Mike is super down to earth and the whole team put a lot of care and attention to detail in everything they do . Including their initial care packages , consultation, updated communication , beautifully presented offices , state of the art equipment, never kept waiting for long . The whole process for my braces took 1 year, ( after 4 years of Invisalign failed as a tooth needed to be turned to fit a tooth at the back ) . Teeth now looking great . . They are worth every penny. I came in a little late to the braces game and had a lot of insecurities / concerns surrounding it, but had never been happy with my teeth/smile my whole life. Dr. Tee, Mike, and the whole team were quick to make me feel at ease, comfortable and informed of all my options with an emphasis on my autonomy of choice. I was carefully walked through the processes, told what route would provide me with the best, most symmetrical smile, but was also given the option to opt out of procedures I wasn’t comfortable with. For example, I was informed taking two teeth out to create more space would give me optimal chance of symmetry and a perfect smile, but was given the option to NOT do this and have still come out very happy with my teeth. I really value that the team gives you the options and you make the choice, I felt in control and taken care of the whole way through. Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Tee because my local dentist recommended me Invisalign for my bruxism (teeth grinding) which I've been suffering from for over 3 years. My local dentist was trying to push me to do invisalign with them as well as take out all my wisdom teeth even though it's never caused me problems. I'm glad I sought a second opinion and ended up not needing any work done with Mr Tee because he was so honest and transparent with me about how Invisalign is not 100% going to fix my grinding which is what I came in for and I quote from Dr Tee "I don't want to put you through all that if you're only concerned about your grinding". My teeth aren't prefect and neither is my bite so once I sort out/better manage my grinding which Dr Tee suggests (he recommended me another sleep/dentist Dr to call up for my specific concerns) I'll definitely come back to Dr Tee to start my invisalign or Spark journey. If you want a talented and trustworthy dentist WITH MORALS, look no further than Dr Tee! 5 stars

Fantastic experience: While I have not undergone full treatment at Orthoboutique, I have used them on a few occasions when in need of a retainer replacement. The team has always been friendly with replacements available within a few days of request. Beyond this, I’ve been assisted with reducing the impact my habit of grinding my teeth has on my retainer. Fantastic experience: New smile changed my life. I have more confidence and be a good role model for my son to encourage him to look after his teeth well. People around me gave me a lot of compliments about my beautiful teeth. I had a clear aligner treatment and it’s absolutely right decision. It took me about 2-2.5 years. Less pain and effective (if you are being discipline). To be fair, it will be some hard time when the teeth were adjusting (no pain, no gain) but it’s not as bad as you couldn’t handle it. Also not many people can tell that I was straighten my teeth. I chose to pay off in one payment as it was a discount if you choose this option. No extra cost during the treatment if you required to rescan your teeth for new set of clear aligners. However, this is excluded other dental works such as pulling teeth, wisdom tooth removal or filling. Dr. Tee and staff are friendly and very helpful. You can tell them anything/anytime if you have any issues or any concerns about your treatment. The earlier you tell them, the faster they can fix your problems.
