Negative experience: I have never seen any practice like this JT dental before the staff is very rude and selfish even the so called doctors are very rude and selfish they don’t care about their patients they booked you first with out asking the dr .. and when you see the dr he will let you know that im not good with kids once you entered the practice they do just normal check up and over charged the patient.. I have been there for my son so this is a friendly review do not book your child with joshua he clearly told me that he is not good with children so you have to book with other dr called Tina… so unfortunately she is not good with kids as well as they recommend me that she is pretty well with kids … but at the end of story she come to you and will suggest an other doctor wht a crap ….

Negative experience: My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. The front office staff were rude and inconsiderate, and it seems like the management and owners only care about themselves rather than their customers. It's unfortunate, especially since I've been a patient for several years. The quality has declined since Jessie left. The other dental assistants lack empathy and often discuss other patients openly, which is unprofessional. Overall, this business is poorly managed, and their prices for general dental services are quite high. I hope these issues are addressed so that the clinic can improve.

Fantastic experience: Just like to say a big thank you to the reception for getting me an appointment in the morning after in pain all night . Also a huge thanks to Dr Rahufi for taking her time and patience and not jumping to pulling my tooth out when I was adamant it was my tooth . She has relieved my pain from cleaning my gums and I am in no more pain thank you so much

Negative experience: I don't know what happened to these guys. They have started charging SOOOO much for basic stuff that takes them no time at all. They all seem so empathetic and sweet; then when it's time to pay your jaw drops at all the fees. I am going to look for another dentist.

Negative experience: My Experience, was awful I went in for a bottom denture, it was made so bad, I could not wear it for 5.min without discomfort and pain. I went to Dental Core at Eden rise in Berwick. They are fantastic after the first visit they took time to take the mould 2 weeks later I picked up my New and perfect fit Denture’s..I highly recommend you go elsewhere Brady rd, want your money above anything else.

Fantastic experience: For more than a year, JT Dental has been my most trusted personal dental practice. With enthusiastic and friendly customer service, professional and meticulous dentist, I’m always satisfied with my experience there. If you need a dentist who can speak Chinese and/or Cantonese, please come to either Dr.Megan or Cecilia. Both of them are super proficient. Megan even prepares the TV series I like to watch in advance at each of my visits. She is also very considerate and patient in explaining professional contents to inform customers.

Positive experience: Megan’s bedside manners is very professional and she tries her best to explain things on the way as she works, which is reassuring. I have seen other dentists (in the same practise and outside of that) and have had different outcomes of the same sort of work done. Might be due to different factors perhaps not fair to comment on it.

Fantastic experience: I had Josh for the first time and came for a general check up with 3 main reasons. After the check up, he answered all of my 3 concerns. With other dentists I have visited - they have always rushed through my concerns and didn't seem to genuinely care about my worries. However, Josh was very gently and actually listened to my concerns. I definitely recommend him!

Fantastic experience: 8’m so grateful i booked my wisdom teeth removal with JT Dental Dandenong as i have received quality care and prompt reply from booking appointments, Dr Michael run me through steps and let me ask questions to relieve my anxiety from the procedures, I took 2 wisdom teeth out and it took me about an hour from the moment i sit to the moment i left the room, The calm demeanour also helped a lot. Annie nurse very caring and putting @ease in still stressful situation despite the Great ceiling mounted TV’s for distraction (update for This year 2020 with the general stylish revamp). Hygiene aware +++. Appointments adjusted according Clinical severity. Feb 2023. Upgraded to 5 star as Continuing Developments has seen Intro of more sophisticated Services Cosmetic Dentistry, whitening straightening veneers & Re-alignments ‘visalign’. Dr Josh also successfully undertook Successful treatment of Re-infected Root of crown- x-rays, conebeam with Accurate to mm measurements of width of remaining Root after assessing for bone socket viability to Anchor into implanted screw(Stem of new Full Tooth)3 months for this process to occur once good Debridement performed, Drilling for placement of screw v Tricky prevent fracturing of Root. Infection symptomatic though v Tender upper jaw arch ??? As Bo remaining nerve root - worried me with??? Of HOW we then aware of ??? Infection process underlying any tooth hardware. Be very protective of Good teeth & Eat/supplement so as to Fight Any smouldering infections esp if root canalled & crowned. Remind regime X-Ray monitoring for checking

Negative experience: Charged me full price for cleaning only half of my teeth and then when asked about next session they will charge ne again for cleaning the other half.. This is a day light scam and robbery.. when asked to call never call only message.. poor customer service and complete unprofessional. Zero care for patients and money rip off.

Negative experience: I got 3 porcelain veneers done. The two front and one next to the canine. The veneers turned out not so great. There was a problem that bothered me a lot: one of the two front teeth had a slight gap between the gum line and veneer. So I went back to Emily to fix this and she did. It was great except for the fact that she got blood mixed with the bonding and it had dried like that behind the veneer. So I went back for another appointment to fix this but it just got worse. Some of my veneer near the gum line was removed to get rid of the blood and she replaced it with bonding or whatever (never told me what she was doing she just did it). Fast forward a few months (edited January 2023) I am finding it near impossible to live with the tooth. The top of the veneers she removed is staining and is constantly giving me migraines. So is the bulkiness of the other tooth. The past few months have been spent with constant migraines and tooth sensitivity. And it’s become extremely difficult for me to bite down on food.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely clinic. Staff are very friendly, as is Dr Mushgan. She was very gentle, I had the most pain free experience so far at a dentist, so I would definitely recommend to take your children there as well.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to JT Dental Dandenong was a pleasant experience indeed. I called at a time when I was experiencing much pain. My usual dentist was unable to fit me in to assist me with pain relief. It's at that point I called JT Dental on a recommendation from a friend. I called and felt that I was being heard. I was quickly booked in to see Dr. Mushgan as the last patient for the day. All went wonderfully and my pain was gone. I can not recommend JT Dental highly enough. They were there for me when my regular dentist was not. Cheers Team!!

Fantastic experience: Had to rush in for an emergency appointment for my 2yo when he fell on his face and knocked a tooth loose. Dr Pela was kind enough to squeeze us in before she packed up for the day and was patient, attentive and caring. Helped put my mind at ease with her check up. She also did some quick research to ensure she had covered everything and advised what worrying signs to look out for so we were aware if any issues arose. 5* is for Dr Pela... but the receptionist could do with an attitude adjustment. I was considering changing dentists, but a 2nd run in with her attitude proved it's not a suitable dental surgery for our family. Wishing Dr Pela all the best!

Even with a standard scale & clean, all your teeth will be checked & you will be alerted to any potential dental issue. If you go in for a problem with one tooth, you can be assured it will not be treated in isolation. They will check out your choppers nearby too. No hesitation to recommend Joshua Koh & his capable team!

Fantastic experience: I visited JT Dental Dandenong for the first time on 21st April 2022. The receptionist Jesse is very friendly, genuine and dedicated. She is really most helpful to a patient at the first visit. Dr. Emily is highly experienced in her profession. She gave a dental checkup with great care and interpreted some problems with my teeth and gum in detail. She explained the ways for treatment very carefully. What is more impressive is her valuable advice from her professional point of view about what to do in future to protect my gum properly. I highly appreciate what she did to help me out that day.
