Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience at the Newsmile Dental Implant Centre. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, especially the welcoming receptionists. I would like to give special recognition to Dr. Anna, who performed her duties in a friendly, outstanding, and professional manner, ensuring complete satisfaction. Nurse Hera was also very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Last week I attended Anew Smile Balwyn and had a painful and problematic molar tooth removed by Dr Conor Flanagan, who was expertly assisted by dental nurse Cindy. Given I was very anxious about having a large and painful tooth removed I feel very lucky to have had Conor and Cindy looking after me. From the moment I walked in to the time I left they put me at ease and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Conor is an exceptional and professional young dentist who dealt with my difficult tooth extraction faultlessly, constantly updating me with the process and ensuring the whole procedure was pain free. Cindy assisted Conor flawlessly throughout and was kind and reassuring as the procedure was being done. I can't thank Conor and Cindy enough for resolving my difficult dental issue and would also like to thank the wonderful front desk team at Anew Smile.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth reshaped and whitened at Anew Smile Balwyn. The doctors who treated me were DR Lissome and her assistant Luisa. It was a wonderful experience and I think I received the most professional service. Dr Lissome was very patient and Luisa was very serious and responsible in her work. I felt very good throughout the whole process. They gave me good advice. Every time we met, they told me what to do today. During the operation, they repeatedly checked whether I felt any discomfort. After the operation, they also told me how to take care of my teeth at home. Now my teeth are very straight and I feel that I have become more beautiful than before.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great experience it has been so far. Firstly, Dr Nima and his nurse, Michelle have been an absolute pleasure, during each dental appointment! Secondly, they both welcome me with big smiles and warmth every appointment and mostly, they have provided such a professional experience. Although I still have a few appointments ahead for my smile makeover, thus far, I am impressed. I travel from Bendigo and it is well worth the 2 hour travel. I will return to this review soon, with photos of my finished smile makeover!! I can’t wait.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Seth and his assistant Sally. I had a lot of anxiety before the appointment however Dr Seth and Sally made me feel super comfortable and safe. They spoke through the process & were very informative and answered all questions and concerns I had. They let me watch Netflix while completing the procedure and continually asked how I doing and if I was okay. Fantastic experience: Most of my life I have struggled with teeth issues, I had lost so many over the years and had suffered with pain and financial hardship to try to keep them to no avail. From the moment I first spoke to them on the phone to the moment I first met my dental surgeon Dr Seth Yoo I was sold. They take all the stress away and handle everything that needs to be done to access your superannuation and ensure you will safe and secure. The procedure went perfectly and although more painful than I anticipated post op, Dr Seth and the entire team bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. 1 month on, all the pain is gone and I cannot stop smiling. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I had a phobia about dentists. Dentist Seth and Nurse Amber have cured me of that! I recently had teeth implants at Anew Smile Deepdene. I am extremely impressed with their caring and professionalism of not only them but all staff I have made contact with there. The beautiful surrounds are very calming and the administration staff are very friendly and welcoming. If I had to say something negative it would only be that they only had orange/passionfruit juice on offer today when I went for a check up. I don’t like passionfruit I had to settle for water
