Fantastic experience: My work colleague had some teeth removed in 2023 and mentioned the name Incredible Smiles Munno Para. In December of 2023, I decided I wanted to do something about my stained teeth and potential fittings of crowns from removal of some teeth in April of 2022. I had a consultation with Dr Ammy Barnes and had been informed about some filling work that needed to be done. Due to not being in a job that was financial suitable and being on a rotational roster, I found it hard to book in and get work done. 14 months later, being in a better financial position and having a set roster, I decided to book in for another consultation with Dr Josh in February 2025 and continue with getting my teeth cleaned up and fillings done. From then on, I have had the filling work done with Dr Josh and a general check up and clean with Nour in the last 3 weeks and both have been fantastic. I might not be a big fan of the Sitcoms that are played in the rooms while work has been done to my teeth, however it's a nice distraction, makes you feel comfortable and a step up from what I had as a kid! The team at Incredible Smiles Munno Para from the dentists I mentioned, to the reception staff have been extremely helpful setting up an affordable payment plan for the work that's needed to be done, helpful in regards to any questions I’ve had and are friendly and welcoming when you walk through the doors. I cannot thank and recommend Incredible Smiles Munno Para enough for the work they’ve done to my teeth as of late and deserves the great reputation it has.

Fantastic experience: DR Chong waa excellent in terms of clear explanations of issues and presentation of options. Answered all questions in sincere manner. Overall, a tad expensive but happy with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Dr Divya Mohan today, she was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She gave me updates with everything that she was doing, and took photos of the areas of concerns with my teeth. At the end of the appointment she sat down with me and took me through everything in detail, showed me the photos and x-rays and answered all my questions. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I used to have a terrible dental phobia. The staff are so understanding and Dr Keegan explains every step and was very reassuring, quick, precise and gets the job done beautifully. I have gone from not going to a dentist for 15yrs to now having my first ever adult 6mth check up. A big shout out to the nurses also, all have being super lovely and engaged in conversation along with soothing nature's. (Which is what i need) My whole work place attends this clinic, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old daughter needed two teeth extracted to make way for braces. She was incredibly anxious about this as it was a pain she had not experienced. We went here as they offered happy gas to help ease her. Although our appointment time ran nearly an hour late, we forgot all about that when we went into the room. The lady dentist gave our daughter the option to watch what she wanted on TV as her gas kicked in. She hid the needles so our daughters fear wouldn't set in. She ensured she was ok each step of the way. All in all, great service! Thank you!.

Fillings were done and adjusted to my liking and the dentist was very good at encouraging me to get things adjusted rather than making me feel pressure to just accept it Admin staff are lovely and always quick with a smile The dental team seems to be very empathetic of how difficult it is to be a patient. I didn't have too much trouble but was still reassured with lots of communication and "you're doing a great job" One of my sessions was late as the dentist was working on a young person who was really struggling, and i really appreciate that the dentist was willing y take the time that patient needed rather than rushing to stay "on schedule" Will definitely return for future dental work and check ups

The friendly receptionist was able to give me an appointment on the same day, She also informed me up front on what the fee would be. The staff were friendly and professional. The premises were clean and tidy, The dentist was friendly and very informative explaining exactly his findings. The fee was $1 less than was quoted and they informed me that they will give me a follow up call in a weeks time

Fantastic experience: My wife Lindy has received excellent care recently on 3 occasions by Dr Keerat Kaur Jasbinder Singh. She is an anxious dental patient but Dr Keerat provided not only great dental work but was sympathetic and reassuring during each procedure. She has stated that she feels this Dr is the nicest she has ever visited. Would highly recommend Dr Keerat in particular but the whole staff at this practice!

Fantastic experience: After a long hiatus from dental care, I joined the incredible smiles program and have now attended the Munno Para West dentist (Dr Ammy Barnes) for much-needed treatments. I have to say that by far this has been my best dental experience, and I would recommend Dr Ammy and this practice unreservedly. I never thought I would say "I look forward to my next visit", but I have and I am. A big shout-out to Dr Ammy and all the team from reception, accounts and the Dental Nurses who have taken such great care of me and made the experience seamless.

Fantastic experience: I have chronic dental phobia but Dr Christy was amazing, kind, non judgemental about the state of my teeth and brilliant at fixing a cracked tooth. He was so good that I'm booked in for further procedures and , although still anxious, feel totally comfortable returning. Afterpay facility is so practical as well. Shout out to the receptionist at the Seaford site too.

Positive experience: I haven't been going to this dentist very long. I don't know if I am 100% happy with them yet. I have been bombarded with emails and texts to do this review so that's kinda annoying. Maybe in a year or so I can update this review, when I actually choose the review a business I would rather do it on my own terms. I will say this even with my private health they are super expensive, I only go Here because they are my new local :) and my dentist is okay :) thank you I hope this is what you where wanting to hear incredible smiles :)

Positive experience: They’re okay but only in an emergency, otherwise I wouldn’t bother. The Good - staff are really polite and really tried to help with a complex emergency over the Christmas holidays which was brilliant. The Dentist was also very gentle and happy to explain everything. The Bad - they can’t book an appointment without stuffing it up. The first one we booked we were given the correct time but the WRONG DAY?! The second appointment that I tried to book wasn’t booked at all and had to be redone (fingers crossed they’ve actually got it after 2 goes but to be honest I’m not holding my breath). The downright awful - despite an obvious infection the dentist didn’t prescribe any antibiotics? They didn’t prescribe enough painkillers to deal with the problem and finally we found out when we had to go to Gawler hospital for antibiotics and painkillers that my partner has a freckle in her mouth that could be cancerous, and although I noticed on her imaging that the dentist had circled it, this was NEVER discussed? Obviously freckles don’t necessarily mean anything but to not even mention it? Especially to a patient who hasn’t been to a dentist In a while, that seems odd to me. So, as soon as we can we’ll go back to my normal dentist as these ones aren’t really worth it.
