Fantastic experience: As someone with severe anxiety and a terrible phobia of both needles and dentists due to previous traumatic experiences elsewhere, it takes days, sometimes weeks of mental preparation just to book an appointment let alone attend, which is why I could not possibly praise Penrith Dental Clinic enough. The staff are fantastic, friendly and compassionate, the facilities are immaculate, easily located and accessible. A special shout out to Dr Soltani who has dealt with my anxiety, tears, and fears with a smile on his face, has been non-judgemental and perfectly re-assuring, and is very quickly rebuilding my confidence in not only myself but in dentists. I’ve only had two appointments so far, but I’m confident in saying that I’ve finally found a dentist I’m willing to see regularly on a long term basis. Positive experience: Very lovely team! Super accommodating with next to no wait and well priced. Both dentists I’ve had have both been wonderful. The only con I could point out would be when I booked to have some composite repaired they had only repaired the bottom half of the tooth, not the top so there’s a noticeable gap between the natural tooth and the composite. Probably bothers me more than it should because it’s on a front tooth and you don’t realise how much you’ll run your tongue over it on a day to day basis haha. Other than that, I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, informative and professional. It was my first experience of needing a tooth filling. To reduce the anxiety of the experience Dr Soltani provided comfort in explaining the steps through the process. There was no pain during the procedure and something that felt really scary ended up being a simple process. That’s how you know you have found a great dentist! The only helpful feedback to provide would be to provide mouth wash at the end of the process instead of water. Overall a great experience.
