen was great and she was able to get me booked for an extraction same day at the Denham court practice with Dr Leela, where my experience was also great. Can’t recommend them both enough, and the staff were all very helpful. This rating would be 5/5 if it weren’t for my follow up after the surgery with Dr Mohammed about 1-2 weeks later. I took my morning off from work to get my stitches removed and have a follow up examination. At no point did he ever introduce himself to me, and (while being in the same room as me), I could hear him discussing with the staff that he shouldn’t be seeing me because I had my extraction done at Denham court, and that they should be doing the follow up (note, I only had my extraction done at Denham Court due to the urgency, otherwise I never would’ve gone, as its a 1hr20-1hr40min drive there and back for me). He then proceeds to do the quickest shoddiest follow up examination possible, and tells me I don’t need my stitches removed, and that they’ll dissolve themselves. I’m no dentist but I wouldn’t think the whole conversation and exam should take less than 30 seconds. I think I had maybe a minute of face time with him? Just a disappointing lack of professionalism, and a waste of 45minutes of my morning driving there and back, when I could’ve been at work, and especially disappointing given I spent almost $1.5k on this whole wisdom tooth removal process. It’s clear he failed to do an adequate job because he feels like he shouldn’t have had to do the follow up. 1/5 star experience with him. The rest of the Blacktown staff were great, as were the staff at Denham Court, but I would personally avoid booking with Dr Mohammed, I wouldn’t feel looked after in his care. Dr Samreen and Dr Leela however were excellent, and I would recommend seeing them. Edit: had a follow up appointment with Dr Samreen where the above issues were addressed. Happy with how it was dealt with and that I could have a proper follow up.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is terrified of visiting the dentist, I can say that this is the only dental clinic that I feel safe at. The team is very friendly and humble. I never feel confused, I can ask as many questions as I want and the team helps me learn as much as possible whilst providing me with the best treatment options to choose from. Usually at other clinics I feel pressured to do the dentist's recommended treatment but here I never feel that way, I never choose a treatment unless I am 100% convinced of it. I love love love how safe I feel here, plus the dentist is very professional and excellent at her job. I have done cleaning and two fillings here. I highly recommend this dental surgery!

Fantastic experience: For anyone and everyone, but particularly someone with a full blown, long-standing dental phobia, Winning Smiles HAS to be your first and only choice. The dentist will talk you through options, take your fears into consideration ( lots of pain relief for me!), so professional, polite and pleasant. Regardless of how good or bad your dental hygiene is, there is NO judgement or embarrassment. So good I travel 90 minutes for treatment. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Truely had a worst experience with Dr Mohamed Elseuoufi. He is a very rude and arrogant Doctor I have ever seen in Australia! After the treatment, I literally came out with extra cuts in my mouth! It was very painful experience! Though Other staff is good, they will also misguide you to book an appointment With this Doctor. This doctor is not gentle at all with the patient. Sorry to say but truely horrible experience!!!
