Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to the incredible team at 1300SMILES Toowoomba, especially Dr Becker, Dr Steph, Angela, and Jenny. I was accommodated at very short notice for an emergency appointment, and they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern were evident from the moment I walked in. I’m so grateful for the support and treatment I received and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care with a compassionate team!

Fantastic experience: Found the Dr very informative of all costs and options available to me at time of visit. Dental assistant was kind during the assessment also. Michelle on the front desk was very personable and explained what the process would be moving forward in a way that was easy to understand. Negative experience: I was doing a checkup today for my wisdom tooth instead they did my whole mouth plus they werent soft at all they made my mouth bleed and were rough i paid for half an hour job that wasnt up to my standards which cost me $279 unacceptable experience and wouldnt recommend coming here

Fantastic experience: 5 stars. After only recently moving to Toowoomba from Brisbane, I was so nervous about finding a good dentist. Well after Seeing Dentist Chris today and his expertise and friendly bedside manner, I couldn't be happier. Very affordable for two filling and a clean. Dentist Chris explained each step of the process and gave me plenty of rest breaks. Both him and his dental nurse Jenny were very compassionate and caring. Also special thanks goes to the receptionsit Gayle for organising my dental records to be transferred from my old dentist. I highly recommend the Team at 1300 Smiles Dental.

Negative experience: Booked online and the system didn’t work to add other family members. Called and booked the other two over the phone. Cut to the day before to find out the person did not book the other two. Customer service person who called today to confirm only one appointment didn’t say sorry, didn’t care and blamed me. No solution, 0 care factor. So disappointed in this company as it was recommended by Medibank. We don’t live in Toowoomba and when I told the person today we got accommodation there because we live far away, she also didn’t care. Terrible customer service.

Positive experience: Great work, Lovely staff but very very expensive.

Negative experience: Very expensive, have visited twice and both times they did not ask any questions or even LOOK at the tooth I was having issues with, always mess up the X-rays and take multiple so I end up paying $400 for a minute long appointment and walk out with no additional info or help with my issue. They ignored a major issue with the root of my damaged tooth that was visible on the X-rays they took and it resulted in many more issues, they try to suggest routes that even I know is not viable and if they payed any attention to they would know is not viable at all. The last visit my dentist was crying her eyes out right in front of me, every time I asked if she needed a minute she would cry harder and then try to help me. Staff are not friendly and often condescending. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: I have always had severe dental anxiety. Dr Omana is amazing! I have no fear with her. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Doctor Jennifer, Falsey advertised an air compressor.

Negative experience: The dentist tried to tell me I needed a root canal or removal of a perfectly healthy tooth. Went and got a second opinion and the tooth didn’t even have any decay, as verified by visual and dental imaging. Dentist poorly and incorrectly correlated that because I didn’t have feeling in the tooth that the root is dead, failing to clinically diagnose it as a result of the orthodontic work I’ve had done which is a common finding in patients like me. I’m pregnant at the moment and it caused a lot of concern. Hard to know if the dentist was fishing for money or unable to come to a correct clinical assessment due to poor practice. Either way not going back even though 1300 smiles is a preferred provider with my health fund. Worry about the other people being falsely diagnosed and undergoing major dental treatment without medical justification.

Negative experience: Stay as far away as possible! Do not recommend unless you want months of ongoing stress. Horrible experience all around. I ended up with injuries that I attended the hospital for. Complained to the health ombudsman about my experience with this dentist, it's been 4 months and it is still not resolved. EDIT: finally got a resolution & recieved a refund 5 months after my experience. You still couldn't pay me to return here

Negative experience: I didnt like even giving one star. Indian female dentist is rude and she will never be recommended by me. 3 weeks and counting on a simple tooth pull. Cant go back as she says there is nothing she can do ( get another career then) .she actually broke my jaw which i had to get fixed at toowoomba hospital..

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed here a couple of months ago and it has healed up a treat! The staff here were so friendly and patient. As someone with phobias of both the dentist and needles, these are not my favourite appointments. However, 1300 Smiles went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and comfortable. I'll be back for my bi-annual checkup for sure

He is very professional but kind and listens to all of your concerns. With his help, I am now seeing him regularly and getting a few things fixed that really should have been dealt with a few years ago! Can’t recommend Dr Anish enough!

Positive experience: Had a tooth pulled. During it I saw him pull the tool away and I thought oh he’s switching tools. Nope the tooth was out and didn’t feel a thing.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service I basically have very few teeth left and have dentures but the dentist did not clean my molars at all. Took an xray for my bridge but no mention of how its sitting for the first time. Why take an xray for fun I always have good experience n feel my teeth cleaned but for the first time I m extremely disappointed Wont be going back there ever.

Fantastic experience: 1300 Smiles in Wilsonton Toowoomba is our go to dentist. Anish and all the dentists there are fantastic. Our private health fund has a great working relationship with 1300 smiles and are very happy with their services with me and my family. Can not fault them from the denstists doing the work in the chair, to the reception staff at the front desk.

They have all ignored a constant pain I’ve had with one particular tooth, but tell me I have other cavities that need addressing. I returned to have two cavities filled at a previous dentist some months ago, but forcing me to wear a mask was the last straw. I chose 1300smile because their phone manner is excellent and their google reviews are consistently brilliant. I’m so happy I made the choice to try 1300smile, not only were the two other cavities in question non existent, but the problem tooth that has been an issue for 3 years (and 3 different dentists), was immediately identified and therefore I had only one replacement filling rather two bogus new fillings. Very reasonably priced, such a lovely atmosphere. Honestly this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. So quick and efficient. The money I saved on make believe cavities mean I can put that money towards having my teeth whitened. I finally found a decent dentist with integrity. With Gratitude Thank you so much team

Positive experience: My Revised post. Very nice people. Nice clean surgery. As pointed out to me. The overheads and costs of running a business here in Australia are high. If your on a pension or with a tight budget, just get the dental work done when possible. It's very important to have your teeth looked after.
