Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to get her tongue tie released with Dr. Dhillon. It was a really fast process and Kerry made a full recovery in less than 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: The team at MySmile were very welcoming, and understanding of my anxiety about a large procedure I had done. Dr Dhillon made me feel comfortable just from the way he spoke about the procedure, showing his experience, and the reception staff even went as far as giving their personal number for if we needed to reach them in case of of emergency. Generally I dislike dentist visits, they make me very anxious, but the genuine care and experience of the team shows and I legitimately am not sure I could find anyone better in this field. Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the all staff are very friendly and welcoming! Watching your baby get a tongue tie released is a hard thing to watch but having amazing staff and Dr to do it made me at ease. So glad I went with My Smile Doctors!! After the procedure I was given a room to comfort feed my baby and time to calm him down. Everything was explained thoroughly before the treatment. All questions I had was answered and I was given paperwork to explain everything to take home along with them sending me a video link to walk me through doing the stretches after. The staff kindly booked an appointment and attached it all with the paperwork which as a mother in a stressful time was amazing to not have to worry about anything and just be walked through step by step. They made it as simple and easy for me as possible. The next day I received a call for a check up on not just baby but to check in on how I was dealing with the process, Which made me feel extremely supported. Following with a check up appointment which was quick and easy. 10/10 service, highly recommend Dr Dhillon and staff!!

Fantastic experience: I visited My Smile Doctors for the removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth in 1 session under local anaesthetic (i.e. in the chair). I highly recommend My Smile Doctors - I experienced no pain during the procedure and had an amazing recovery period. I had no swelling and was able to return to work 3 days after my procedure was complete. All the staff at reception are so lovely, the dentist Dr Dhillon is extremely competent and skilled and the practice goes the extra step to ensure customer comfort e.g. a recovery kit was provided to me with jelly and ice packs etc. 5 stars from me :)

Fantastic experience: I've never been a fan of the dentist, and I'm sure many of you reading this have felt the same exact way… I have been told that I am a complicated case, and I always felt that dentists put profit way before patient care. This is why I am sincerely grateful that I had been fortunate enough to be treated by Dr. Dhillon. He will change your mind about dentists. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his area of expertise but is also personable, empathetic, and a down to Earth medical professional. He explains whatever procedure he is going to do to me fully, so that I am as comfortable as I can while I am in his chair. I also appreciate how quick and efficient he is during my procedures. Fantastic experience: Kudos to Dr Dhillon and his team at my smile doctors. I booked an emergency appointment with the clinic to get my wisdom tooth checked which was causing me tremendous pain and after reaching the clinic I was escorted by Dr Dhillon and then he did thorough check up, took x-ray and explained in detail the root cause of the pain. The thing i liked most about Dr dhillon that he was very clear with his diagnosis and also he didn't rush me to do the treatment I went ahead with the extraction and during entire procedure he made sure that i am comfortable and to my surprise the extraction was done in couple of minutes. The ladies on the reception gave me post extraction care pack which i found extremely thoughtful They checked upon me next day and made sure that all my queries were answered. I just want to thank Dr Dhillon and his clinic for getting me out of my agony and now i can sleep peacefully.

He examined and went through all the details of the tongue tie correction for my 3 weeks old baby and left it up to my husband and I to decide if we wanted to proceed. Previous doctors dismissed my concerns about my son’s (10 months) symptoms of taking breaks during feeding when he was younger. As for the treatment, we had our son’s tongue tie released here. The doctor and the nurses are very kind and informative. They explained the procedure in detail as well as the recovery stage. The actual release of tongue tie was done in a flash and the baby didn’t even cry afterwards. Fantastic experience: This is kind of a long review but I wanted to let others know what a great experience I’ve had. I’ve finally found a dentist I can trust. I originally went to My Smile Doctors in Parramatta early last year 2022, and I saw Dr Navdeep Dhillon and let me just start by saying that I have been seriously phobic about having dental work for many years now, so it was with some trepidation that I found myself suddenly needing to see a dentist again, but I am so happy to write this review as I have never felt better about seeing a dentist. I highly recommend Dr Navdeep and his team as they are excellent in every way. All the staff at the practice in Parramatta are calm, caring, kind and wonderful. Sabrina always follows up after any work and Rupi too is friendly and professional. The customer service from the whole team is outstanding and Dr Dhillon leads by example. I’ve never met such a chill dentist before and his manner honestly went a long way to help alleviate my fears. He explains everything clearly, even showing pics and diagrams if needed and is so patient and professional. He exudes calm. He never made me feel worried, rushed or anxious and that’s huge. As I said, I am normally so fearful about going to the dentist, but I quite quickly started to relax as I felt I was in good hands and I felt safe. The guy has a natural peaceful energy and that transfers. And look, if it’s not natural, it’s well practiced. Gift or talent, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Also, My Smile Doctors is beautiful and clean, it has easy, onsite parking and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to Dr Navdeep and his team, I feel I have made substantial progress in becoming much more confident than I’ve ever been about having dental work. This is such an achievement for me. Fantastic experience: I got my all 4 wisdom teeth out under sedation. The experience was great. I did not feel any pain and was asleep for the whole time. Dr. Dhillon and the staff is very good. They will make you comfortable through out the whole process. Its been two weeks and I have had no complication.

Fantastic experience: After a lot of research I found my smile doctors in parramatta. I was initially anxious to remove my wisdom teeth however Dr Dhillon was very reassuring of the process and I felt comfortable to get the surgery done. All 4 wisdom teeth were removed seamlessly and I felt no pain in the process as I was under sedation. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve recovered fully. It was definitely worth it as my gums kept getting infected because of my wisdom teeth, now I’m free of constant infections.
